Chandler Scott & Sunshine Scandalous Tony Carmine vs. Sean Sands & Zero McHannon
“This Means War” by Avenged Sevenfold hits the speakers. The music picks up a little bit, but eventually slows back down and to a complete stop after half a minute. The bass hits again, this time it lights up the top of the ramp in a bright white light as Zero McHannon walks through the curtain with his manager, Gambino, walking out shortly after him.
J.A. Aldridge: The following tag team match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, being accompanied to the ring by Gambino! Now residing out of Long Island, New York! Weighing in at 210 pounds… ZERO McHANNON!
“Hide my face again, habor in the shadows,
Feel this weight of sin, hammering away...
DIEEE!! With the guilt of a thousand AWOL soldiers,
DIEEE!! Watch the scythe usher me astray…”
Gambino is standing on one side of the ramp, trying to pump the crowd up as Zero makes his way down the rampway. He reaches out to his right, letting the fans reach over the barrier to touch him, then he does the same with his left. Zero makes his way to the bottom, touches the ring post, and slides into the ring on the side. He instantly bounces to his feet after sliding in, while Gambino takes the steps to the ring.
“I can’t go on this way,
Not as I am today,
The ugly side of me is strong....
Take aim a loaded gun,
Pulls back on all who run,
A coward’s truth inside the wrong...”
Zero McHannon climbs the nearest turnbuckle spread his arms and begins to yell towards the crowd as they do their best to cheer over him. He freezes for a moment, taking in the atmosphere, then hops from the corner ropes, and tests the mat under his feet. He is talking to himself as he crosses the ring and stands up on this turnbuckle, pointing to the crowd, and slapping himself in the chest. Finally, he hops down and meets up with his manager in the middle of the ring.
THIS MEANS WARRRR!!!
In the middle of the ring, his manager gives Zero some hard taps in the head, trying to psych him up for the match ahead. Once it seems like he is ready, he goes to his corner to wait for the start of the match, stretching himself out at the turnbuckle.
Kris Cruise: Zero McHannon’s been stuck on zero since making his debut about a month ago. But after a loss in the Gold Rush Rumble and a draw against Colton Sterling, Zero is looking to get a W here tonight.
Stephanie Auger: And what a better way to get your first win than against the World Champion and a former Pride Champion.
"Burn Brighter" by Landsdowne plays as Sean Sands steps out from behind the curtain, a smile on his face. He points out at the audience as they cheer for him and nods his head before beginning his walk down the ramp towards the ring. Halfway down the ramp, Sean begins slapping hands with some of the fans and even signs an autograph or two. When he reaches ringside, Sean nods his head as he stares out at the audience again, before heading over towards the steel steps and quickly scaling them until he reaches the apron.
J.A. Aldridge: And his partner, from Cincinnati, Ohio! Weighing in at 220 pounds… SEAN SANDS!
Sean slowly walks on the apron, looking at the audience still, before finally turning his attention to everyone in the ring. He quickly pulls on the top rope and hops over them before landing on his feet. Sean quickly climbs to the nearest corner on the middle turnbuckle before pointing out at the fans holding signs in support for him. Once he hops off, Sands heads to his corner and gets ready for his match.
Kris Cruise: Sean Sands is once again determined to get some measure of revenge on Chandler Scott. It may not be a match for the World Championship. But at this point, Sands will take what he can get.
Stephanie Auger: Both Sands and McHannon say they’ll do the ring thing and keep things civil tonight. But how long will that last? If they have some form of miscommunication, how will they respond? Will they blame each other? Or will they try to talk things out? That’s a question that needs to be answered.
As RetcH's "Graceful Jewelry Removal" hits, the lights dim and eventually the crowd will begin to jeer. Pink and purple strobe lights starts to flare. Once the bass drops, Scandalous Tony emerges from the curtains with his arms spread out, accompanied by 3 full-figured women following behind him(never the same group of women). He pops the collar on his furry vest before turning his back the ring and utters something to the women behind him. Suddenly he swings back around and slowly struts down the ramp, repeating the lyrics. He takes his purple pick out and starts picking his hair out.
"n****s pussy I should sprinkle them with glitter, for real my n****."After putting the pick away, he then pulls out a nail filer and starts filing his nails, all the while taking his sweet time to get to the ring as he instructs the females to have the ropes held for him by the time he gets to ringside. With the ladies seated on the middle rope, Tony ignores them and walks up the steps and into the ring on his own. Tony laughs as he stands on the middle rope and looks out to the fans while slowly and seductively taking his furry vest off and throwing it to the group of females as they step off the apron. He backflips into the ring as his music slowly fades.
J.A. Aldridge: And their opponents! Introducing first, now residing out of Boca Raton, Florida! Weighing in at 179 pounds… he is SUNSHINE SCANDALOUS TONY CARMINE!
Kris Cruise: Tony Carmine has never been known to show anyone respect. And that trend continued this week as he was downright nasty to both Sean Sands and Zero McHannon.
Stephanie Auger: But what else would you expect from someone that’s pretty much… well…. a low life. But Tony’s harsh words may come back to bite him tonight.
The sound of an organ plays throughout the arena, capturing the attention of all the fans in the crowd. They all turn their attention to the entrance way, preparing for the man that’s about to walk out. As "Perfect Strangers" by Deep Purple kicks in, the crowd begins to boo, jeer and heckle loudly. The camera dolly slowly rolls up towards the curtain. At around the 30 second mark, Chandler Scott pushes through the curtain as the crowd really begins to let him have it. Chandler looks over and can be seen mouthing at the camera while he points an accusatory finger at it. He then turns his attention towards the ring as he thrusts his arms in the air, resulting in another round of loud boos from the crowd.
J.A. Aldridge: And his partner, from Hyannis, Massachusetts! Weighing in at 221 pounds! He is the reigning FGA World Champion… CHANDLER SCOTT!
Chandler keeps his index fingers in the air, letting everyone know who is truly "number one” around this joint. He keeps a smug look planted on his face as he swaggers down to the ring. After climbing up onto the apron, Chandler steps through the ropes, climbs up onto the second ropes and slowly raises his fists in the air as he absorbs the crowd's disdain for him. After stepping down to the canvas, he can be seen arguing with some fans in the front row.
Kris Cruise: The World Champ comes into this match full of confidence. And how could he not, given the level of success he’s achieved? But is he too confident?
Stephanie Auger: Chandler’s talented, there’s no doubt about that. But his cockiness could lead to his team’s downfall tonight.
The bell sounds as Carmine and McHannon exit the ring, leaving Sands and Chandler to start things off.
Kris Cruise: I see we’re starting off with Sands and Chandler. There’s definitely no love lost between these two.
The two competitors begin to circle the ring. But they quickly stop once they take note of the anti-Chandler chants that are forming throughout the crowd.
Crowd: CHANDLER SUCKS! CHANDLER SUCKS! CHANDLER SUCK! CHANDLER SUCKS! CHANDLER SUCKS!
Sands points to the crowd while flashing a cheeky grin. Chandler, meanwhile, is not impressed.
Stephanie Auger: Sands’ trying his best to get under Chandler’s skin. And you know what? I think it’s working.
The two men continue to circle the ring. After stopping to size each other up, they head towards the center of the ring to lockup. That is, until Chandler puts on the breaks, takes a few steps back and tags in Carmine, causing the crowd to boo.
Stephanie Auger: What was that?
Sands can be seen calling Chandler a coward. But Chandler steps out onto the apron and motions with his hands that Sands is doing nothing but running his mouth. Chandler then makes a crack about Sands’ son, causing Sands to march towards the corner and attack Chandler. But while Sands’ back is turned, Carmine runs up from behind and knocks him down with a clothesline.
Stephanie Auger: They just played Sands right there. I can’t believe Sands fell right into their trap.
The crowd boos as Carmine puts the boots to the former World Champion. He reaches down, picks up Sands and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Sands around in the corner, Carmine steps leans forward and chokes him with both hands. The ref then gives Tony until the count of five to break the hold.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR… FI-
Tony lets go. But not fast enough for the ref’s liking. So the ref begins to scold Tony for keeping the hold applied longer than necessary. As Tony steps back towards the center of the ring with his arms raised, Chandler tags the tag rope, wraps it around Sands’ neck and chokes him with it.
Kris Cruise: Chandler’s taking full advantage of Sands while the ref’s back is turned!
Just as the ref turns around, Chandler lets go of the rope and pretends to stand innocently on the apron. While Sands can be seen gasping for air, Tony runs back into the corner and lunges forward, delivering a shoulder thrust that doubles Sands over. He then brings Sands from out of the corner and whips him into the ropes. When Sands comes back, Tony throws out a clothesline. But Sands ducks and runs into the ropes. When Sands comes back, Tony bends over to set up a back body drop. But Sands hurdles over him before running into the ropes. When Sands comes back, he knocks Tony down with a cross body block.

After both men get back to their feet, Sands quickly takes Tony by the wrist and delivers an arm wrench. The crowd cheers as Sands delivers another arm wrench before yanking on the arm. The ref goes over and asks Tony if he wants to give up. When Tony declines to quit, Sands yanks on his arm, sending Tony down on one knee in pain. The ref again asks Tony if he wants to quit. But Tony refuses by shaking his head. He then rolls forward, turns over, flips over with a headstand and reverses into an arm wrench of his own. Sands responds by rolling forward. He then leans back, kips up and reverses back into an arm wrench to cheers from the crowd.
Sands drags Tony over towards his corner. The crowd erupts in cheers as Sands places his hand out, allowing Zero McHannon to tag himself in. But as soon as McHannon gets in, Tony yanks himself away from Sands. The crowd boos as Tony backpedals to create some distance.
Stephanie Auger: Tony doesn’t look so tough now...
Zero and Tony eye each other as they circle the ring. After sizing each other up, they run towards the center of the ring and lunge forward, locking up. The two men jockey for position until Zero uses his strength advantage to move Tony into the corner. As Zero presses Tony up against the corner. The ref goes over and gives both men until the count of five to break the hold.
Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Both men slowly make a clean break. Zero then piefaces Tony, resulting in cheers from the crowd.
Kris Cruise: Tony’s taking exception to that. But after Zero was disrespected by him all week, I don’t blame him one bit.
Zero steps back towards the center of the ring and motions for Tony to come at him. But Tony repeatedly wipes off his face with a mix of disgust and anger. After stomping out of the corner, Tony circles the ring. He then runs back over and locks up with Zero. But Zero quickly shoves him down to the mat. Tony gets back up, but Zero throws him back down with a hip toss. After slapping the canvas in frustration, Tony gets back up, lunges over and locks up with Zero. The two men jockey for position. But once again, Zero uses his strength advantage to move Tony across the ring. At the last second, Tony switches positions and presses Zero up against the corner. The ref heads over and gives both men until the count of five to break the hold.
ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…
Both men make a clean break… that is, until Tony cheapshots Zero by delivering a backhand slap across the face, resulting in “ooos” and boos from the crowd.
Stephanie Auger: Zero isn’t going to appreciate that one...
Tony points at Zero and smirks as he backs up towards the center of the ring. Zero just stand in the corner holding the side of his face. He then nods before flashing a smirk at Tony. He then heads out of the corner and circles the ring. The two men look to lock up. But Tony takes a few steps back and tags Chandler back in.
Kris Cruise: Here comes the World Champion! We’ve been dying to see these two in a ring for a while now.
As soon as Chandler steps through the ropes, Zero heads over and immediately gets in his face. The crowd cheers as the two men stare each other down.
Stephanie Auger: Zero’s letting Chandler know that he isn’t scared of him at all.
The ref scoots over and separates the two. After directing Zero to head back towards the ring, Zero does so and motions for Chandler to come at him. Chandler happily obliges. After circling the ring, the two head towards the center and lock up. After jockeying for position, Chandler places Zero in a side headlock. But Zero is quick to shove Chandler off of him and into the ropes. When Chandler comes back, Zero knocks him down with a standing shoulder block. He then runs into the ropes. When Zero comes back, Chandler turns over onto his stomach, forcing Zero to hop over him. When Zero comes back, Chandler hops up to his feet and leapfrogs over him. When Zero comes back, Chandler goes for a hip toss. But Zero steps through it and throws down Chandler with a hip toss of his own. Chandler gets back up, but Zero sends him down with a side headlock takedown. Chandler reaches his legs up and reverses into a leg scissors headlock. But Zero is quick to escape with a kip up. When Chandler returns to a vertical base, Zero runs over after him. But Chandler returns the favor, throwing him down with a side headlock takedown. Zero then reaches his legs up and reverses into a leg scissors headlock. But Chandler is able to escape via kicp up. When Zero gets back to his feet, Chandler grabs him and whips him into the ropes. When Zero comes back, Chandler goes for a back body drop. But Zero slips down from behind. He then applies a waistlock. But Chandler runs into the ropes. After hooking his arms under the top rope, Chandler jerks back, sending Zero falling down to the canvas. After Zero rolls back up to his feet, Chandler runs over and throws out a clothesline. But Zero ducks and runs into the ropes. When Zero comes back, Chandler runs over and goes for a kitchen sink. But Zero flips over his knee and counters with a school boy.

Stephanie Auger: How about that move from Sands!
