Kevin Clement: Welcome everyone to another FGA DVD presentation! I’m Kevin Clement and joining me as always is my colleague, Evan Grayson! Tonight we present to you Above & Beyond III! Eight grapplers have qualified for tonight's 3rd annual Frontier Lions Cup tournament. But only one can win!

Evan Grayson: That’s right. Sunshine Scandalous Tony Carmine, Chaz Holiday, Johnny Karma, Cordy Stevenson, Dan Herrera, Jared James, Cyncity and Evangelista have all qualified for tonight's tournament. But only one will win the Frontier Lions Cup!

Clement: The presentation of the cup will take place at our next DVD Taping. And the winner will be given an FGA World Championship match at the October supershow. Also on the card tonight, three championships will be up for grabs. First up, Riley Owens will defend his Pride Championship against Kevin Hardaway!

Grayson: Kevin Hardaway is a former Pride Champion. If he gets his way tonight, he may just walk out a two-time champion. Riley has yet to face someone like him during his reign as champion. Look out!

Clement: Then, the Super Mario Wrestling Bros will defend the World Tag Team Championship against the Sparklebuddies.

Grayson: This is a match that many have been waiting to see. Both teams are evenly matched. That's a hard one to pick.

Clement: Then, in our main event, Jimmy Page defends his World Championship against Dom Harter.

Grayson: This rematch has been eight, maybe nine months in the making. You're not going to see a lot of scientific wrestling holds in that one. The fists will be flying early. Dom Harter has gotten the better of Jimmy Page time and time again. Will Dom do it again here tonight and become a three-time champion? Only time will tell.

Clement: We've also got the finals of the Rey del Aire mini-tournament here tonight. During the dark matches earlier this afternoon, Ash advanced and the Mystery Entrant advanced. We know who it is. The fans know who it is. Everyone in the back knows who it is. But all of you watching this on DVD or via the stream will find out in due time. That's enough yapping from us. We've got a ton of action coming your way here tonight. So let's send it down to the ring to Manny Cruz for tonight's in-ring introductions...

Quarterfinals Match in the Frontier Lions Cup
Sunshine Scandalous Tony Carmine vs. Chaz Holiday

As RetcH's "Graceful Jewelry Removal" hits, the lights dim and eventually the crowd will begin to jeer. Pink and purple strobe lights starts to flare. Once the bass drops, Scandalous Tony emerges from the curtains with his arms spread out, accompanied by 3 full-figured women following behind him(never the same group of women). He pops the collar on his furry vest before turning his back the ring and utters something to the women behind him. Suddenly he swings back around and slowly struts down the ramp, repeating the lyrics. He takes his purple pick out and starts picking his hair out.


"n****s pussy I should sprinkle them with glitter, for real my n****."

After putting the pick away, he then pulls out a nail filer and starts filing his nails, all the while taking his sweet time to get to the ring as he instructs the females to have the ropes held for him by the time he gets to ringside. With the ladies seated on the middle rope, Tony ignores them and walks up the steps and into the ring on his own. Tony laughs as he stands on the middle rope and looks out to the fans while slowly and seductively taking his furry vest off and throwing it to the group of females as they step off the apron. He backflips into the ring as his music slowly fades.

Cruz: The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 15 minute time limit! It is a Quarterfinals Match in the Frontier Lions Cup tournament! Introducing first, from Boca Raton, Florida! Weighing in at 155 pounds… SUNSHINE SCANDALOUS TONY CARMINE!

Clement: It appears that many wrestlers and fans alike are picking the loudmouth Tony Carmine to win this year’s Frontier Lions Cup. But is this too much for pressure on the shoulders on RichHomieTony?

Grayson: Tony will be fine. Look at what this man has done so far. He got off to a bad start. But since then, he’s put that behind him and has done nothing but look straight ahead. I’m confident that Tony can make it all the way to the end.

"Blackout" by Breathe Carolina begins to play and Chaz Holiday emerges from behind the black curtains. He stops at the top of the entrance, smiling and looking around at the crowd.

Cruz: His opponent, now residing out of Hollywood, California! Weighing in at 221 pounds! He is the reigning FGA Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion… CHAZ HOLIDAY!

As he makes his way to the ring, he high fives fans along the way. As he gets to the ring, he jumps up on the apron and steps between the ropes, getting into the ring.

Clement: Chaz Holiday is the only champion in this year’s field. If it weren’t for Joshua Black’s screwjob, the man would have held that title since February. After being a great Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion, Josh is willing to take that next step.

Grayson: His belt may not be on the line. But I can think of about five people just off the top of my head that would love a shot at his title. He may have his eyes set on the Lions Cup trophy. But he better keep his eyes peeled for these would-be challengers that might want to make a statement.

The bell sounds as Chaz and Tony lock up. Tony quickly places him in a side headlock. But Chaz shoves Tony off of him and into the ropes. When Tony comes back, he knocks down Chaz with a running shoulder block. He then runs into another set of ropes as Chaz rolls over and gets back up to his feet. When Tony comes back, Chaz leap frogs over him. Tony continues to run into the ropes. When Tony comes back, Chaz goes for a hip toss. But Tony blocks it, punches Chaz in the midsection and then nails him with a reverse dicus elbow to the side of the head. The crowd boos as Chaz stumbles over into the corner.

Clement: Tony not wasting any time going after Chaz Holiday.

Grayson: You really don’t have a lot of time to waste in these Quarterfinal Matches. 15 minutes can fly by like that. Plus, the sooner you win, the fresher you’ll be when you advance.

Tony heads into the corner, grabs Chaz and slams his head into the top turnbuckle. After turning Chaz around, Tony unleashes a series of knife-edge chops to boos from the crowd. But the boos turn to cheers as Chaz grabs Tony, tosses him into the corner and gives him a series of knife-edge chops of his own. He then takes Tony and whips him into the opposite corner. Chaz runs across the ring and connects with a flying forearm smash to cheers from the crowd. He then takes Tony and whips him back into the previous corner. Chaz then runs across the ring and goes for another flying forearm smash. But Tony moves out of the way, causing Chaz to connect forearm-first with the turnbuckle to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Nobody home there.

Grayson: Did he hurt his arm?

As Chaz stumbles back, Tony grabs him from behind, runs and throws him shoulder-first into the ring post. The crowd boos as Chaz slowly slips through the ropes and falls to the outside. Tony then circles the ring with his arms in the air as the crowd boos. While Tony gloats, the ref starts his count…

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE…

Chaz can be seen clutching his arm on the outside.

Clement: You might be right. Chaz’s arm does appear to be hurting.

Grayson: And if he can’t get back into the ring, Tony may win this by countout. It wouldn’t be the most impressive way to win. But this isn't about style points. It’s about advancing to the next round.

Ref: ……………… FOUR…………….. FIVE………………

Chaz begins to pull himself up using the edge of the apron. Tony sees this, so he runs over and goes for a baseball slide. But Chaz side steps, causing Tony to whiff. Once Tony lands on his feet, Chaz kicks him in the midsection and follows up with a swinging neckbreaker to cheers from the crowd. Tony can be seen clutching the back of his neck with both hands.

Chaz picks up Tony and rolls him back into the ring. After Chaz climbs back up onto the apron, Tony dives over, nailing him with a shoulder thrust through the ropes to boos from the crowd. He then grabs Chaz and goes for a vertical suplex back into the ring. But Chaz slips down from behind and rolls him up.

Tony kicks out, sending Chaz into the ropes.

When Chaz comes back, Tony knocks him down with a dropkick to boos from the crowd. He makes the cover.

Tony picks up Chaz and delivers a spinning back kick to the gut, doubling him over. He then grabs a hold of Chaz and follows up with a snap suplex to boos from the crowd. As Chaz arches his back in pain, Tony gets up, picks Chaz back up, scoops him from the side and delivers a pendulum backbreaker to boos from the crowd. He makes the cover.

Chaz gets his good arm up.

Clement: Tony’s really working over Chaz’s back right now. He’s really trying to keep the Sparklebuddy grounded.

Grayson: He is. Tony can fight that fast-paced style, too. But why do it if you don’t have to? He can conserve all that energy for later.

Tony then picks up Chaz and whips him hard into the corner. As Chaz stumbles from out of the corner, Tony knocks him down with a clothesline to boos from the crowd. After picking up Chaz, Tony throws him down with a scoop slam before heading into the corner.

Clement: Tony may be looking to end it right here...

After Tony climbs up to the top turnbuckle, he poses to boos from the crowd. But the boos turn to cheers as Chaz gets up, dives over and pulls down on the top rope. Tony loses his balance, slips down and winds up crotched on the top turnbuckle. The crowd cheers as a closeup reveals Tony cross-eyed from the pain.

Clement: Tony's going to be hitting the high notes tonight, isn't he?

Grayson: This isn't funny! The man is in pain!

Chaz then climbs up to the second turnbuckle. He grabs a hold of Tony and delivers an avalanche belly to back suplex to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: What a maneuver off the top by Chaz! He turns over and makes the cover...

Tony gets his shoulder up to boos from the crowd.

Chaz picks up Tony and goes for an irish whip. But Tony reverses, sending Chaz into the ropes. When Chaz comes back, Tony goes for a hurricanrana. But Chaz hooks his arms on the top rope, causing Tony to whiff and land back-first on the canvas to cheers from the crowd. As Tony gets back up, Chaz runs over and knocks him down with a clothesline to cheers from the crowd. Tony gets back up, but Chaz sends him back down with a running high knee to cheers from the crowd. As Tony gets back up, Chaz kicks him in the midsection and follows up with facebuster to cheers from the crowd. He makes the cover.

Tony gets his shoulder up as the crowd sighs.

Clement: How close has this action been!?

Grayson: Too close! And this is only the first match, Kev!

Chaz picks up Tony and nails him with a series of right hands to the face. He then takes Tony and whips him into the ropes. When Tony comes back, Chaz throws out a kick to the midsection. But Tony catches his foot to boos from the crowd. Tony begins to taunt Chaz by wagging his finger at him. But Chaz counters with an enzuigiri to cheers from the crowd. He then picks up Tony and delivers a Downward Spiral to cheers from the crowd. With Tony down, Chaz points to the top turnbuckle as the crowd cheers.

Clement: Now Chaz wants to take it to the air!

Grayson: Tony, get up! Roll out of the way! Do something!

After heading into the corner, Chaz climbs up to the top turnbuckle. Once he reaches the top, Chaz goes for a moonsault. But Tony rolls towards the corner, causing Chaz to crash onto the canvas to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Oh no!

Grayson: He missed! Chaz missed the moonsault!

As Chaz tries to push himself up off the canvas, Tony quickly goes over and rolls him up with a magistral cradle…

Chaz kicks out.

Tony picks up Chaz, throws him down with a scoop slam and follows up with a jumping stomp to the face. He then picks up Chaz, throws him down with a snapmare and follows up with a chin lock.

Clement: You can see the pain written all over Chaz's face. How much longer can he hang on?

Grayson: The sooner he quits, the sooner Tony can advance!

The ref asks Chaz if he wants to give up. But Chaz wags his finger at him. So Tony decides to pull back, causing Chaz to cringe in pain.

Clement: Chaz knows what's at the end of all this. The Frontier Lions Cup trophy and a guaranteed World Title Match at the next supershow. He's just got to fight through this pain.

Grayson: Much easier said than done!

The ref asks Chaz if he wants to give up. But once again, Chaz declines to quit. So Tony yanks back, causes Chaz to groan in pain.

Crowd: LET’S GO CHAZ! LET’S GO CHAZ! LET’S GO CHAZ! LET’S GO CHAZ!...

Chaz begins to feed off the support of the crowd. After shaking his arms in unison with the chants, he begins to slowly turn over onto his knees. Tony shakes his head in disbelief as Chaz slowly gets back up to his feet. After four elbows to the midsection, Chaz runs into the ropes. When he comes back, Tony takes him down with a hurricanrana to boos from the crowd. He turns over and makes the cover.

Tony picks up Chaz and goes for an irish whip. But Chaz reverses, sending Tony chest-first into the corner. As Tony stumbles back, Chaz grabs him from behind and delivers an inverted DDT to cheers from the crowd. He makes the cover.

Tony gets his shoulder up to boos from the crowd.

Clement: He almost had him there. Chaz was this close to advancing!

Chaz picks up Tony and delivers another Downward Spiral to cheers from the crowd. He then heads into the corner and climbs the turnbuckles. Once Tony gets up and turns around, Chaz knocks him down with a moonsault to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: He didn't miss this time! He caught Tony with that moonsault!

Chaz gets up. He waits impatiently as he can be seen frantically waving up Tony. Once Tony gets up and turns around, he turns into a kick to the midsection. Chaz then leaps up and goes for The Party Starter. But Tony moves out of the way. Once Chaz lands on his feet, Tony hooks his arms from behind, lifts him up across his back and then connects with It’s Always Sunny in Sicily to boos from the crowd. Tony makes the cover.

“Graceful Jewelry Removal” blares throughout the arena as the crowd erupts in boos.

Cruz: Here is your winner, TONY CARMINE!

The ref raises Tony’s arm to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Tony advances! Tony just narrowly escaped The Party Starter. But nonetheless, Tony Carmine advances to the Semifinals where he will meet the winner of our next match, Cordy Stevenson against Johnny Karma.

Grayson: One down, two to go!

[FGA Office]

(Dan Herrera and Alpha Entertainment star Astronotix are seen walking down the corridor of the James L. Knight Center. Dan is looking around as they make their way towards the section of the arena that Astronitix seat was reserved in. Astronotix notices that Dan looks a bit jittery as they walk.)

Astronotix: What are you looking for Dan?

Dan: I’m looking for your seat silly, what do you think?

Astronitix: Ha, no I mean, you’re looking out for someone. I can tell.

(Dan stops and looks over at the girl he affectionately calls Peaches.)

Dan: Oh, yeah… well there’s a guy named Max that wrestles here. He and I don’t exactly see eye to eye. We had a bit of an… altercation at the last show. So I wouldn’t put it past him to come after me today.

Astronotix: With me here with you? That’d be awfully rude.

Dan: Well, he’s not exactly the most respectful guy, Peaches.

Astonotix: I see.

(They continue down the corridor before they stop in front of a door that says “Sections 101-102”. Dan pulls out Peaches’ ticket and looks it over.)

Dan: Looks like this is our stop.

Astronotix: Awesome. Well, I’m going to go find my seat. You’re almost up, you better go get ready.

Dan: Will do. Thanks for coming this week Peaches. You’ve done a lot to keep my mind from worrying this week.

Astronotix: Of course! It’s been pretty great out here. Besides, who would pass up a reason to come out to Miami and have fun?

Dan: Good point. I guess I’ll see you after the show. Hopefully we’ll be celebrating my impressive victory.

Astronotix: You’ll do fine Dan, don’t worry.

Dan: I know Peaches. I’ve just got a lot riding on this.

Astronotix: Well focus less on what’s riding on winning or losing, and just go out there and focus on doing what you do best. Wrestle like you always do and you’ll be fine.

Dan: Easier said than done, but I get your point. Enjoy the show Peaches.

Astronotix: I will. Good luck Dan.

Dan: Thanks Peaches.

(Astronotix then heads through the double doors into the large, very loud, arena. Dan then heads down the corridor again to his locker room, continuing to watch around him to make sure no one has extra curricular activities in mind.)

Quarterfinals Match in the Frontier Lions Cup
Johnny Karma vs. Cordy Stevenson

[The arena lights flash a myriad of different colours in tune with John Bonham’s epic drum intro to “When the Levee Breaks” fills the arena, and at the exact microsecond that the flawless combination of Robert Plant’s harmonica and Jimmy Page’s riff starts The Man, The Myth, The Johnny Karma swaggers out onto the top of the ramp to greet his adoring public, coming to a stop on top of the ramp to blow a kiss to all his fans in attendance who paid to see him and only him this evening and stands there with his hands on his hips to bask in their adulation as Cherry Baum stands by his side to present him to the crowd]

[Karma struts down the ramp towards the ring, making sure not a single hair is out of place on his head, waving and chatting to the members of his adoring public that surround him whilst he walks down to the ring]

[The pair reach ringside, as Cherry climbs onto the apron and holds the ropes open for her man. Karma waves to the luckiest fans of all, those at ringside as he performs, before bounding up the ring steps and stepping through the gap Cherry has created for him into the ring]

[Karma briskly walks across the ring, climbing the turnbuckles and raises an arm into the air, holding up one finger to remind us all of one simple truth – He’s #1]

Clement: Johnny Karma is as full of himself as ever. But will tonight be the night that be backs up his bragging and boasting?

Grayson: Finally backs things up? Need I remind you that this man is an FGA Iron Man? Need I remind you that this man was not only a former Pride Champion, but The Leader of the Pride? The man's got the most Rumble eliminations ever. Every time Karma steps into the ring, he backs up everything he says. And he'll do so again tonight once he advances past Cordelia.

Clement: If Karma faces Carmine in the second round, who would you root for?

Grayson: C'mon, I can pick that match? That's like asking me to choose between children.

[Karma climbs down, then walks across the ring and climbs the opposite turnbuckles, looking out into the crowd who have paid for the privilege of watching him wrestle, before unzipping his track top to reveal his chiselled physique. He removes his dark glasses and places them in his jacket pocket, before climbing down]

[As he stands in the ring, Cherry Baum takes the house mic]

Cherry Baum: Introducing first, and certainly not for the last time tonight: weighing in at a so cool he’s cold, and this time next month he’ll be winning the gold 233lbs and hailing from Queens, NYC - he is your 2014 Frontier Lions Cup winner, he is JOHNNY KARMA!

[Karma steps forward…when he’s suddenly cut off]

[Karma stops, making sure Cherry isn’t about the introduce him in Creole]

Johnny Karma: Ladies and…

[Karma peeks over the top of his sunglasses]

Johnny Karma: …señoras.

[Karma removes his sunglasses]

Johnny Karma: A few weeks ago I did the short and easy part, but tonight sees me embark on the long and hard part of the quest, the part where I have to go through not one, not two, but three opponents in one night to claim the Frontier Lions Cup, and with it the first class ticket to giving one of Jimmy Page or Dom Harter a whole heck of a lot of sleepless nights. But before the prize, first the formality, so with that said…let’s get this party started!

[Karma removes his ring jacket and starts jogging on the spot]

Grayson: Ha! How can you not love this guy?

The lights in the arena dim down a bit and take on a purplish hue. All of a sudden, the opening to Chris Brown's "Fine China" begins to blare through the speakers. The crowd gives a loud pop as Cordelia Stevenson slowly makes her way out onto the ramp, nodding her head to the music. Cordy stands atop the ramp for a brief second taking in the reception before dropping her head down and letting her hair fall in front of her face. As the beat drops, she snaps her head up, sending her hair flying from her face.

Cruz: His opponent, from Freeport, Long Island! Weighing in at 146 pounds... CORDY STEVENSON!

She then sashays towards the ring, lip synching and playfully bouncing to the music as she reaches out and slaps hands with the fans. Once she gets to the ring, she walks up onto the apron and blows a bunch of kisses back out at the crowd before seductively ducking in between the ropes and stepping into the ring. She quickly makes her way over towards the turnbuckle, climbing up and interacting with the fans a bit more before hopping down and stretching in preparation for the opening bell as her music fades out.

Clement: Cordy Stevenson, one half of Sex Sells, has made her way to the ring! Some people have mentioned the possibility of an all Sex Sells final. But that's a long ways away from this opening contest.

Grayson: You got that right. She's got to get past Johnny Karma first! Karma has got a history of dealing with these flippy gymnasts like her. Tonight, I can see Karma doing to her what he's done to so many others. And that's put them down for the three count.

The bell sounds as Karma and Cordy go to lock up. But Karma ducks the collar & elbow tie up and applies a waist lock from behind. After transitioning over into a hammerlock, Karma spins Cordy around and plants her with Instant Karma to boos from the crowd. He rolls her over and makes the cover.

Cordy kicks out.

Karma picks up Cordy and whips her into the ropes. When Cordy comes back, he goes for a back elbow to the face. But Cordy ducks and runs into the ropes. When Cordy comes back, she knocks Karma down with a crossbody block to cheers from the crowd.

Karma kicks out.

Cordy picks up Karma and places him in a side headlock. But Karma is able to slip out and reverse into a hammerlock. He goes for Instant Karma again. But this time, Cordy counters with an inverted atomic drop, followed by an enzuigiri that sends him stumbling through the ropes and to the floor.

Clement: The action has been fast-paced in this one. But it's Cordy Stevenson who's got the advantage in the early goings of this contest...

Grayson: What's she setting up?

As Karma tries to shake out the cobwebs, she bounces up and down as she waves her arm up and down, getting the crowd riled up. Once Karma is back to his feet, Cordy runs into the ropes. When she comes back, she connects with a suicide plancha to cheers from the crowd.

Crowd: CORDY! CORDY! CORDY! CORDY!...

Clement: Cordy just soared over that top rope and took out Johnny Karma!

Cordy picks up Karma and rolls him back into the ring. As she climbs up onto the apron, Cherry Baum runs over and grabs her attention.

Clement: How many times does this have to happen? This woman she be banned from all of Karma's matches!

Grayson: You want a woman that looks like her banned from being at ringside? Pssh, you're on your own there.

Cordy quickly steps back down off the apron and has words for Cherry. But while Cordy is distracted, Karma blindsides her with This Is For The Front Row to boos from the crowd.

Grayson: Down goes Cordy!

Clement: It was a set up all along and Cordy unfortunately feel right into their trap.

Karma picks up Cordy, rolls her back into the ring, rolls himself back in and makes the cover.

Cordy kicks out.

Karma picks up Cordy, moves her into the corner and unleashes a series of knife-edge chops to boos from the crowd. He then takes Cordy and goes for an irish whip. But Cordy reverses, sending Karma into the corner. Cordy then runs across the ring and delivers a handspring back elbow to cheers from the crowd. As Cordy heads from out of the corner, she looks back and watches as a woozy Karma slumps down into a seated position. She then turns around, runs back into the corner and connects with a slingshot corner dropkick to cheers from the crowd. After dragging Karma away from the corner, she makes the cover.

Karma kicks out.

Cordy picks up Karma, turns around and gyrates her hips, signalling the Deadly Seduction to cheers from the crowd. But the cheers turn to boos as Karma breaks free, turns around and shoves Cordy into the ropes. Cordy then uses the momentum to springboard onto the middle rope and go for The Beautiful Nightmare. But Karma nails her in mid air with Check Your Chiclets to boos from the crowd. He makes the cover.

Grayson: Pow, right in the kisser!

Cordy gets her shoulder up.

Karma picks up Cordy, scoops her up from the side and delivers a backbreaker. But instead of letting her drop to the canvas, Karma lifts her off his knees, walks over and tosses her through the ropes and to the floor. Karma then wipes his hands as Cherry applauds from the outside.

Grayson: That right, Cordy, get out of his ring!

Clement: If it were anyone else, I'd be surprised with the total lack of respect. But it's Johnny Karma, so it comes with the territory.

As Cordy tries to get up on the outside, Karma climbs up to the top turnbuckle, jumps off and knocks her down with a flying double ax handle smash. The crowd boos as Cordy appears to all but out of it.

Clement: Karma has regained firm control of this matchup. After that double ax handle to the outside, I'm not sure how much Cordy's got left in her.

Karma picks up Cordy and rolls her back into the ring. After rolling himself back in, he makes the cover.

Karma picks up Cordy, heads over towards the ropes and goes for a slingshot suplex. But after Cordy bounces off the ropes, she knees Karma in the head, forcing him to drop her. After a dropkick to the legs bringing Karma down to one knee, Cordy grabs him and plants him with a kneeling DDT to cheers from the crowd. She makes the cover.

Cordy picks up Karma and goes for an irish whip. But again, Karma reverses, sending Cordy towards the ropes. But Cordy uses the momentum to deliver The Beautiful Nightmare to cheers from the crowd. After Karma drops down to one knee, she pulls him up from behind, jumps up and delivers a reverse bulldog to cheers from the crowd. She makes the cover.

Clement: Karma again gets his shoulder up before three.

Grayson: She can't put him away, Kev. Admit it.

Cordy picks up Karma, grabs him from the side and delivers a russian leg sweep to cheers from the crowd. She then runs into the ropes. When Cordy comes back, she goes for a rolling senton. But Karma gets his knees up, forcing Cordy to land back-first across them to boos from the crowd. Cherry applauds as Karma points to the side of his head.

Karma goes over and lifts up Cordy’s leg, signally the figure four to boos from the crowd. But as Karma stps over, turns and reaches down to grab the other leg, Cordy rolls him up in a small package to cheers from the crowd.

After both grapplers scramble to get up to their feet, Karma nails Cordy with a kick to the midsection. He then grabs Cordy’s arm, places it behind her head and then knocks her down with a heart punch to boos from the crowd.

Clement: That punch right to the chest might have taken the fight right out of Cordy Stevenson!

As Cordy is curled up in pain on the canvas, Karma steps through the canvas before slapping the top turnbuckle to boos from the crowd.

Grayson: Hey Kev, you ever seen a Kickass Angel before?

After climbing up to the top turnbuckle, Karma jumps off, going for the Kickass Angel. But Cordy rolls towards the corner, causing Karma to crash onto the canvas to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Nobody's home! Karma misses! Karma misses the splash!

After Karma slowly turns over onto his back, Cordy rolls out onto the apron. After pulling herself up using the ropes, Cordy turns and climbs the turnbuckles…

Grayson: She's not going for that senton, is she?

As Cordy is near the top, Cherry climbs up onto the apron to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Dammit, ref, get her out of here!

While the ref and Cordy are both yelling at Cherry to get off the apron, Karma gets up, heads into the corner, grabs Cordy and slams her down onto the canvas to boos from the crowd. She arches her back in pain as the crowd continues to boo. Meanwhile, Karma leans up and rests in the corner as Cherry climbs down and applauds. As Cordy slowly gets up on all fours, Karma smiles as he waves her up. Once Cordy gets up to her feet and turns around, Karma heads out of the corner and goes for Check Your Chiclets. But Cordy ducks. When Karma turns around, he turns right into The Foot Fetish to cheers from the crowd. Cordy makes the cover.

Grayson: No, Karma been eliminated!

Clement: Cordy advances! Cordelia Stevenson advances in the Frontier Lions Cup! She'll face Tony Carmine in the Semifinals! Boy, you want to talk about some bad blood there? That should be a good one. We've got two quarterfinals matches down and two to go. Up next, Dan Herrera versus Jared James!

[FGA Office]

(Somewhere backstage, Laurel Anne Hardy is pacing around rolling her wrists while Evangelista's sitting very still and very quiet in a plastic chair.)

Laurel Anne Hardy: This is it. Our first FGA pay-per-view. Excited?

Evangelista: Mmmm... yeah, yeah... nervous, but... excited.

Laurel Anne Hardy: Still confident, though?

(Evangelista manages a small, bitter, self-effacing laugh.)

Evangelista: What d'you reckon?

(Laurel throws her hands out in exasperation as she turns around.)

Laurel Anne Hardy: Oh my god, Ell... what happened to all that fire you had a few days ago?

Evangelista: The last few days happened.

Laurel Anne Hardy: Why? What's happened in the last few days?

Evangelista: Nothin', Laurel. Fire just flames out, dunnit.

Laurel Anne Hardy: Does it?

(Evangelista stares hard at Laurel, then shakes her head.)

Evangelista: Course you wouldn't understand.

(Looking slightly hurt, Laurel returns the glare.)

Laurel Anne Hardy: How can you say that? Everything we've been through together over the years, all the times I've been there for you, and you think I don't get you?

Evangelista: I didn't mean it like that... I just... you don't know what it's like to be insecure.

Laurel Anne Hardy: I have insecurities, Ell, I'm not some kinda machine...

(Evangelista sighs.)

Evangelista: Havin' insecurities ain't the same as bein' insecure.

Laurel Anne Hardy: Everyone gets nerves before a big match, Leanne. Everyone. If they tell you they don't it's all front an' mind games. (Evangelista seems to be softening as she stares at Laurel... then shakes her head sadly.)

Evangelista: Oh, you're doin' it again, Ell. Soundin' like one'a those motivational posters we make fun of. You're about a washin' line an' a sunset away from tellin' me to hang on in there, baby.

Laurel Anne Hardy: Well? Sometimes you need a little bit of motivation.

Evangelista: I think what I need most right now is a stiff little drink.

Laurel Anne Hardy: We'll drink until we fall through a crack in time an' space, I promise - later on though, yeh? You've got a Lions Cup to win. You're gonna do great if you just have a little confidence. Now listen, I better go catch Annie, but I'll be watchin' your match with Cyn while I get my #grrface on, right?

(The smile which appears on Evangelista's face is small - very small - but warm.)

Laurel Anne Hardy: I believe in you, Leanne.

(Evangelista's smile broadens, gratefully, and the friends clasp their hands together.)

Evangelista: Thank you.

(Laurel nods insouciantly as she returns the smile, then strokes her friend's head before turning and walking away. Leanne sighs and closes her eyes, and leans her head back against the wall sadly.)

(When the first bass drum thumps, Dan pulls the curtain back and walks out from behind the curtain. He gives a head nod to the fans and begins heading towards the ring as a spotlight stays on him)

Cruz: The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 15 minute time limit! It is a Quarterfinals Match in the Frontier Lions Cup tournament! Introducing first, now residing out of Raleigh, North Carolina! Weighing in at 215 pounds… DAN HERRERA!

(As Dan makes his way to the ring he slaps hands with the fans on either side of the entrance-way. He gets to the ring and walks up the ropes. He swings around the ring post and ducks between the top and middle rope. Once in the ring he walks over showing his taped wrists to the referee who nods at him and sends him to his corner. He grabs the ropes on either side of the turnbuckle and leans in with his head down prepping himself for the match to begin.)

Clement: Dan Herrera dominated the Gold Rush Rumble, only to be eliminated by Dom Harter. He was then able to eliminate Dom in the Three Way Dance at All-Star Showdown III. But Herrera couldn't get past Jimmy Page. Now, Dan has the chance to get another shot at the World Championship.

Grayson: He's come close, Kev. But just like Cindy Parker, he won't be getting those cigars, either.

The familiar riff of Washed Out's "Feel It All Around" permeates through the arena as Jared James, joined with Dexter Wolfe at his side, slowly waltzes out from the backstage area. A slight grin on his face, James paces his way down to the ring with Wolfe slightly trailing. During this short journey, he periodically stops to high five fans in attendance.

Cruz: His opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Dexter Wolfe! From Des Moines, Iowa! Weighing in at 187 pounds… JARED JAMES!

Once at the ring, he rolls onto the mat and in one motion hops up onto his feet before running into the far corner -- jumping up to the second rope. He throws both arms into the air, enthusiasm plastered across his face, before jumping down to the mat once more and heading into his corner where he sits on the bottom rope in anticipation for his upcoming bout.

Clement: Jared James has been a man on a mission since returning in January after a year plus hiatus. His stated goal was to become the FGA World Champion. What better time than now, Evan? What better time than to have that career defining performance than tonight?

Grayson: A Lions Cup victory would go a long way towards him becoming the next FGA World Champion. But he's got to make it to the end. He's got to make it past Herrera. Can he do it? We'll see...

The bell sounds as both men lock up. Herrera quickly overpowers Jared, moving him across the ring. After Herrera presses Jared up against the corner, the ref heads over and gives both men until the count of five to break the hold.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Both men slowly make a clean break. Herrera then ducks down and goes for a shoulder thrust. But Jared counters with a knee strike to cheers from the crowd. After slamming Herrera’s head into the top turnbuckle, Jared turns him around and unleashes a series of knife-edge chops to cheers from the crowd. He then takes Herrera and goes for an irish whip, but Herrera hooks his right arm onto the top rope. After tightening his grip around Herrera’s left wrist, Jared goes for another irish whip. But again, Herrera blocks the move. He then unhooks his arm from around the top rope and hammers away with right hands to the face, sending Jared back with each strike. After a kick to the midsection, Herrera takes Jared and whips him into the ropes. When Jared comes back, Herrera quickly knocks him down with a standing shoulder block to cheers from the crowd. Jared can be seen clutching the back of his head with both hands. But Herrera doesn’t care as he reaches down, picks Jared back up and whips him into the ropes. When Jared comes back, Herrera steamrolls over him with a running shoulder block to cheers from the crowd. He then goes back over, picks up Jared and whips him into the ropes. When Jared comes back, Herrera throws out a clothesline. Jared ducks, floats over across his back and goes for a crucifix. But Herrera counters with a Samoan Drop to cheers from the crowd. He reaches back and hooks Jared’s leg.

After both grapplers scramble to their feet, Jared throws down Herrera with an arm drag to cheers from the crowd. Herrera gets back up, but Jared throws him down with a Mexican arm drag to cheers from the crowd. Herrera gets back up, but Jared delivers an arm drag, followed by a shoulder lock.

Clement: Jared was getting manhandled by the power game earlier on. But now, he's got some control of this match with that shoulder lock.

Grayson: Herrera may not look like the biggest guy. But the man is strong. Jared is practically a stick compared to him. This right here is what he needs to do. Wear down Dan... get him off his feet... keep him down...

The ref asks Herrera is he wants to give up. But Herrera waves him off. After battling his way back up to his feet, Herrera moves Jared into the ropes. As Herrera presses him up against the ropes, the ref gives Jared until the count of five to break the hold.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Jared makes the clean break. Herrera then nails Jared with a punch to the midsection, doubling him over. Herrera then steps back and delivers a high knee lift, sending Jared stumbling through the ropes and out onto the apron. As Jared tries to get up, Herrera nails him with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. He then grabs a hold of Jared and goes for a suplex back into the ring. But Jared slips down from behind. Jared then tries to counter with a jumping reverse bulldog. But Herrera grabs the top rope, causing Jared to fall and smack the back of his head against the canvas.

Clement: Did you see how the back of Jared's head bounced off the canvas?

Grayson: I bet he's seeing stars now...

As Jared rolls over and begins to crawl towards the center of the ring, Herrera crouches down. He begins to stalk Jared, waiting for him to get into perfect position. Members of the front row begin to stand up, sensing what is about to come next.

Clement: Oh boy...

Grayson: This isn't good for Jared...

When Jared gets up and turns around, Herrera darts over and motions for a spear. But Jared counters with a spinning roundhouse kick to cheers from the crowd. He makes the cover.

Herrera kicks out.

Jared picks up Herrera and whips him into the corner. He then runs across the ring and goes for a rolling monkey flip. But after Jared rolls up and hops onto Herrera, Herrera catches him in mid air, turns, sits Jared on the top turnbuckle and quickly tries to go for the Walking Papers to cheers from the crowd. But Jared hangs onto the top ropes for dear life.

Clement: Herrera is trying to rip Jared off the top turnbuckle! If he hits the Walking Papers, it's over!

After failing to yank Jared off the top rope, Herrera lets go and nails Jared with a punch to the face. Jared responds with a front kick, sending Herrera stumbling back. After shaking off the kick, Herrera runs back over and nails Jared with three punches to the face. Jared responds with another front kick to the face, sending Herrera stumbling back. After Herrera shakes off the attack, he runs back into the corner and delivers another punch. Jared goes to respond with another front kick. But Herrera swats the kick away and shoves him back, sending Jared tumbling over the top rope and to the floor. Gasps can be heard throughout the crowd as Jared lays in pain on the floor.

Grayson: Did you hear that thud?

Clement: Jared just took a hard fall to the outside after Dan Herrera shoved him off from the top turnbuckle. We've seen a mean streak in Dan in recent weeks. From spearing Max Powers to manhandling Ash during the Qualifying Round...

Herrera rolls to the outside. He goes over, picks up Jared and throws him down with a scoop slam on the outside. Jared groans in pain as he arches his back. Herrera reaches back down, picks up Jared and delivers a vertical suplex on the outside. Jared sits up and arches his back in pain. Dexter runs over and kneels down to attend to him. Herrera then turns over, gets up to his feet and rolls back into the ring.

Ref: ….. FIVE…………………………… SIX…………………

Clement: The ref is already at six, Evan! Dan may very well win this match by countout!

Grayson: As I said earlier, it's not the preferred method of winning. But on a night like this, you do what you've got to do to advance...

Jared turns over onto his stomach. He can be seen pounding the floor with his fist in pain. Dexter begins to slap the apron, trying his best to will Jared back into this match.

Ref: …………………. SEVEN……………………………………

Jared pushes himself up off the canvas and turns towards the ring.

Ref: ………………………….. EIGHT…………………………

Clement: I don't think he's going to make it, Evan.

Grayson: He might not...

Jared places his palms on the edge of the apron.

Ref: ……………………… NINE……………….

Jared pulls himself up using the edge of the apron.

Ref: ………………………….. TE-

Jared rolls back into the ring to cheers and applause from the crowd. But Herrera isn’t as happy as the crowd are. He quickly heads over and puts the boots to Jared, stomping away at his chest. He then reaches down, picks up Jared and whips him hard into the corner. As Jared stumbles from out of the corner, Herrera lifts him up onto his shoulders and throws him down with the Wit’s End. He makes the cover.

Clement: Herrera threw him down with such force with that Wit's End. But Jared, somehow, got his shoulder up.

Grayson: You can never question Jared's guts. His brains? Sure. But his guts? Never...

Herrera picks up Jared and repeatedly knees him in the midsection, doubling him over. Jared, weakened by the blows, leans over into Herrera’s chest. Herrera looks down at Jared, knowing that his body is the only thing keeping Jared up on his feet. After once last knee to the midsection, Herrera hoists Jared up and throws him down with the Final Word to cheers from the crowd. He makes the cover.

Clement: How did Jared get his shoulder up?

Grayson: He could barely stand up. How was he able to muster up the energy to get his shoulder up?

Herrera picks up Jared and whips him hard chest-first into the corner. As Jared stumbles back, Herrera lifts him up onto his shoulders. After walking around the ring, Herrera goes for an Electric Chair Drop. But Jared counters into a victory roll to cheers from the crowd.

Herrera kicks out.

After both grapplers scramble to get up to their feet, Herrera runs over and throws out a lariat. But Jared ducks. When Herrera turns around, he turns into a back flip kick to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Pele! Pele!

While Herrera’s down, Jared steps through the ropes and begins to climb the turnbuckles. But once he’s near the top, Herrera grabs him and launches him towards the center of the ring to cheers from the crowd.

Grayson: And down goes Jared James!

As Jared slowly gets up and turns around, Herrera darts out of the corner and nails him with a spear that turns him inside out to cheers from the crowd. He makes the cover.

Grayson: That's it!

Clement: Jared James got his shoulder up! This young man is something else...

Herrera gets up and waves up Jared. As Jared slowly gets up, Herrera begins to stick his elbow out and move his arm in a circle. He begins to tap the elbow as Jared tries to shake out the cobwebs. Herrera heads over and throws out a discus elbow. But Jared ducks. When Herrera turns around, Jared kicks him in the midsection and follows up with the I-35 Drive to cheers from the crowd. He makes the cover as the bell sounds.

Clement: What's going on here?

Grayson: The hell if I know...

The ref heads to the outside and can be seen telling something to Manny Cruz. Dexter Wolfe tries to make his way over to see what's going on.

Clement: I think we're about to get a decision, Evan...

Cruz: Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has informed me that since neither man were able to gain a fall within the 15 minute time limit, this contest has been ruled a draw and both men have been eliminated!

The crowd erupts in boos over the decision. Jared places his hands on his head in disbelief while Herrera buries his face in his hands.

Clement: What a stunning decision! I still can't believe it!

Grayson: You mean to tell me that Jared James AND Dan Herrera are eliminated!?

Clement: That's exactly right. Which means that whoever wins next between Evangelista and Cyncity will get an automatic bye to the Finals!

[FGA Office]

Backstage, Ash is pacing back and forth while taking deep and measured breaths, obviously still having a bit of the adrenaline rushing through her after her first match for the Rey Del Aire. A bottle of juice in one hand, she takes larges gulps of it, one after the other before using some of the bottled water in her other hand splash at the sweat still glistening her forehead as she prepares for the finals match shortly. As she does this, she doesn’t notice the decently tall young man making his way closer and closer to her until it’s too late. Turning her head towards the direction of the footsteps she can now hear get close, she gets a towel tossed right at her face. She quickly swipes the towel off of her face and scowls at the young man who now sits next to her with a smirk on his face.

Colton Sterling: Tired, are we?

Ash: Can’t afford to be tired. I still have one more match to go through before I can relax for the day.

Wiping at her face with the towel, she sits down next to him.

Ash: Jerk, throwing things at me that I need an all… things all set?

He continues to keep that smirk on his face as he reaches behind him and pulls out a folded up packet from his jeans back pocket. The current HKW No Limits champion unfolds the packet up to reveal the FGA logo on the first page before handing it over to Ash.

Colton Sterling: It’s not a full time deal, but it’s sort of the same deal they gave Blake a few months back. So, technically, I’m a guest talent. Maybe if the shows and matches I’m in go well, that can be a full time contract.

Ash: Guest or not, feels like forever since we’ve worked for the same place. Relying so much on Skyping each other to stay in touch most of the time pretty much blowed. At least this now we’ll be seeing more of each… and the whole boost to your career thing of course.

Colton Sterling: Definitely. I’m doing well everywhere else, but this company...well, you’ve been here. You already know. How are you feeling, by the way?

Ash: Been a little bit of a rough start but…

Ash sighs a little with a shake of her head before letting a wry grin come over her lips.

Ash: But things look to be picking up a little now. I just have to come out this finals match on top and that ball will really be rolling you know.

Colton Sterling: When you win this, you’ll have a trophy to match that one I got a few months back.

Colton chuckles while Ash just shakes her head.

Colton Sterling: Good luck out there, babe. Kick some ass and take home the...whatever that trophy is made of.

Leaning over, Ash plants a kiss on Colton’s lips before hopping up from sitting next to him.

Ash: I’m practically made of luck. I’ll see you once this is over. I have a feeling we’ll have some celebrating to do.

Giving him a wink of an eye, Ash walks away.

The beginning of "Nobody's Perfect" by Hannah Montana plays over the sound system until it's cut off by a static. The lights in the arena dim down to nothing as the static is replaced by the sounds of a power clap coming from through the audience.

"One! Two! Three! Four!
Everybody makes mistakes! Everybody has those days!
Everybody knows what what I'm talkin' 'bout!
Everybody gets that way!"

When the beat kicks in heavily, Cyncity bursts out onto the ramp with her arms out to her side, pretending to be an airplane as she runs up and down the top of the ramp. When she's done messing around, she smiles and makes her way back to the top of the ramp. She stands at there for a moment, scanning the crowd, and feeding from their energy before she makes her way down the ramp, throwing her right arm in the air, taking in the audience's cheers.. She stops midway down the ramp and scans the crowd one more time, nodding her head and giving the audience a round of applause. She spins in a circle and does her trademark Sex Sells pose, her arms in the air, and bottom pushed out. Fans in attendance are heard whistling in her direction, as she breaks her pose and blows kisses to the audience. She slaps the hands of a few lucky fans, and even gives a few of them a hug as she marches her way down the ramp. She finally pulls away from the fans then continues her quickened pace toward the ring.

She slides into the ring and crawls toward the middle before getting to her feet. She blows a kiss at the crowd and climbs up to the middle rope, throwing her arms in the air and taking in the ovations with a grin on her face. Finally, she hops back into the ring and walks over to her corner, stretching out her limbs and waiting for the match to begin.

Clement: Cindy Parker has some so close time and time and time again to winning a championship or winning a big tournament. But she's always come up short. Will tonight be the night that she finally gets that cigar that she's been looking for?

Grayson: I don't want to say it's now or never. But something's got to give at some point, right?

The Veronicas' "Revolution" comes over the speakers. During the first vocal line Evangelista emerges through the curtain slowly, with a focused look on her face. She closes her eyes for a second, then begins the walk to the ring, absently tagging outstretched hands while trying to psyche herself up for the task ahead.

Cruz: Her opponent, from St. Helens, England! Weighing in at 133 pounds… EVANGELISTA!

After rolling under the bottom rope she crosses over to a corner and climbs up, posing for just a second before moonsaulting back down to the ring. She takes her corner and crosses herself, then begins shaking her limbs out in readiness for the coming match.

Clement: One half of Dragons Unleashed, Evangelista, will be looking to make a name for herself as a single competitor her in FGA. But the shadow of her much more eccentric tag partner, Laurel Anne Hary, looms large over Leanne.

Grayson: It definitely does. Could you imagine if Evangelista loses here, yet Laurel and Annie win later on tonight? I bet that'd leave a bad taste in her mouth.

The bell sounds as Evangelista and Cyncity shake hands to start things off. After circling the ring, the two head back towards the center of the ring and lock up. After jockeying for position, Evangelista takes Cyncity and delivers an arm wringer to cheers from the crowd. She delivers a strike to the arm before delivering another arm wringer. The ref asks Cyncity if she wants to give up. But she shakes her head no. So Evangelista delivers another arm wringer. After fighting off the pain, Cyncity rolls forward, leans back, kips up and counters with an arm wringer of her down. But Evangelista quickly reaches over, grabs Cyncity and brings her down with arm wrench to cheers from the crowd.

With Cyncity face-down on the canvas, Evangelista transitions into a hammerlock. The ref asks Cyncity if she wants to give up. But again, Cyncity shakes her head no. So Evangelista delivers a double handstand into a falling knee drop to the arm, causing Cyncity to cringe in pain. She continues to keep the hammerlock applied.

The ref asks Cyncity if she wants to give up. But Cyncity refuses to quit. So Evangelista pushes up on the arm, causing Cyncity to groan in pain. She then delivers another double handstand into a falling knee drop to the arm. Evangelista then turns Cyncity over and makes the cover.

Grayson: Take an arm or a leg away from your opponent and you take away a lot of their offense.

Evangelista picks up Cyncity, grabs her right arm and delivers another arm wringer to cheers from the crowd. After Cyncity drops down to one knee, she rolls forward, leans back, kips up, swats Evangelista’s hands off her and follows up with a dropkick to cheers from the crowd. Evangelista gets back up, but Cyncity knocks her down with another dropkick to cheers from the crowd. Cyncity then goes for a third dropkick. But Evangelista side steps and swats her down. As Cyncity gets back up, Evangelista kicks her in the midsection and follows up with a series of Battlegrounds Uppercuts. She then sends Cyncity into the ropes. When Cyncity comes back, Evangelista goes for a clothesline. But Cyncity ducks and runs into the ropes. When Cyncity comes back, Evangelista knocks her down with a crossbody block to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Woah, look at that!

Cyncity quickly runs into the ropes as Evangelista gets back up to her feet. When Cyncity comes back, she connects with a front dropkick, knocking Evangelista down to cheers from the crowd. She makes the cover.

Cyncity takes Evangelista, heads into the corner and goes to slam her head into the top turnbuckle. But Evangelista puts her foot on the middle turnbuckle, blocking the move. After an elbow to the midsection, Evangelista slams Cyncity’s head into the top turnbuckle to cheers from the crowd. After bringing Cyncity away from the corner, Evangelista applies a standing keylock to cheers from the crowd. As Evangelista cranks back, Cyncity screams out in pain.

Clement: Leanne's got the submission applied!

Grayson: Cindy may want to cut her losses and just quit right now!

Evangelista continues to crank back on the arm. But Cyncity is able to break the hold with a knee to the midsection. After shaking off her arm, Cyncity runs into the ropes. But when she comes back, Evangelista knocks her down with a dropkick to cheers from the crowd. She makes the cover.

After shaking off the blows, Evangelista goes for another strike. Cyncity then tries to cut her off with a step-up enzuigiri. But Evangelista ducks. Wen Cyncity gets back up, Evangelista knocks her down with a jumping enzuigiri to cheers from the crowd. She turns Cyncity over and makes the cover.

Clement: Good counter there by Cindy. I've got to tell you, Evan, this match has been pretty even thus far.

Grayson: It's not like these two were unknowns or anything before. We knew what these two were capapble of before. But right now, these two are showing me that they really want this Lions Cup. Unfortunatey, this isn't a community trophy and only one will advance.

As both grapplers get up, Cyncity takes Evangelista and goes for an irish whip. But Evangelista reverses, sending Cyncity into the ropes. When Cyncity comes back, Evangelista throws out a clothesline. But Cyncity ducks and counters with a floatover swinging neckbreaker to cheers from the crowd. Cyncity then gets up and heads into the corner. After hoisting herself up onto the middle ropes, she waves up Evangelista. As Evangelista gets up and turns around, Cyncity flips off and delivers a Blockbuster to cheers from the crowd. She turns over and makes the cover.

But when Evangelista turns around, Cyncity heads over to the ropes and knocks her down with a spiraling crossbody to the outside to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: What a maneuver by Cyncity!

After picking up Evangelista, Cyncity rolls her back into the ring. But instead of rolling herself back in, she climbs up onto the apron and waits for Evangelista to get up. When Evangelista does get up and turn around, she turns into a springboard clothesline from Cyncity to cheers from the crowd. She makes the cover.

Ready and waiting for her match, Ash jumps down from the middle turnbuckle finally.

Clement: Ash has had a bit of a rough go during her first couple of matches her in FGA. She's lost some. But she's never looked over matched. She's never looked overwhelmed. She's always shown glimpses of someone that has the talent to do great things. And now, with two straight wins under her belt, things are looking up.

Grayson: ... for now. I'm sure her Mystery Opponent will have something to say about that...

“Hail to the King” blasts out of the speakers as the curtain is pulled back and out steps Ash’s opponent. Cellphone flashes illuminate him in an almost strobe light effect as. He stands there soaking in the energy. He smiles as he hears the boos from the crowd.

Cruz: And her opponent, now residing out of Boston, Massachusetts! Weighing in at 228 pounds…





BOB POOLER!

He makes his way down to the ring as he recoils from the hands of those closest to the guard rail. He rolls under the bottom rope and stands up in the corner, a smirk on his face as he stretches his arms across his chest and awaits the start of the match.

Grayson: The last time we saw Bob Pooler in an FGA ring was about four or five months ago. But he didn't appear to show that much ring rust as he was able to get past Chaths and Larkyn in the other Rey del Aire seminal.

Clement: No disrespect to Chaths or Larkyn, but they don't have the momentum behind them that Ash does. He'll have a much harder time getting past her.

The bell sounds as both grapplers circling the ring before locking up. Ash quickly gains the advantage with a side headlock. Pooler tries to shove Ash off of him. But she drops down to one knee, preventing Pooler from escaping. After getting back up to both feet, Ash delivers a side headlock takeover. Pooler quickly reverses into a leg scissors headlock. But Ash quickly escapes via a kip up. Both grapplers turn around and find themselves face to face.

After taking a couple of steps back, both grapplers circle the ring before heading over towards each other. Pooler motions for a collar & elbow tie-up. But he quickly ducks, wraps around her and applies a hammerlock from behind. The ref asks Ash if she wants to give up. But Ash shakes her head no. After shifting around, Ash leans forward and reverses into a hammerlock of her own. But Pooler reaches back, elbows her in the face and applies another side headlock. After performing another standing switch, he transitions into another hammerlock from behind. Ash tries for an elbow shot to the face. But Pooler moves his head out of the way. Pooler then turns Ash around delivers an arm wringer. After placing Ash in a top wrist lock, Ash rolls forward, leans back, kips up and reverses into an arm wringer of her own. She then yanks on the arm, bringing Pooler down to one knee. The ref asks Pooler if he wants to give up. But Pooler shakes his head no. He then flips over with a headstand, gets back up to his feet and reverses into another arm wringer of his own. Ash then rolls over, leans back and kips both feet up, knocking Pooler down with an upward double kick to the chest. As both grapplers kip up, they turn and find themselves face to face once again.

Clement: I don't care how long of an hiatus Pooler's been on. The fact that Ash is able to go tit for tat with a man as experienced as him speaks volumes to her talent.

Grayson: ... or she's just lucky. It's still early, you know.

After taking a couple of steps back, both grapplers circle the ring. They then inch towards each other and go for a lock up. But Ash ducks the lock up, applying a waist lock from behind. She quickly transitions into a side headlock. But Pooler is able to shove Ash off of him and into the ropes. When Ash comes back, Pooler knocks her down with a standing shoulder block. He then heads into another set of ropes as Ash kips back up. When Pooler comes back, Ash leap frogs over him. Pooler then continues to run into another set of ropes. When he comes back, Ash goes for a hip toss. But Pooler blocks it, punches her in the midsection and drapes his leg across the back of her neck. After Pooler performs a backflip, Ash takes him down with a drop toe hold. She then hops across Pooler’s back and applies a side headlock. But Pooler slips out, reversing into a hammerlock. The ref asks Ash if she wants to give up. But she shakes her head no. After battling her way back up to her feet, Ash reaches back with her free arm and repeatedly elbows Pooler in the face. After reaching back and grappling Pooler, she jumps up and takes him down with a snapmare to cheers from the crowd.

As Pooler gets up, Ash runs at him. But Pooler side steps and shoves her into the ropes. When Ash comes back, Pooler steps back in front of her and goes for a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. But Ash with a tilt-a-whirl arm drag to cheers from the crowd. Pooler gets back up, but Ash knocks him down with a dropkick to cheers from the crowd. Pooler gets back up, but Ash brings him down with a headscissors takeover to cheers from the crowd. She follows up with a jumping leg drop before making the cover.

Ash picks up Pooler and goes for an irish whip. But Pooler reverses, sending her into the ropes. When Ash comes back, Pooler bends over to set up a back body drop. But Ash counters with a sunset flip to cheers from the crowd…

Clement: Here we g-, oh wait..

… but Pooler rolls through it, gets to his feet as he hooks his arms around Ash’s legs and leans back, catapulting Ash onto the top rope. Ash bounces off the top rope and tumbles to the floor to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Ash was keeping the pace with Pooler. But not anymore after that catapult to the floor.

Grayson: Now we're about to see how good she really is...

Pooler crouches down, waiting for the first sign of Ash getting up. As Ash begins to get up to her feet, Pooler takes off into the ropes. When he comes back, he goes for a baseball slide, but Ash side steps and dives back into the ring. As Pooler climbs up onto the apron, Ash goes to attack him. But Pooler ducks the attack and delivers a shoulder thrust through the ropes. After grabbing Ash by the hair, Pooler walks over towards the corner and goes to slam her head into the top turnbuckle. But Ash puts her foot on the middle rope, breaking the hold. She then grabs Pooler and slams his head against the ring post to cheers from the crowd. As Pooler stumbles back on the apron, Ash steps back, runs into the corner and connects with a triangle dropkick, knocking Pooler off the apron and to the floor.

As Pooler slowly gets up on the outside, Ash runs into the ropes. When Pooler turns around, he turns right into a baseball slide, sending him into the guardrail to cheers from the crowd. As Pooler makes his way from off the guardrail, Ash delivers a back kick to the face on the apron, sending Pooler back a few steps. After she looks over her shoulder, Ash delivers an Arabian Press moonsault, knocking Pooler down to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: What a maneuver by Ash!

Grayson: A purist like Karma would be getting sea sick from all these flips and dives. But I love it. This is what the Rey del Aire was created for and these two are putting some good action on display...

While Pooler is down, Ash kneels down and reaches for something underneath the ring. After rummaging around, she pulls out a steel chair and holds it up to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Oh, there it is! Ash's got the chair!

Grayson: How is this not illegal?

After tossing the chair into the ring, Ash rolls back in, picks up the chair and runs into the ropes. When she comes back , Pooler dives into the ring, gets up and tackles her down with the High Velocity Hug to boos from the crowd. He makes the cover.

Pooler looks over and sees the chair that Ash brought into the ring. He looks back down at Ash, then back over to the chair. Pooler then heads over and grabs the chair to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Now may be the time to get that chair out of the ring, ref.

Grayson: Oh, so when a cute girl with pink hair as the chair, everything is fine and dandy. But when Pooler gets the chair, now there's a problem? I see...

Pooler takes the chair, unfolds it and sits it down in the middle of the ring. He then picks up Ash and goes for an irish whip. But Ash reverses, sending Pooler into the ropes. When Pooler comes back, Ash delivers a drop toe hold onto the seat of the chair to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Pooler's face just smacked right off the seat of that chair!

Grayson: He might be out of it!

While Pooler is down, Ash runs into the ropes. When she comes back, he jumps up onto the chair, leaps over onto the ropes and flips back, connecting with a moonsault to cheers from the crowd. She hooks the leg for the cover.

Ash picks up Pooler and delivers a kneeling jawbreaker, sending him stumbling back into the corner. After getting back up to her feet, Ash heads over, grabs Pooler and whips him into the opposite corner. She then takes off, heading across the ring for a running attack. But Pooler nails her with a boot to the face, sending her stumbling back. Pooler then quickly hoists himself up onto the middle ropes and jumps off, knocking Ash down with a diving European Uppercut. The crowd boos as he makes the cover.

Pooler picks up Ash and whips her into the corner. After sizing her up, Pooler runs across the ring and connects with a running jumping corner clothesline to boos from the crowd. After Pooler slips through the middle & top ropes, Ash stumbles from out of the corner. When Ash turns around, Pooler springboards onto the top rope, leaps off and delivers a flying tornado DDT to boos from the crowd.

Clement: What a maneuver by Pooler!

Grayson: He just planted her with that DDT! That's it! It's got to be it!

Pooler picks up Ash and whips her into the corner. He then runs across the ring and connects with a running European Uppercut, nearly knocking her head off to boos from the crowd. He then takes Ash and whips her into the previously corner. Pooler then proceeds to run across the ring, jumps up and connect with a hangtime dropkick. The crowd boos as Ash crumbles from out of the corner.

Pooler begins to circle Ash like a hawk, just waiting to swoop in and attack. As Ash pushes herself up on all fours, Pooler runs into the ropes. When he comes back, he delivering a jumping curb stomp to boos from the crowd. He turns Ash over and makes the cover.

Clement: Pooler drives her down face-first into the canvas!

Ash gets her shoulder up to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Ash's got some fight in her! She isn't done yet!

Pooler sits her up and applies a sleeper hold. The ref asks Ash if she wants to give up. But Ash declines the opportunity to submit. So Pooler cinches in the hold even tighter, trying his best to cut off the supply of oxygen to the brain.

Clement: Ash may be a little too fast for Bob Pooler. So now he wants to slow this thing down...

Grayson: ... if not finish her off right here.

Pooler gets up on one knee and leans on Ash’s back, applying even more pressure. The ref goes and asks Ash if she wants to quit. But she doesn’t respond.

Grayson: She might be out of it right now!

The ref snaps his fingers in front of Ash and asks her again if she wants to quit. But again, Ash doesn’t answer. So the ref raises her arm… and it falls. The crowd gasps as a huge smile comes across Pooler’s face.

Grayson: One down, two to go!

The ref raises Ash’s arm again. Once he lets go, the arm falls for a second time. The crowd boos as Pooler begins to nod.

Grayson: One more and she's done, Kev!

The ref raises Ash’s arm for a third time. He let’s go of the arm. It begins to fall…

Grayson: There it is!

Then it stops. Ash’s arm then shoots back up, quickly turning the boos to cheers.

Grayson: What!?

Clement: Ash is still in this!

Pooler can’t believe it. He shakes his head at the ref. But the ref tells him that she’s still in this. Meanwhile, the crowd is getting solidly behind Ash as they stomp their feet and chant...

Crowd: ASH! ASH! ASH! ASH!

Ash begins to shake her fist in unison with the chants. She then slowly turns over onto her knees. Ash then gets up on one foot, then both. After five elbows to the midsection, the hold is broken. While Pooler is doubled over, Ash runs into the ropes. When she comes back, Pooler goes for Dr. Teeth. But Ash ducks and runs into the ropes. When Pooler turns around, he turns into a handspring back elbow to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Pooler got hit with Just A Dream!

Ash picks up Pooler, runs into the corner and slams his head into the top turnbuckle while the crowd counts along.

Crowd: ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR, FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT, NINE, TEN!

While the crowd cheers, Ash picks up Pooler and wraps him up in the Tree of Woe. While Pooler tries to free himself, Ash heads towards the center of the ring. She then turns around, runs back over towards the corner and connects with a baseball slide, knocking Pooler down to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Ash has regained control of this one! Now it's Pooler that's in trouble!

After Pooler turns and struggles to pull himself up in the corner, he turns around. Ash runs over and leaps up, going for Into Dust. But Pooler catches her in mid air. He then lifts her into the air, catching her on his shoulders before slamming her down with a folding powerbomb to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Bob Pooler gets the victory and becomes the first-ever Rey del Aire winner! But the man's feet were clearly on the ropes. Pooler was this close to losing and barely, and I do mean just barely, was able to pull this thing out.

Clement: Tony Carmine was able to get past Chaz Holiday in the quarterfinals to advance to this semifinal match.

Grayson: Think about it. The man pinned Dan Herrera, who pinned the last World Champ. He then pinned Riley Owens two weeks ago, the current Pride Champion. And then he just beat Chaz Holiday, the current Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion. At this point, why even go through with the rest of this tournament? Let's just stop it and give Tony all the titles.

"Fine China" hits as Cordelia Stevenson makes her way down to the ring to cheers from the crowd.

Cruz: And his opponent, approaching the ring… CORDELIA STEVENSON!

Clement: Cordy Stevenson was able to get past Johnny Karma in the quarterfinals. You just knew that Karma had to be out for revenge. If he couldn't beat Cyncity, then why not do the next best thing and beat her best friend? But that was not in the cards for Karma.

Grayson: But this match right here has all kinds on intrigue. These two are close friends with Cindy Parker. However, they cannot stand each other at all. Tony hates Cordy because she's clearly riding Cindy's coattails and trying to make everything about her. Cindy was doing perfectly fine here until Cordy swooped in and tried to steal her spotlight. Of course, Cordy hates Tony because he's done nothing but call her out in front of everyone and tell the truth about her.

Clement: Any truth that has come out of that man's move has been few and far between. And none of the accusations that have been made towards Cordy are true at all.

Grayson: See? Tony was right. You're just another man that's wrapped up in her spell. It's tragic, really...

The bell sounds as Tony walks up to Cordy and shoves her back to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Tony clearly doesn't respect Cordy and that right there is just another example.

But the boos turn to cheers as Cordy comes back and socks Tony in the face. She then nails him with another right hand… and another… and another. After a kick to the midsection, she takes Tony and whips him into the ropes. When Tony comes back, he knocks down Cordy with a running shoulder block to boos from the crowd. He then runs into another set of ropes as Cordy kips back up to her feet. When Tony comes back, Cordy leap frogs over him. Tony then continues to run into the ropes. When he comes back, Cordy knocks him down with a dropkick to cheers from the crowd. Tony gets back up, but Cordy knocks him down with another dropkick to cheers from the crowd. As Tony gets back up, Cordy runs over and clotheslines him over the top rope and to the floor to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Cordy sends Tony to the outside and would you take a listen to this crowd...

Crowd: CORDY! CORDY! CORDY! CORDY!

As Tony slowly gets up on the outside, Cordy runs into the ropes. When she comes back, she motions for a dive to the outside. But Tony scurries out of the way, causing the crowd to boo.

Clement: Look at Tony running away!

Grayson: What is he supposed to do? Just stand there and let someone dive onto him? Come on, Kev...

After circling the ring, Tony climbs back up onto the apron and steps back into the ring. The two grapplers then circle the ring before heading back towards the center. They motion for a lock up. But Tony quickly opts out and goes for a kick to the midsection, doubling Cordy over to boos from the crowd. He then grabs Cordy by the wrist and whips him into the corner. Tony runs into the corner, but Cordy nails him with a boot to the face to cheers from the crowd. After Tony stumbles back, he runs back into the corner. But this time, Cordy nails him with an elbow to the face to cheers from the crowd. After Tony stumbles back, Cordy runs from out of the corner, jumps up and delivers a headscissors takeover to cheers from the crowd. Tony gets back up, but Cordy knocks him down with another dropkick to cheers from the crowd. As Tony gets back up, Cordy grabs him and whips him into the ropes. When Tony comes back, Cordy connects with a spinning heel kick, sending him stumbling through the ropes and to the floor. After Tony gets up on the outside, he repeatedly slaps the apron out of frustration to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Tony thought he was just going to have his way with Cordy. But Cordy came to fight.

Grayson: Maybe he underestimated her. I say he can still right the ship. It's still early.

After taking a breather on the outside, Tony climbs back up onto the apron. He then steps back in through the ropes and begins circling the ring, waving Cordy over towards him. The two then approach the center of the ring and lock up. Tony quickly overpowers her, moving her across the ring and into the corner. As Tony presses Cory up against the corner, the ref goes over and gives both grapplers until the count of five to break the hold.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Tony lets go… only to deliver a hard slap across Cordy’s face to boos from the crowd.

Grayson: HELLO!

Cordy turns back to Tony and goes to rock him with a right hand, but Tony ducks and counters with a kick to the midsection, followed by a rake of the eyes. He then places Cordy in a side headlock and rakes her eyes along the top turnbuckle, sending her stumbling into the nearest corner to boos from the crowd. After turning Cordy around, Tony hammers away with punches to the midsection. He then takes Cordy and whips her hard into the opposite corner. As Cordy stumbles out, Tony delivers a back body drop to boos from the crowd. He makes the cover.

Tony marches over, grabs Cordy from behind, pulls her away from the ropes and delivers a forearm strike to the back, causing Cordy to arch her back and then drops down to one knee. Tony then grabs her by her hair, picks her back up and delivers a knee strike to the midsection. After wrapping his arm around her neck, Tony delivers a snap suplex to boos from the crowd. He rolls over and makes the cover.

Grayson: How do you know?

Tony picks up Cordy and whips her into the ropes. When Cordy comes back, Tony bends over to set up another back body drop. But Cordy counters with a swift kick to the face, sending Tony stumbling back to cheers from the crowd. While Tony is dazed, Cordy runs into the ropes. When she comes back, Tony grabs her, runs and tosses her over the top rope to boos from the crowd…

Grayson: There she goes!

Tony turns around and raises his arms in the air. But the boos turn to cheers as Cordy can be seen hanging onto the top rope using both hands to cheers from the crowd. But before she can “skin the cat,” Tony runs back over and delivers a baseball slide to the back, knocking Cordy off the ropes and sending her rolling to the floor. The crowd boos Tony, but he pays them no mind. He crouches down, his eyes dead set on Cordy. As she begins to get up on the outside, Tony takes off towards the ropes. When Cordy turns around, Tony knocks her down with a rolling suicide dive to boos from the crowd.

Clement: What a maneuver by Tony Carmine!

Grayson: We saw him miss that move against Riley Owens. But he connected perfectly tonight. And who better of an opponent to wipe out with that move than that glory hound, Cordelia Stevenson?

Tony gets up, puts his foot on her chest and raises his arm in the air, adding insult to injury.

Grayson: Yeah, Tony, yeah!

Tony picks up Cordy and rolls her back into the ring. After rolling himself back into the ring, he picks up Cordy and whips her hard into the corner. As Cordy stumbles out, Tony knocks her down with a reverse discus elbow to boos from the crowd. He makes the cover.

Grayson: Tony said he was going to beat the hell out of Cordy Stevenson and he's doing just that. Tony's a man of his word. He'd never lie, especially when it comes to Cordy.

The ref asks Cordy if she wants to give up. But again, Cordy refuses to quit. So Tony lets go, only to deliver a knee to the back of Cordy. He reapplies the chinlock and tugs back, causing her to groan with pain while the crowd boos.

Crowd: CORDY! CORDY! CORDY! CORDY!

Clement: This crowd is trying to rally behind her, Evan!

Grayson: Yeah, good luck with that...

The ref asks Cordy if she wants to give up. But Cindy tells him, “no!” Cordy begins to feed off the energy of the crowd. She slowly turns over onto her knees, then gets up to her feet. After delivering four elbows to the midsection, Cordy runs into the ropes. When she comes back, Tony knocks her down with a dropkick to boos from the crowd. He then picks up Cordy, turns around and begins to gyrate his hips, mocking her to boos from the crowd…

Clement: How classless can one man be?

But the boos turn to cheers as Cordy breaks free, jumps up and delivers a reverse bulldog to cheers from the crowd. She turns over and makes the cover.

Cordy picks up Tony and goes for an irish whip. But Tony reverses, sending her into the ropes. When Cordy comes back, Tony delivers a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker to boos from the crowd. After dragging Cordy into position, Tony heads into the corner. After climbing up to the top turnbuckle, Tony flips off and goes for the Phoenix Splash. But Cordy gets her knees up, causing Tony to land across them to cheers from the crowd. Tony bounces off her knees and rolls over, curling up in pain.

Grayson: Poor Tony...

Clement: Tony went for that Phoenix Splash off the top. But Cordy was able to counter it just in the nick of time.

Tony slowly crawls over towards the corner and Cordy begins to pull herself up using the ropes. After Tony pulls himself up in the corner and turns around, Cordy runs across the ring and connects with a handspring back elbow to cheers from the crowd. She then takes Tony and whips him into the opposite corner. After sizing Tony up, Cordy runs across the ring and goes for another handspring back elbow. But this time, Tony catches her in mid air, walks forward and delivers a german suplex into the turnbuckles to boos from the crowd. He then grabs Cordy by her hair, drags her from out of the corner and makes the cover.

Grayson: How did she survive that German into the turnbuckles?

Tony picks up Cordy and throws her down with a scoop slam. As Cordy tries to get up, Tony nudges her in the face with his boot to boos from the crowd. Cordy reaches up, but Tony kicks her hand away from him. She tries to turn over. But again, Tony nudges her in the face with his boot.

Clement: Just do it already and get it over with! There's no reason to drag this out!

Grayson: Yes there is. It's fun!

As Cordy turns over onto all fours, Tony runs over and delivers a kick to the ribs. Cordy tries to push herself up off the mat. But Tony delivers another kick to the ribs. He begins putting the boots to Cordy, stomping away at her back as the crowd boos. Tony reaches down, grabs two handfuls of hair and yanks Cordy back up. After running into the corner and slamming Cordy face-first into the top turnbuckle, Tony grabs her by the hair and flings her out of the corner. The crowd boos as Cordy lands hard on the canvas. Tony goes back over, yanks her back up by her hair and flings her back across the ring, sending her rotating in the air before crashing hard onto the canvas.

Grayson: He's tossing her around like a rag doll, Kev!

Cordy slowly crawls back over towards the corner. She tries to pull herself up. But Tony marches up from behind, pulls her back up and slams her head into the top turnbuckle. After turning Cordy around, Tony lunges forward and chokes her with both hands to boos from the crowd. The ref gives Tony until the count of five to let go.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Tony gladly lets go… only because he goes right back to choking her again to boos from the crowd.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Tony lets go. He then stands up on the middles ropes and begins to punch Cordy as the crowd boos…

One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine… TE-

Tony stops himself. He then swings his hips, taunting Cordy to boos from the crowd. But the boos turn to cheers as Cordy grabs Tony, runs from out of the corner and delivers an inverted atomic drop to cheers from the crowd. While Tony is doubled over, Cordy quickly goes for The Allure to cheers from the crowd. But Tony counters by shoving Cordy into the ropes. But when Cordy comes back, she knocks Tony down with a spinning heel kick to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Tony barely escaped The Allure. But he didn't escape that heel kick to the face.

While Tony is down, Cordy gets up and stumbles into the ropes. After stepping through the ropes, she begins to climb the turnbuckles. But as Cordy is near the top, Tony runs up the turnbuckles, grabs Cordy and throws her down with an arm drag to boos from the crowd.

Clement: What a maneuver by Tony Carmine!

Grayson: You know what comes next!?

Tony slowly pushes himself off of the canvas and waits for Cordy to get into position. As she turns over and gets up on one knees, Tony pops up, runs over and goes for #PimpShit. But Cordy blocks it. She quickly grabs Tony by his legs, stands up and leans back, catapulting him into the corner to cheers from the crowd. As Tony stumbles back, Cordy runs into the ropes, springboards onto the middle rope, rebounds back and connects with The Beautiful Nightmare to cheers from the crowd. She makes the cover.

Cordy reaches down and slowly picks up Tony, but Tony nails her with a punch to the midsection. He then takes Cordy and whips her into the ropes. But Cordy stops, grabs Tony, turns and begins to gyrate her hips before dropping him with the Deadly Seduction to cheers from the crowd. She turns over and makes the cover.

Cordy picks up Tony and grabs him from the side to set up a teardrop suplex. But Tony counters with several elbows to the head. He then turns Cordy around and lifts her up for a belly to back suplex. But Cordy rolls over his shoulder, lands on her feet and shoves him into the ropes. When Tony comes back, Cordy scoops him up across his shoulders and delivers a Samoan Driver to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: She dropped him right on his head, but it's only good enough for two!

Cordy picks up Tony and sets him up for The Allure to cheers from the crowd. But just as she’s about to deliver the move, Tony slips out, grabs Cordy from behind and delivers a release german suplex to boos from the crowd. While Cordy is down, Tony heads into the corner and climbs the turnbuckles. When Tony reaches the top, he flips off, connecting with a Phoenix Splash to boos from the crowd.

Grayson: That's it! That's it! It's over!

Tony grabs Cordy by her hair, gets up and drags her to the center of the ring to boos from the crowd. After pulling her up to her feet, he hooks her arms from behind, lifts her up onto her back and goes for It’s Always Sunny in Sicily. But Cordy catches his leg, spins him around, kicks him in the midsection and drops him down The Allure to cheers from the crowd. She turns Tony over and makes the cover.

[FGA Office]

(The scene fades into a shot of Riley in the locker room. He’s seated in the corner, dressed in his ring attire and a hoodie; a pair of V-Moda headphones poke out from underneath the hood. The camera zooms in on him; he turns his head slightly towards the camera.)

Owens: I wonder if experience this same feeling.

(Riley nods his head, possible to the music his listening too.)

Owens: You’d think I’d be nervous going into this battle…no, going into this war against Kevin Hardaway. Or, you’d think I’d at least be anxious at the very least.

(Riley shakes his head.)

Owens: But, I’m not nervous at all. In fact, I feel calm; I feel at peace—crazy huh?

(Riley leans back a little bit.)

Owens: A few months ago Kevin made the worst decision of his career; that decision was to challenge me. When I faced Jimmy Page for the Pride Championship he made things “personal.” We all know the outcome of that match. Well, when Kevin grabbed that microphone and questioned my Heart and Fighting Spirit, he made things “personal.” So now, not only am I going to defeat Kevin and retain my championship, I’m going to demolish him. I’m going to shatter his Delusions of Grandeur and make him wish that he had retired long ago!

(Riley laughs a little bit.)

Owens: “Riley Owens, FGA World Heavyweight Champion.” I like the way that sounds; don’t you? You might want to say it aloud a few times so you can get used to it; because, I after I defeat Kevin tonight, I’m gunning for that top prize. And frankly, I don’t care who is holding it. Could be Jimmy, could be Dom, or it could be the Frontier Lion’s winner—it doesn’t matter.

My time is swiftly approaching!

(Riley scratches his beard a bit. He then holds up a finger.)

Owens: Oh yeah, last point. Please don’t think that I’m ignorant. A lot of you all on the roster have been talking shots at me in your little Vlogs and promos; I’ve caught those comments.

(Riley smirks a bit.)

Owens: Honestly, I find them comical. I’m at the top of the mountain baby; you all are looking up at me. But if you think you are bad enough to knock my off my throne, then please, be my guest.

I’ll be happy to kick your face in and send you toppling back down that mountain.

(The camera fades out.)

Pride Championship Match
(c) Riley Owens vs. Kevin Hardaway

The house lights go out in the arena as the opening of "Devil's Night" by Motionless in White flares up. Strobe lights begin to go insane when the vocals blare out of the sound system as Kevin Hardaway appears in the entryway. The crowd turns sour at the very sight of him. Kevin inhales before he makes his way down the ring.

Clement: Kevin Hardaway showed his true colors roughly four months ago when he viciously attacked his friend, Chris Bond. We all thought that Bond would get his revenge once and for all at All-Star Showdown III in the Chivalry is Dead Match. But it was not to be as Hardaway got a second straight victory over him. Now, Hardaway has set his sights on the Pride Championship. Hardaway used to embody everything that belt represented. Now, he's the very antithesis of that belt. I could imagine what would happen if K-Hard was able to recapture that championship.

A few hands get kicked away as once Kevin is at ringside, he hops up on the ring apron. The lights are back to normal as they enter the ring as he heads to the nearest turnbuckle and goes up to the top buckle. Some take pictures as he steps down, inhaling once more as he does the same thing on the other side of the ring before backing into the corner as he then waits for the match to begin as his entrance song fades off.

"De(v)tails" by A Bullet for Pretty Boy begins to play over the speakers. Owens walks out onto the entrance ramp and look at the crowd. He adjusts his wrist tape and then slowly walks down the ramp. Owens walks around the ring once and wipes his boots before sliding into the ring.

Clement: Riley Owens has been one of the hottest acts in all of FGA over the past six months. He's restored order and his brought credibility back to the Pride Championship. But tonight, he faces arguably his toughest test as champion. Riley has admitted that he hasn't given it his all. He's admitted that he hasn't reached his true potential as a wrestler. Will he give it his all here tonight? And even if he does, will it be good enough to beat Kevin Hardaway?

Owens climbs the nearest turnbuckle and raises a fist. He hops off, adjust his kick pads, and waits for the opening bell.

Cruz: The following contest is contested under Pride Rules! And it is for the FGA Pride Championship!

cheers and applause can be heard throughout the crowd.

Cruz: Introducing first, the challenger! From Baltimore, Maryland! Weighing in at 229 pounds! He is “The Voice of The Violence,” KEVIN HARDAWAY!

Hardaway ignores the crowd as they erupt in boos at the mention of his name.

Cruz: And his opponent, now residing out of MIAMI, FLORIDA!

The crowd exploes in cheers.

Cruz: He weighs in at 200 pounds! He is the reigning… defending… FGA Pride Champion! Ladies and gentlemen… RILEY OWENS!

Criwd: RILEY! RILEY! RILEY! RILEY! RILEY!

After being handed the championship from Riley, the ref goes over and shows the belt to Hardaway. The ref then raises the championship up to all four sides of the crowd before handing it off on the outside. He then asks both men if they're ready. Once they say that they are, he calls for the bell.

The bell sounds as Riley charges at Hardaway. But Hardaway ducks, delivers a double leg pick up and rams Riley back-first into the corner.

Clement: Riley's going right after Hardaway!

Grayson: But Hardaway's got his scouted.

The crowd boos as Hardaway delivers a series of shoulder thrusts to the midsection. He then takes Riley and whips him hard into the opposite corner. But Riley bounces out of the corner and runs back over towards Hardaway.

Clement: There goes Riley again!

But Hardaway delivers another double leg pick up, runs across the ring and rams Riley back-first into the corner to boos from the crowd. He delivers a series of shoulder thrusts to the midsection, trying to drive the air right out of the champion. He then takes Riley and whips him back into the previous corner. Hardaway runs across the ring and connects with a running European Uppercut that rocks Riley’s head. After delivering a slap across the face, Hardaway takes Riley and whips him back into the opposite corner. After sizing Riley up, Hardaway runs across the ring and goes for another running European Uppercut. This time time, there’s nobody home as Riley moves out of the way.

Riley turns Hardaway around and nails him with a series of Muay Thai kicks to the chest to cheers from the crowd. The thud from each kick can be heard throughout the arena. Hardaway’s chest gets redder with each kick. But Riley show’s no remorse as he continues his onslaught of kicks. Each kick slowly sends Hardaway slumping down in the corner. Riley then reaches down and repeatedly stomps away at the face of Hardaway to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: We've heard rumblings about Riley wanting to be more aggressive here tonight and he's doing just that.

Grayson: But he better watch it. This is a match under Pride Rules. The rules are a little bit tighter in fights like these...

Riley reaches down, picks up Hardaway and connects with a European Uppercut of his own. He then takes Hardaway and goes for an irish whip. But Hardaway reverses, sending Riley into the corner. Hardaway runs across the ring and goes for another European Uppercut. But again, Riley moves out of the way, causing Hardaway to crash arm-first into the turnbuckle. As Hardaway stumbles back, Riley grabs him from behind, runs and throws him shoulder-first into the ring post to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Right into the ring post! That's shoulder's got to be hurting now, Evan!

Grayson: Esecially after those two times that Hardaway went for that European Uppercut and caught nothing but the turnbuckle.

Riley hammerlocks Hardaway’s right arm from behind, brings him from out of the corner, runs and tosses him shoulder-first into the ring post to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Riley's thrown him into the post again!

Riley brings Hardaway from out of the corner, grabs him by his right arms and pulls him down into a kimura to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Kimura! He's got the Kimura applied!

Hardaway can be heard groaning in pain as he tries to desperate reach out to the ropes. But Riley applies a body scissors as he continues to crank away on the arm.

Clement: Riley's got Hardaway right where he wants him now! Can Riley get the submission this early in the match?

Riley frantically tries to snap Hardaway’s arm in two as Hardaway groans in pain. The ref asks Hardaway if he wants to give up. Hardaway’s palm can be seen hovering over the canvas.

Grayson: It looks like Hardaway's about to tap.

The ref asks Hardaway if he wants to give up. But he refuses to quit. Hardaway then reaches over with his right leg and places it under the bottom rope, forcing the ref to make Riley break the hold by the count of five.

Clement: Hardaway reaches the ropes! Riley's got to break the hold. But Hardaway's used up one of his three rope breaks for this Pride Title Match.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Riley reluctantly breaks the hold.

As Hardaway favors his arm while he leans up against the ropes, Riley goes over, pulls Hardaway away from the ropes and nails him with a forearm strike, sending him stumbling into the ropes. Riley goes over, pulls Hardaway away from the ropes and nails him with another forearm strike, sending Hardaway stumbling into the corner. As Riley approaches the corner, Hardaway throws out a kick. But Riley catches his foot to cheers from the crowd. Hardaway tries to hang onto the top rope by hooking his left arm around it. But it’s to no avail as Riley pulls Hardaway from out of the corner. After Hardaway shouts at him, Riley throws him down with a dragonscrew leg whip to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: What a reversal by Riley... but now it looks like Hardaway's knee may be hurt as well.

Grayson: Riley's purposely picking the man apart!

Hardaway curls up as he clutches his knee in pain. Riley goes over, grabs Hardaway's left leg and drags him away from the ropes. He lifts up the leg and delivers an elbow drop to it. Riley gets back up, lifts up the leg and delivers another elbow drop to it. He gets back up, lifts up the leg and delivers a third elbow drop to it to cheers from the crowd.

Riley brings Hardaway back up to his feet. He then grabs a hold of Hardaway’s left leg, lifts him up and delivers an shinbreaker, sending Hardaway down to the canvas to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: First the arm, then the leg. At this rate, Hardaway won't be able to mount any type of a comeback.

Hardaway tries to get up to his feet, but Riley runs over and kicks his leg out from under him to cheers from the crowd. Hardaway tries to get back up, but Riley comes from behind and delivers another kick, sending Hardaway flipping down to the canvas to cheers from the canvas.

Clement: Hardaway loved every second that he attacked Bond and his surgically repaired knee. But turnabout is fair play and I can guarantee you that Hardaway isn't enjoying having the shoe on the other foot.

Hardaway pulls himself up using the ropes. But Riley grabs him by the hair from behind and pulls him away from the ropes. He nails Hardaway with a rolling solebutt to the midsection, followed by a shoot kick to the chest. After a series of alternating shoots kicks to the leg, Riley stands beside Hardaway and brings him down with a rolling kneebar. The crowd cheers as Riley cranks away on the leg.

Grayson: Oh no!

Clement: Riley's got the kneebar locked on!

The ref asks Hardaway if he wants to give up. But Hardaway shake his head no. He then reaches over with his right arm and grabs the bottom rope, forcing the ref to break the hold.

ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Riley lets go.

Clement: Riley's forced to break the hold. But that's now two rope breaks that have been used up for Hardaway. He's only got one left and we haven't even gotten past the first fall yet.

Riley gets up and tries to grab Hardaway again. Hardaway begins kicking at him wildly. But Riley is able to grab a hold of one of Hardaway’s ankles and drags him back towards the center of the ring. After picking up Hardaway and placing him in a cravat, Riley delivers a series of knee strikes to the head, followed by a cravat suplex to cheers from the crowd. He goes over and makes the cover.

Hardaway gets his shoulder up.

Riley picks up Hardaway, moves him into the corner and hooks his leg on the middle rope. Riley delivers several knee strikes to the left leg as Hardaway cringes in pain. He then unhooks the leg, brings Hardaway away from the corner and delivers a bridging fisherman suplex to cheers from the crowd.

Riley picks up Hardaway and goes for a vertical suplex. But Hardaway quickly counters with a small package to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Hardaway almost snuck away with the first fall there.

As Hardaway turns over on one knee, Riley runs over and delivers a stiff kick to the chest, knocking him down to cheers from the crowd. He drops down and makes the cover.

Hardaway gets his left shoulder up.

Clement: The first part of this match has been all Riley Owens for the most part. This match may not even go all three falls at this rate.

Grayson: Maybe Hardaway's applying the Rope-A-Dope strategy here and is trying to make Riley tire himself out.

Clement: I highly doubt that.

Riley brings Hardaway back up to his feet. After delivering a series of alternating palm strikes, Riley connects with a rolling solebutt, doubling Hardaway over. After Hardaway drops down to his knees, Riley connects with a shoot kick to the back of the head. With Hardaway now on all fours, Riley runs into the ropes. When Riley comes back, he throws out Unnecessary Roughness. But Hardaway moves his head out of the way. When Riley comes back, Hardaway gets up and nails him with a European Uppercut using his left arm. Hardaway then nails him with another European Uppercut… and another. While Riley appears dazed, Hardaway hobbles into the ropes. When he comes back, Riley knocks him down with the Cyclone Kill to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Discus kick right to the face! Hardaway looks to be on Dream Street right about now, Evan...

Riley picks up Hardaway from behind and goes for the Ripcord Lariat. But Hardaway ducks. When Riley turns around, Hardaway blatantly kicks him between the legs. Riley goes down in a heap as the ref calls for the bell.

Clement: Come on!

Grayson: Hey, you've got to do what you've got to do!

Clement: Hardaway just got himself blatantly disqualified during this first fall!

Grayson: But who do you think is hurting worse now? Him or Riley Owens?

Hardaway - 0
Owens - 1

Hardaway doesn’t wait for the mandatory rest period to end. He continues to attack Riley by stomping away on him to boos from the crowd. He then reaches down, picks up Riley and tosses him through the ropes and to the floor. After rolling to the outside, Hardaway reaches over next to Manny Cruz and pulls out a steel chair.

Clement: Come on, ref, get in there and stop this thing. Call the match right now! He's got no business doing this!

The ref gets in Hardaway’s way. But Hardaway quickly palms the ref’s face and shoves him out of the way. After rounding the corner, Hardaway comes up from behind and cracks Riley across the back with the chair, knocking him down to his knees, then on all fours.

Clement: My God what a sickening chair shot that was!

Grayson: Even I'm hurting after seeing that!

Hardaway lifts up the chair and delivers another rattling chair shot across the back. Hardaway lifts up the chair and delivers another chair shot. The bell sounds as Hardaway tosses the chair down.

Clement: The rest period is over with. But the damage may already be done.

Grayson: Riley can't even push himself up off the floor!

Hardaway reaches down, grabs the mat and peels it back, exposing the concrete floor underneath to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Oh no...

Hardaway picks up Riley, lifts him up and delivers a vertical suplex onto the exposed concrete. Riley arches his back as he groans in pain.

Clement: Right onto the floor! This man won't be happy until he cripples someone else!

Grayson: Hardaway said this match would be vicious. Did you think he was lying?

Hardaway picks up Riley, only to ram him back-first against the edge of the ring. He then takes Riley and rams him back-first against the guardrail. As Riley leans up against the guardrail, Hardaway taunts him before slapping him across the face. Once Riley's had enough, he shoves Hardaway away from him. But Hardaway comes back with a roundhouse kick that knocks him down to boos from the crowd. He then takes Riley and places him on the apron. After climbing up onto the apron, Hardaway positions Riley for a Williams Driver off the apron to boos from the crowd.

Clement: No! NO! NOT THIS!

Hardaway smirks as he goes to lift up Riley. But Riley counters with a back body drop, sending Hardaway back-first onto the exposed concrete floor to cheers from the crowd.

Grayson: Oh no...

Clement: Riley hits the back body drop out of desperation! If Hardaway hit that Williams Driver off the apron, the match would have been over with.

As he arches his back in pain, Hardaway slowly turns over and gets up to his feet. But as he gets up, Riley runs along the apron, dives off and knocks him down with a flying knee to cheers from the crowd. Riley picks up Hardaway and rolls him back into the ring. After rolling himself back in, he makes the cover.

Hardaway gets his shoulder up.

Riley picks up Hardaway and moves him into the corner. After a series of forearm strikes to the face, he takes Hardaway and goes for an irish whip. But Hardaway reverses, sending Riley into the corner. Hardaway then gingerly heads into the corner. But Riley is able to nail him with a boot to the face. While Hardaway stumbles back Riley moves from out of the corner and bounces into the ropes. When he comes back, Hardaway connects with a spinning back kick to the midsection. While Riley is doubled over, Hardaway connects with KTFO~! to boos from the crowd. He turns Riley over and makes the cover.

Hardaway picks up Riley, grabs him by the back of the neck with both hands and delivers a series of knee strikes to the face. He then snapmares Riley over before heading into the ropes. When Hardaway comes back, he connects with the Bakatare Sliding Kick to boos from the crowd. He turns over and makes the cover.

Riley gets his shoulder up.

After picking up Riley, Hardaway throws him down with a scoop slam before stepping through the ropes and climbing the turnbuckles.

Clement: Hardaway looking to go to the top now? We've seen him hit that diving double stomp, as well as the Frog Splash, from this height...

Once Hardaway reaches the top, he leaps off and goes for a diving double foot stomp. But Riley rolls out of the way. After Hardaway lands on his feet, the momentum sends him rolling forward. Once he rolls up to his feet, Hardaway turns around into a rolling solebutt from Riley, doubling him over. Riley then turns Hardaway around, grabs him from behind and goes for a Ripcord Lariat. But Hardaway ducks and heads into the ropes. When Riley turns around, Hardaway comes back and turns him inside out with a Decap Lariat to boos from the crowd.

Grayson: Hardaway nearly lived up to the namesake of that move. I'm surprised Riley's head isn't about five rows back...

Hardaway then picks up Riley, lifts him into the air and delivers The End of Heartache to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Riley lands right across the knees of Hardaway! That's got to be it right there...

Clement: Its all tied up now at 1-1. Riley's got all three of his rope breaks left, but Hardaway's got none left. He used up two. Then he was charged his third one due to the disqualification.

Grayson: Yeah, but who is worse for wear right now? Whose got the momentum? Whose got the championship experience?

The bell sounds, signally the end of the mandatory rest period. Hardaway marches over from behind, grabs Riley and slams his head into the top turnbuckle. After turning Riley around, he unleashes a series of European Uppercuts that send him slumping down in the corner. After reaching down and pulling Riley back up, Hardaway turns around and lifts up Riley for the Williams Driver. But Riley counters with a series of elbows to the top of the head. After Riley slips down, he lifts up Hardaway and plants him with a brainbuster to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Riley drops him right on his head! That's got to be it right there!

Hardaway gets his shoulder up as the crowd sighs in disappointment.

Riley picks up Hardaway and delivers a series of alternating forearm strikes to the head. He then takes Hardaway and whips him into the ropes. When Hardaway comes back, Riley swings around him and applies a sleeper hold to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Sleeper!

Grayson: Hardaway's got to get to the ropes or else!

The ref asks Hardaway if he wants to give up. When Hardaway refuses to quit, Riley throws him down with a Sleeper Drop to cheers from the crowd. As Hardaway turns over in a dazed state, Riley runs at him and throws out Unnecessary Roughness. But Hardaway leans back, reaches up and counters with a school boy to boos from the crowd.

Riley kicks out.

Clement: Hardaway had a fistful of tights! We were last than a second away from a new champ!

After both men get back to their feet, Hardaway lunges forward, nailing Riley right in the face with a headbutt. After a kick to the midsection, Hardaway brings Riley back, lifts him up onto his shoulders and then delivers the William Driver to boos from the crowd.

Clement: Hardaway throws him down with the sitout powerbomb!

Grayson: But he's not going for the cover!

Hardaway rolls out onto the apron and then pulls himself up using the ropes. After climbing up to the top turnbuckle, Hardaway jumps off and goes for a Frog Splash. But Riley gets his knees up, causing Hardaway to crash down across them to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Hardaway's paying for that mistake now as Riley blocks the Frog Splash!

As Hardaway slowly gets up, he turns around into yet another rolling solebutt. Riley then lifts him up onto his shoulders and delivers a fireman’s carry double knee gutbuster. With Hardaway down on all fours, Riley steps over him, reaches down, grabs him and delivers an Everest German Suplex to cheers from the crowd.

Hardaway turns to get his shoulder up. But Riley doesn’t let go. So he turns with Hardaway, pulls him back up and then delivers the Ripcord Lariat to cheers from the crowd. Hardaway slowly gets up to his feet. When he turns around, he turns right into a Rolling Elbow to cheers from the crowd. Riley then goes over, sits him up and applies White Noise to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Riley's got the Katahajime applied!

The ref asks Hardaway if he wants to give up. Hardaway reaches over and places his foot underneath the bottom rope. But the ref won’t break the hold.

Grayson: What are you doing, ref!? Break it up!

Clement: He can't! Hardaway's exhausted all his rope breaks!

Riley then rolls back, applying a body scissors while keeping the White Noise applied.

Clement: Now he's got it really cinched in! Hardaway's got nowhere to go!

Hardaway's desperately trying to escape, but there’s nowhere to go. So he repeatedly smacks the back of his hand against the canvas. The crowd cheers as the ref calls for the bell.

“De(v)tails” blasts over the PA as the crowd erupts in cheers.

Cruz: Here is your winner and STILL the FGA Pride Champion, RILEY OWENS!

The ref hands his title belt over to Riley, who raises it in the air to cheers from the crowd.

Clement: Riley retains! Riley's defeated Kevin Hardaway with the White Noise to retain the Pride Championship!

Grayson: The man shouldn't even be the Pride Champion right now! Heck, he shouldn't have even won the match! Hardaway's foot was on the rope!

Clement: Hey, Hardaway knows these Pride Rules better than anyone. He used up his rope breaks. It's no ones fall but his own...
