For those of you who haven't read my last RP...first of all, shame on you, but secondly I wanted to gauge your thoughts. As you can see, the first chunk of the RP is a flashback to give a hint to the genesis of Johnny Karma, and I was wondering what your thoughts were?

How I felt reading the one linked here and your latest for International Incident...
((DISCLAIMER: I'm not attacking you as a person or even as a writer. I shouldn't have to preface these, but some people can get kinda butthurt the moment you find one thing wrong with their work.))
Re: Bridge on the River Karma -I like how you title the Karma RPs after movies. It's such a classic douchey heel move, and it helps them instantly stand out. -I'm getting the vibe that Karma's parents didn't care much for his love of wrestling and that it was his grandfather that really encouraged it, and that much may be obvious, but I'm not getting the feeling that this is the case in the actual promo portion... -...which was awfully brief. It was basically just a "hi, I'm Johnny Karma, this is the match, 2-3 insults, and I'm out" deal. This would be ideal for a quick bumper on the show, but I want more from an RP, especially from such a great concept as Johnny and Cherry hosting their own talk show (speaking of which: I love the opening montage that would be the intro video). I walked away from this wondering why Johnny feels like Ryan Kidd is somebody he can brush off and why I should've cared about Karma/Herrera when Johnny, apparently, doesn't feel like his victory is worth delving into.
re: Saving Private Karma -Again, LOVE the premise behind Karma RPs with he and Cherry running a Karma-centric talk show. Opening montage FTW! -I'm a bigger metalhead than most people you'll encounter in e-fedding, and I thought the joke was okay, but embedding a dozen links of "Iron Man" was just time-filling and took up space that could have been rightfully used having Karma explain why he feels that not only will he be the Mid-Atlantic Legacy champion coming out of International Incident, but why the others in the match won't. -"[Karma pulls out his Iron Man trophy, which doesn’t look anything like a high school wrestling trophy you can buy online with Karma’s name etched on it]" is a fantastic little piece of action that keeps the humor up and emphasizes how petty Karma is with his sense of superiority. Little traits like this work for a lot of characters, especially the douchey heel type (which Karma is), and it makes me love the character.
