The camera pans around the arena, showing sections of the lively crowd on hand for tonight's event. Fans hold up various signs in support of their favorites on tonight's show. The fans in the front row reach over the barricade and begin smacking it. An “FGA!!!” chant soon breaks out, which nearly drones out Kris Cruise.

Kris Cruise: This is an historic event! For the first time ever, FGA broadcasts live from Hawaii! And you are looking at this capacity crowd inside the lovely Stan Sheriff Center here in Honolulu, Hawaii! This… is FIRST WAVE! Hello everyone and welcome to this first ever network exclusive event and we are doing it in style out here in lovely Hawaii. I am Kris Cruise. Joining me as always is my colleague, Stephy Auger. Tonight, we’ve got six solid matches and every single one of them can go down as a match of the night candidate. Two of LDFC’s greatest students will do battle in our opener as Nest takes on “Terrific” Terrence Tillman! Riley Owens returns to an FGA ring for the first time in well over a year as he faces the reigning Pride Champion Fujiko Mine in a Pride Rules Match! We also have Annie Dupree, the reigning Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion, defending her title against current #1 contender Salem Cartier! Then, The Turks, made up of Andreas Lasiewicz and Sally Talfourd, will go up against the team of TROUBLE, Wulf Erikssen and Steven Lenton, in a tag team showcase! Later on, the recently un-retired Cyncity, Cindy Parker will return to FGA for one night only! The former FGA World Champion takes on the current World Champion, Zero McHannon! Then in our main event. A match Chris Bond has been begging for since his return to action. Tonight, he gets his shot at revenge. It’s gonna be Chris Bond taking on the former World Champion, Johnny Cannon! NEST VS. TERRENCE TILLMAN

“Forever” hits and out comes Terrific Terry Tillman sporting a windbreaker jacket and shades. Tillman stops at the top of the ramp way and looks out over the fans before shaking his head in disgust. He walks down to the ring but stops halfway there. He looks at the fans booing him, smiles and begins to hop up and down shaking his arms and hands loose.

J.A. Aldridge: This is your opening contest of the evening! It is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Orlando, Florida! Weighing in at 230 pounds… “TERRIFIC” TERRENCE TILLMAN!

Suddenly Triple T sprints the rest of the way to the ring sliding under the bottom rope. Triple T jumps up on the nearest corner and again looks out over the crowd before pointing at them. HE then points to himself with one hand, the ring with the other shouting "Greatness has arrived!" Soaking in the jeers from the fans Triple T raises his fist in the air with an arrogant smile.

Kris Cruise: Terrence Tillman has been regarded as the most physically gifted athlete that was in LDFC. However, he was never able to capture the APEX Championship as Nest was always in his way.

Stephy Auger: While Tillman was the most physically gifted, Nest was the most dominant athlete. He held the APEX Championship from May of last year through August of this year before being beaten for the title by Emily Carter. But getting back to these two. There was never tension between these two at the start. They always had a level of respect towards each other. But Tillman began to sour on Nest after Nest made a few slick comments about Tillman being “number two” behind him. Tillman then left Nest high and dry in the APEX Tag Team Title tournament, which caused their team to lose. Instead of settling the score in the ring, the two men took it to the LDFC raning Facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Those two had a wild brawl that left parts of the facility in a mess. Both men were then ordered to stay away from each other for a period of time. But that time has expired. It’s time to get it on. Will Tillman avenge all those past losses? Or will Nest continue to have his number?

The opening to Deftones' "Cherry Waves" plays as a small screen of smoke cover the ground of the stage. As the first rift blasts through the venue, Nest walks through the curtain breathing heavily. Keeping his head down he looks out to the crowd briefly before eyeing the ring ahead, making his way down the ramp with an alarming sense of urgency.

J.A. Aldridge: And his oppo-

Tillman dives through the ropes, knocking Nest down with a suicide dive.

Kris Cruise: Tillman isn’t wasting any time! He’s going right after Nest!

Tillman climbs up onto the apron and waits for Nest to get back up. Once Nest returns to a vertical base and turns around, Tillman knocks him down with a double jump moonsault.

Kris Cruise: Tillman connects with the Terry-sault!

Stephy Auger: I can’t think of anyone that does it better, Cruise.

Tillman picks up Nest and rolls him back into the ring. He then slides himself back in and makes the cover.

Tillman picks up Nest and goes to slam him face-first into the top turnbuckle. But Nest blocks the move. He then nails Tillman with an elbow to the midsection before slamming him face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Tillman around, Nest goes for an irish whip. But Tillman reverses, sending Nest into the opposite corner. Tillman then runs across the ring, connects with a running back elbow and follows up with a CCS Enzuigiri. Nest stumbles from out of the corner before dropping to a knee. Tillman takes off into the far ropes. When he comes back, he knocks Nest down with a Shining Black. He makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Tillman with a hard boot right to the face. But again, Nest gets his shoulder up.

Stephy Auger: I’m sure that thick beard provided a bit of cushion.

Tillman picks up Nest and nails him with a punch to the face, followed by a kick to the midsection. He then goes for an irish whip. But Nest reverses, sending Tillman into the ropes. When Tillman returns, Nest goes for a back body drop. So Tillman goes to counter with a sunset flip. Nest can be seen swinging his arms wildly as Tillman tries to pull him down. Once Nest regains his balance, he reaches down, latches onto Tillman’s neck with both hands and yanks him back up to his feet. From there, Tillman swats Nest’s hands from off of him before rocking him with a roundhouse kick. While Nest is dazed, Tillman turns and takes off into the ropes. When Tillman returns, Nest knocks him down with a leaping clothesline.

Kris Cruise: Nest is darn near 300 pounds. But he’s able to leap through the air like a cruiserweight, Stephy!

Stephy Auger: It’s one of the many reasons why he was so dominant down there. Rarely do you see a man that’s built like him move around the ring and through the air with ease.

Nest picks up Tillman, delivers a double leg pick up and rams him back-first into the corner. From there, Nest delivers a series of shoulder thrusts that nearly drive the air out of him. Nest follows up with a series of knee strikes to the midsection, then a series of back elbows to the face. Nest then takes Tillman and whips him into the opposite corner. He then charges across the ring, hurls himself into the corner and connects with a corner splash. After Tillman crumbles from out of the corner, Nest pulls him away from the corner and makes the cover.

Nest picks up Tillman and rocks him with a headbutt that sends him stumbling back into the ropes. Nest goes over, pulls Tillman from off the ropes, wrenches his arm and follows up with a hook kick that knocks him down. He then bounces into the ropes. When Nest returns, he connects with a leg drop. Nest gets back up and bounces into the ropes. When he returns, he delivers an elbow drop. Nest gets back up and bounces into the ropes. When Nest returns, he connects with a body splash. He hooks the leg.

Kris Cruise: Tillman got the advantage early. But since then, this match has been all Nest.

Stephy Auger: Triple T was smart to try and get the jump early. But it’s hard to keep a man like Nest down for an extended period of time.

Nest picks up Tillman and whips him into the corner. He then heads into the corner, connects with a corner high knee and goes to follow up with a bulldog. But Tillman shoves Nest off of him and into the ropes. When Nest returns, Tillman knocks him down with a dropsault. He makes the cover.

Tillman picks up Nest and goes for an irish whip. But Nest reverses, sending Tillman into the ropes. But instead of bouncing back, Tillman hangs onto the ropes. So Nest runs over to attack. But Tillman ducks and dumps Nest over the top rope and to the floor.

Kris Cruise: Nest takes a hard fall to the floor!

While Nest gets up on the outside, Tillman takes off into the far ropes. When he comes back, Nest slides in and goes to take his head off with a clothesline. But Tillman ducks and runs into the far ropes. When Nest turns around, Tillman knocks him down with a spinning heel kick. He makes the cover.

Tillman picks up Nest, marches into the corner and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle. After turning Nest around, Tillman unleashes a flurry of right hands to the face. He then steps back before delivering a series of stomps to the midsection. Tillman then switches to a series of elbow smashes to the face. He then steps back and throws out a discus elbow smash. But Nest ducks, hooks his arms from behind and delivers a Tiger Suplex into the turnbuckles. Net tdrags Tillman from out of the corner and makes the cover.

Tillman gets his shoulder up.

Kris Cruise: How Tillman got his shoulder up after that suplex into the corner, I don’t know.

Nest picks up Tillman and throws him down with a scoop slam. He then marches across the ring before stepping through the ropes. Once he gets out on the apron, Nest walks across the apron before making his climb to the top turnbuckle. Once he gets to the top, Tillman dives over and yanks down the top rope.

Kris Cruise: Not so fast!

While Nest is crotched up on the top turnbuckle, Tillman heads into the corner and climbs the turnbuckles. Once he gets on the second turnbuckle, Nest punches him in the face before shoving him back down to the canvas. Tillman turns over, gets back up, heads into the corner and climbs the turnbuckles. Once he gets to the second turnbuckle, Nest headbutts him before shoving him back down. While Tillman is down, Nest stands up on the top turnbuckle. But just then, Tillman kips up and runs into the ropes.

Kris Cruise: Tillman knocks him down again!

After Nest slips and ends up crotched on the top turnbuckle, he slowly leans forward before flipping down and landing on the canvas. After slowly turning over and getting up on one knee, Tillman connects with a Shining Wizard. He makes the cover.

Tillman picks up Nest and whips him into the ropes. When Nest returns, Tillman throws out a kick to the midsection. Nest catches the kick, but Tillman is quick to counter with a dragonwhip. As Nest gets up, Tillman kicks him in the midsection and goes for a brainbuster. But Nest blocks it. So Tillman punches him in the ribs before going for another brainbuster. Again, Nest blocks it. So Tillman lets go and doubles Nest over with a knee to the midsection. He then takes off into the ropes, comes back and knocks Nest down with a Terrific Kick (scissors kick). Tillman then picks up Nest, lifts him up and plants him with a brainbuster. He turns over and makes the cover.

Tillman picks up Nest and nails him with three elbow smashes to the face. He then throws out a discus elbow smash. But Nest ducks. He quickly hooks Tillman’s arms from behind and lifts him up for The Fall (lifting sitout chickenwing facebuster). But Tillman’s able to reverse into a wheelbarrow victory roll.

After both grapplers scramble to get back to their feet, Tillman stuns Nest with the Chin Checka (savate kick). While Nest is dazed, Tillman turns and runs into the ropes. When he comes back, Nest turns him inside out with Tree Removal (rolling kesagiri chop). He then picks up Tillman, lifts him up and plants him with a piledriver. He makes the cover.

Nest picks up Tillman and whips him into the ropes. When Tillman returns, Nest throws him down with a thrusting spinebuster. He then picks up Tillman, doubles him over with a kick to the midsection and goes to follow up with Nest Assured (knee lift, followed by discus elbow). But Tillman ducks the elbow. When Nest turns around, Tillman leaps up and delivers Pride Before The Fall (leaping reverse STO). After dragging Nest into position, Tillman steps out onto the apron and scales to the top turnbuckle. From there, he flips off and connects with Skyfall (450 Splash).

Stephy Auger: You know Triple T wanted this. He’s wanted this for months, Cruise. He couldn’t wait to finally get his hands on Nest and you saw that as he jumped Nest before he even got in the ring. Both of these men came out here and took it to each other. But Triple T was the one to come away with the win.

Kris Cruise: indeed he did. These two athletes have set the table for us here tonight at First Wave. If this is a sign of things to come, then we’re in for one hell of a night. Coming up next, it is a Pride Rules Match between the reigning FGA Pride Champion, Fujiko Mine and a former Pride Champion, Riley Owens. Let’s take you back to a few weeks ago to reveal how this match came to be...

We go backstage to find Spencer Burke standing alongside Fujiko Mine. She has the FGA Pride championship slung over her shoulder, but she keeps her eyes cast down.

Spencer Burke: Hi there folks, please welcome the FGA Pride Champion, Fujiko Mine.

Fujiko lifts her head up enough to nod before casting it down again.

Spencer Burke: Fujiko, obviously things didn’t go the way you’d hoped tonight. Let’s talk about that.

An exasperated sigh escapes her lips, but she complies.

Fujiko Mine: Alright. As you know, I wasn’t quick enough to get into the cover, and it cost me. Savannah Taylor and I ended up going to a time limit draw. I had my heart set on that match, and if I was a few seconds quicker, the entire night could have changed. The entire NIGHT, off of one second. So yes, it’s heartbreaking.

She brings her head up to look into the camera, rather than at Spencer Burke.

Fujiko Mine: I’ve had several heartbreaking moments, but I have not let a single one of them stop me. I won’t let this one stop me either. I am going to move towards my mission of keeping the Pride championship a top championship. One to be revered and envied. And I know of the perfect place to do that.

Fujiko cracked a slight smile.

Fujiko Mine: The special event with my face on it. First Wave, our first AxxessNet special. It’s an amazing time in FGA, and it wouldn’t be complete without me there. So, I’m hoping to have a match for it. I want to face someone who will help me achieve my goals. I am going to…

A confused look crosses her face, and stops her in her tracks. Her mouth hangs open, and then they focus and her eyebrows furrow. The camera pans over to reveal Riley Owens standing next to them. He quickly flashes Fujiko a quick smile.

Owens: Forgive me for interrupting, Fujiko. I didn’t mean to mess up your vibe or anything.

He quickly let’s out a small sigh.

Owens: You see, I was in back here talking to a few officials and what not, when I overheard you speaking. And, from my end, it sounded like you were looking for a competent dance partner for First Wave.

He pauses for a second.

Owens: You know, sometimes wrestlers change once they get their hands on a title belt. The “hunt for gold” is filled so much bullshit, that it’s nearly impossible to walk away smelling fresh—but you have. Unlike most, you didn’t let a few hiccups jade your perspective. You stuck to your convictions, you stuck your morals, and you succeeded. And, instead of succumbing to the tried and true egotistical diatribe, you’ve come out here to elevate that title belt and take the Pride Division to new heights. That’s commendable, very commendable; and that’s what distinguishes you from a majority of that belt’s previous owners.

Instinctively, Fujiko’s eye glance over at the Pride title resting on her shoulder. Riley picks up on this.

Owens: I’m not here for your championship. There are at least six or seven people on FGA’s roster that deserve that honor.

He nods.

Owens: But, as far as First Wave goes, if it’s a true challenge you seek, then I’m your man.

Fujiko tilts her head, taking a look at Riley. She allows the wheels in her head to turn a fair amount before nodding back.

Fujiko Mine: First Wave...Riley Owens versus Fujiko Mine. I like it. See you then.

She gives Riley a smile before backing out of frame.

PRIDE RULES
FUJIKO MINE vs. RILEY OWENS

"Fault Line" by August Burns Red begins to play over the speakers. Owens slowly walks out onto the entrance ramp; his head is down. After about 15 or so seconds he lifts his head and looks at the crowd. The crowd begins to cheer; Riley raises a fist in appreciation. He then makes his way down the ramp.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is a Pride Rules Match! Introducing first, now residing out of Miami, Florida! Weighing in at 200 pounds… RILEY OWENS!

Owens walks around the ring one time and then wipes his boots before sliding into the ring. He climbs the nearest turnbuckle and raises a his arms. He hops off, adjust his kickpads, and waits for his opponent.

Kris Cruise: Riley Owens is making his return to an FGA ring for the first time in well over a year. He’s been here and there other organizations since. But do you think he’s nervous stepping back into an FGA ring after so much time away.

Stephy Auger: He might. He says that his sincerest wish is that this match might restore some of his honor that he lost here in FGA. He wants this match to prove that his time here wasn’t for nothing. We’ll see just how well Riley holds up out there. Fujiko isn’t going to take it easy on him like his former students did down in LDFC.

The deep riffs of an electric guitar and hard thumps of drums combine with a Shamisen, which gets the crowd cheering. The lights dim, except for a single pink spotlight. BABY METAL’s “Megitsune” ramps up, and as the main part of the song kicks in, Fujiko emerges from the back, posing with her arms behind her head.

The fans chant “Go!” along as Fujiko stands there, soaking in the moment. The Pride championship is fastened tight across her chest, pushing the 'girls' up. Blue, yellow, and pink lights dance around the arena. She takes a few steps to position herself on the ramp.She pauses there for a moment as fans throw blue and yellow streamers around her on the ramp.

She leaves them, and begins making her way down to the ring. Once she reaches ringside, Fujiko leaps onto the apron from the floor, balancing with one foot for a moment. She jumps from the apron to the top turnbuckle, and stabilizes herself for a second. She reaches behind her, unfastens the Pride Championship from around her chest, and hoists it high in the air.

Fans throw more blue & yellow streamers around her, which are quickly removed by ringside personnel. Fujiko nods to the audience, and then points at the Pride championship before hopping down. She moves to the center of the ring, but then moves to the ropes. Reaching them, she leans her back into the middle rope, using it and her legs to keep her leaning. She holds onto this pose, letting the Pride championship drape across her as a gold spotlight focuses on her.

J.A. Aldridge: His opponent, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin! Weighing in at 140 pounds! She is the reigning FGA Pride Champion… FUJIKO MINE!

It holds on her for a moment before returning to normal. She walks over to hand off her Pride championship, and then stretches in her corner; ready to start the match.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko looks ready. She wants to be a fighting champion. She wants to have the Pride Champion be on par with the World Championship. What better way than by defeating one of the greatest Pride Champions FGA has seen in Riley owens.

The bell sounds as both grapplers circle the ring before locking up. After jockeying for position, Owens moves Fujiko across the ring. Once he presses Fujiko against the turnbuckles, the ref is right there to start a five count.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Both grapplers make a clean break. Owens then steps back towards the center of the ring and allows Fujiko to make her way out of the corner. After she comes out of the corner, the two grapplers lock up again. After jockeying for position, Fujiko begins to move Owens back. But Owens quickly puts on the brakes before moving Fujiko across the ring. As soon as he presses her against the ropes, the ref is again right there to start a five count.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Both grapplers make a clean break. Once they head back to the center of the ring, they motion for a lock up. But Owens ducks under, goes behind Fujiko and applies a waist lock from behind. Fujiko tries to pull Owens’ arms from around her waist, but he’s got his hands locked tight. After shifting around, Fujiko tries to pry Owens’ hands apart. But again, it’s to no avail. After shifting around, Fujiko is able to slip her arm in between Owens’. She then quickly reverses into an arm wrench. While Owens winces, the ref asks him if he wants to give up. But Owens refuses. He then reaches over and reverses into an arm wrench of his own. Owens follows up with another arm wrench. The ref then asks Fujiko if she wants to give up. But Fujiko refuses. She then rolls forward, leans back, kips up and reverses into an arm wrench. The ref checks back in with Owens and asks if he wants to give up. But again, he refuses. Owens, then rolls forward, spins around on his knee and tackles Fujiko down with a single leg takedown. He quickly gets back to his feet and goes for a figure four. But Fujiko reaches up and counters with a small package.

After both grapplers scramble back to their feet, they circle the ring before locking up. Owens is quick to gain the advantage with a side headlock. He then throws Fujiko down to the canvas with a side headlock takeover. Fujiko then reaches up with her legs and reverses into a headscissors. But Owens doesn’t stay there for long as he escapes with a kip up. After Fujiko scrambles back to a vertical base, Owens throws out a high roundhouse kick. But Fujiko ducks. When Owens turns around, Fujiko takes him down with a side headlock takeover. Owens returns the favor by reversing into a headscissors. Fujiko then goes to escape with a kip up, but it’s blocked. Fujiko goes for another kip up… and another… and another. But they’re all blocked. The ref then gets down and asks Fujiko if she wants to give up. But she refuses. After slowly shifting around onto her knees, Fujiko performs a headstand. After holding this position for about five seconds, Fujiko pushes herself up out of the headscissors, lands on her feet and quickly follows up with a dropkick to the face. She makes the cover.

Owens kicks out.

Owens gets to his feet and takes a few steps back from Fujiko. After moving around his jaw, he begins circling the ring. After the two size each other up, they head towards each other and motion for a lock up. But Owens stops and steps back at the last second. He then holds his right arm in the air, signalling for a Greco Roman knuckle lock. Fujiko slowly reaches up with her left arm and locks hands with Owens. After Owens raises his left arm, Fujiko reaches up with her right arm and locks hands with him again. The two grapplers then lunge forward. After their chests collide, both grapplers jockey for position. Owens is quick to gain the advantage. He pushes Fujiko’s arms up before slowly bringing her down towards the canvas. But instead of allowing Owens to press her down flush against the canvas, Fujiko bridges back and rests her head on the canvas. Owens lifts his right leg up and tries to drive his knee down against Fujiko’s thigh to knock her down. But it’s to no avail. He then does it again. Same result. Fujiko then slowly begins to bridge up off the apron. After she returns to a vertical base, Fujiko leaps up onto Owens’ thighs and follows up with a monkey flip. While keeping her hands locked with Owens’, Fujiko bridges over and mounts herself on him for the cover.

After both grapplers return to their feet with their hands still locked, Owens ducks his head under one of Fujiko’s arm and follows up with a bridging northern lights suplex.

Owens then quickly turns over, mounts himself across Fujiko’s side and applies a Kimura Lock, which elicits cheers from the crowd.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko has the submission applied!

Owens starts to press the arm in the opposite direction. But Fujiko is quick to scoot over and place her right leg underneath the rope, which causes the ref to start a five count.

Ref: ONE…. TWO…

Owens lets go.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko’s free of the hold. But she’s also now down a rope break. Only two are left.

After he heads back to the center of the ring, Fujiko shakes her left arm before pulling herself up using the ropes. She continues to shake the arm as she circles the ring. After sizing Owens up, Fujiko marches over engages in a lock up. After jockeying for position, Fujiko gains the advantage with a side headlock. She then quickly performs a standing switch and transitions into a hammerlock from behind. She then quickly spins Owens around and catches him in another side headlock. She goes for a side headlock takeover, but Owens blocks it. So Fujiko tries to muscle him down with another side headlock takeover. But again, Owens blocks. He then quickly goes to counter with a belly to back suplex. But Fujiko rolls over his shoulder, lands on her feet, spins Owens around and catches him in another side headlock.

Owens goes to shove Fujiko off of him, but it’s to no avail. He then wraps his arms around Fujiko, moves her back into the ropes and then goes to shove her off of him into the far ropes. But Fujiko drops down to a knee. The ref gets down and asks Owens if he wants to give up. But Owens refuses. After Owens battles back to his feet, Fujiko performs a standing switch and brings Owens down to to the mat with a drop toe hold. After rolling across Owens’ back, Fujiko applies a front facelock. The ref gets down and asks Owens if he wants to give up. But Owens refuses. After Owens slowly battles back to his feet, Fujiko jumps up and transitions into a flying guillotine with a body scissors.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko’s got Ecstasy applied!

The crowd erupts with cheers as Owens is locked in the submission. The ref asks Owens if he wants to give up. Owens responds by stumbling across the ring and grabbing the top rope. The ref quickly goes over and gives Fujiko until the count of five to break the hold.

Fujiko unwraps her legs around Owens’ waist. After she slowly releases the hold, Owens doubles her over with a rolling solebutt to the mdisection. He then takes off into the far ropes. When Owens comes back, Fujiko stands up, grabs the top rope and drops down, sending Owens tumbling down to the floor. While Owens sits up and tries to shake off the fall, Fujiko pulls herself back up. She then takes off into the far ropes. As Owens stands up and turns around, Fujiko knocks him down with a topé suicida through the ropes.

Kris Cruise: Fujiko takes it to the air and knocks Owens down with a suicide dive. But it doesn’t look like she’s done yet.

Fujiko rolls back into the ring and waves up Owens. As Owens slowly returns to his feet, Fujiko takes off into the far ropes. When Fujiko comes back, the crowd cheers as she flips over the top rope and knocks him down with a topé con giro.

Fujiko picks up Owens, moves him into the corner and delivers three knife edge chops. She then takes Owens and goes for an irish whip. But Owens reverses, sending Fujiko into the corner. Owens charges across the ring, but Fujiko knocks him back with a back elbow to the face. Owens charges back into the corner. But again, Fujiko knocks him back with a boot to the face. As Owens charges back into the corner, Fujiko goes for another big boot. But Owens stops and catches her foot. He then goes to yank her from out of the corner. But Fujiko’s able to counter with a headscissors takedown. As Owens gets back to his feet, Fujiko runs over and connects with a dropkick, which sends Owens stumbling back. After Owens slips through the ropes and falls to the floor, Fujiko crouches down and waves for him to get up. As Owens slowly pulls himself up using the edge of the apron, Fujiko turns and takes off into the far ropes. When Fujiko comes back, Owens slides back in and throws out the Cyclone Kill (discus big boot). But Fujiko catches his foot. After knocking Owens down with a legsweep, she follows up with a standing moonsault. She hooks the leg.

When Fujiko returns, she slides through Owens’ legs. When Owens turns around, he throws out another high roundhouse. But Fujiko ducks and counters with a leaping reverse bulldog. She then gets up and runs into the ropes. When Fujiko returns, she goes for a standing Shooting Star Press. But Owens rolls out of the way, which causes Fujiko to crash onto the canvas.

Stephy Auger: Nobody was home on that one, Cruise!

Kris Cruise: Now you want to chime in? When Fujiko misses a move?

As Fujiko gets up on her knees, Owens gets up and delivers a series of shoot kicks to the chest. He then sizes Fujiko up before clocking her with a high roundhouse kick to the head. Owens drops down, pulls her over and makes the cover.

Owens pulls her away from the ropes as he tries to put her to sleep. The ref asks Fujiko if she wants to give up. When she refuses to quit, the crowd cheers as Owens dumps her on her head with a Sleeper Suplex. As Fujiko rolls over and gets up on her knees, Owens takes off into the ropes. When he returns, the crowd cheers as he blasts her in the face with Unnecessary Roughness I (running soccer kick to the face). He makes the cover.

Both grapplers each have two rope breaks remaining. However, all the pressure is on Fujiko’s shoulders. She’s got the win the next two falls to win this one.

Stephy Auger: You’re right. All the pressure is on her. She wants to be great? Let’s see how she tried to dig herself out of this hole.

After the bell sounds to end the mandatory rest period, Owens takes Fujiko and whips her into the ropes. He then charges into the corner, but Fujiko’s able to slip through the ropes, causing Owens to crash into the corner. As Owens stumbles back, Fujiko comes to climb up to the top turnbuckle. But Owens runs into the corner, runs up to the second turnbuckle and nails her with an elbow smash to the face. Owens nails Fujiko with another elbow smash… and another… and another. After shaking off the blows, Fujiko comes back to a punch to the midsection. She then nails Owens with another punch… and another… and another. After climbing up onto the top turnbuckle, the crowd cheers as she jumps onto Owens’ shoulders, spins and spikes with him with a poison rana off the second turnbuckle.

The ref continues to check on Owens while the bell to end the rest period sounds. Owens tries to sit up, but quickly falls back down to the canvas. Fujiko makes her way over towards Owens and leans over to check on him. Just then, Owens reaches up and wraps her in a small package.

Kris Cruise: What a technical match that was. Those two went hold for hold. But then they were able to go strike for strike as well. I’ve personally missed calling Riley Owens matches, so it was a joy to see him back in there doing what he does best. What a great, clean match by both grapplers. But in the end, Fujiko was the victory.

After Owens pulls himself up using the ropes, he goes over and hugs Fujiko before raising her arm in the air.

Annie Dupree: I’m not gonna lie, Spencer, I’ve had some tough matches recently. And it’s a case of win some lose some; but Dom and Tony are both amazingly tough wrestlers so I’m not gonna get too down on myself for losing to them. I’ve just gotta put those matches behind me befo--

Spencer Burke: And what do you say to the people who say you got disqualified on purpose? That you meant to low blow Dom Harter.

Annie stands there with her mouth agape; the fans “ooh” as the question is asked, but the champion recomposes herself.

Annie Dupree: He surprised me when he went for the boobplex, is all. I never meant to kick him in the balls; I haven’t got myself disqualified in a match on purpose in the three years I’ve been wrestling - except for this and the Round Robin qualifier against Jimmy Page, I dunno if I’ve ever been disqualified … so unless you think I kicked the referee on purpose as well?

Spencer Burke: Nobody’s accusing you of that, Annie. But it seems like between that, your attitude before your match against Tony and what happened over in Germany--

Annie Dupree: I don’t wanna talk about that…

The crowd murmur in confusion - they’re not all NKP fans, apparently.

Kris Cruise: For those watching at home who are unaware, Annie Dupree and LDFC wrestler, The Crimson Baroness are … were a tag team together in German based promotion, NKP.

Stephy Auger: Were. Annie disowned her partner before the match and went into a handicap match against her opponents, in which she lost their tag team titles. After the match, however, is when the interesting activities occurred.

Spencer Burke: I think it bears talking about, Annie. After all, I believe it was the first time in recent memory that you’ve swung a weapon.

The crowd boo louder than before.

Annie Dupree: I saw red for a moment, it happens to the best of us.

Spencer Burke: You hit former FGA World Tag Team Champion, Ashley Sullivan, with a pair of brass knucks.

Annie looks visibly upset at the mention of the incident … or the name? But the fans boo again as they’re told what happened that night. Dupree looks around the arena, surveying the crowd, before speaking again.

Annie Dupree: It was a moment of madness. It won’t happen again.

Spencer Burke: That’s all well and good you saying that, Annie, but can we believe you? What does Salem have to expect going into this match at First Wave? Will she be getting the Annie Dupree that beat Molly Reid at All Star Showdown, or the wild child who’s out here low blowing people and hitting others with brass kn--

Annie Dupree: Did you watch the show, Spencer? Or do you just hear the buzz off the Internet? Did you see me tell The Crimson Baroness I didn’t want her there so there’d be no hijinx in the match? Did you see go out there and battle for nearly twenty minutes in a handicap to try and defend those belts with honor? Did you see nearly beat them by myself, then get left to the wolves after the match? Nah, of course you didn’t - you just wanna paint me as the villain. So you wanna know if Salem has anything to worry about, I’ve gotta ask you, why would she?

Annie pushes the microphone back into Spencer’s chest as the interviewer is left flustered momentarily; he struggles to gather his thoughts after the unexpected outburst. Fortunately he’s saved by the music! “Phenomena” begins to play over the speakers as Salem appears at the top of the ramp. The crowd roars upon seeing The Witch as she makes her way down pumping her fist in the air and slapping a few hands as she climbs the ring steps and enters the ring.

Kris Cruise: Well fans, this is a bit of a surprise. Annie's challenger at First Wave is here!

Stephy Auger: But why? This isn't her interview!?!

Salem walks over and shakes Burke's hand looks at Annie, smiling and shrugging giving her a friendly hug.

Spencer Burke: And here is the Mid-Atlantic Legacy challenger herself! What brings you out here, Salem?

Salem Cartier: A few reasons, Spence...you guys are out here speculating on if I should be worried, what I should expect? No reason to be putting words in my mouth or thoughts in my head, right? Since I am in the building tonight right here in Anaheim, California!

The crowd goes up for the cheap pop.

Salem Cartier: First of all, I expect one heck of a match. Above all else, Annie here is the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion… she has done everything expected of her to rise to the top of the division and she has that gold. Now, Annie has had a string of events lately that weren't exactly ideal, shall we say? But the First Wave match in two weeks? Should I be worried about low blows or brass knuckles? No, I'm not going to be focused on that. Focusing on what has basically a zero chance of what might happen distracts me from focusing on what very likely will happen: that Annie will bring her A-game in that ring and do everything in her power and use her obvious skill to retain her title.

Spencer Burke: But you know what else she's capable of, Salem! If she were to--

Salem cuts him off, shaking her head.

Salem Cartier: Spence baby, you're not listening. There's an old quote that goes like this: ‘If if’s and but’s were candy and nuts, we'd all have a Merry Christmas every single day.’ I can't go on second guessing. Sure I'll be cautious just like in every match. Heck, I've even seen red before as she calls it. It happened in a match in HKW once upon a time. Beat a guy basically unconscious in a casino match out in Vegas. During a match, mind you. So people are capable of a lot of things, but I'm going to give Annie the benefit of the doubt. I consider her a friend in and out of the ring, and I'm guaranteeing we will have an amazing match at First Wave. Right, champ?

Annie Dupree: Exactly, if Salem isn’t judging me then why are you, Spencer? My opponent, the next challenger for this belt--

She raises the belt in the air before placing it back on her shoulder.

Annie Dupree: --says she trusts me then she’s gonna get the kinda match that she deserves - that these fans deserve to see. So there might be Johnny Cannon vs. Chris Bond, there might be TROUBLE! Vs. The Turks, but everyone is gonna remember Annie Dupree vs. Salem Cartier!

Annie extends her hand to Salem, who gratefully accepts the handshake before turning away to exit the ring. The champion removes the belt from off her shoulder and holds it one hand, her gaze fixed on the back of Salem’s head - but The Witch turns around just before Annie raises the belt high above her head, drawing another pop from the crowd. The two women staring at one another as Salem climbs out of the ring, followed close behind by Annie, then Spencer

The funky drum beat and riff of 'Phenomena' by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs fills the arena and the quirky yet energetic Salem Cartier appears at the entrance wearing a hooded dark purple leather tailcoat with huge silver buttons, the hood pulled over her eyes. She carries a silver cane, the top a silver claw gripping a dark purple crystal that has a plasma globe effect. She's tapping her foot and bopping her head to the beat...

She raises both hands and motions for the fans to get hyped, swinging the cane, then bops her way toward the ring in time with the song, popping her shoulders up and down, swaying her arms around with a coy smile and wink to the audience.

"Hey! Don't touch, kid; sleep with the lights on
Touch, kid; how you surprise me
Now roll kid, rock your body off!"

She steps up the ring steps, throws her hood back, clutches the top rope and puts her feet on the bottom rope, gazing around and rocking up and down on the ropes...

She slides through the ropes, twirls off her jacket with a flourish and drops to a knee in the center of the ring, extending her arms out holding up the cane and playing to the crowd as the music fades. She takes the jacket and cane to the corner, ready for the match.

Kris Cruise: Salem Cartier will now be challenging for the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship for a second time. She challenged for the championship initially back in February. But she was defeated by Izzy Anders after a belt shot to the face.

Stephy Auger: Hey, it’s not Izzy's fault that Salem stuck her face in the way!

Kris Cruise: Well thankfully Salem doesn’t have to worry about any underhanded tactics tonight.. or so I hope.

Stephy Auger: What is that supposed to mean, Cruise?

Kris Cruise: It’s just… nothing, Stephy. Nothing at all.

Stephy Auger: Good!

An assortment of purple and blue strobe lights illuminate the entrance aisle, flashing in time with the music, as Annie Dupree bursts through the curtain. She poses momentarily, 'flexing' her biceps for the fans, before running down the aisle, her arms outstretched to slap hands with the willing fans on the way down. The youngster slides in under the bottom rope and runs to the furthest away turnbuckle, climbing to the middle rope, whereupon she raises a fist in the air before jumping down off the turnbuckle.

Kris Cruise: Annie Dupree is looking to successfully defend her championship for a second time after defeating Molly Reid back at All-Star Showdown V

Stephy Auger: Annie’s come under a lot of heat recent. But I think it’s much todo about nothing, Cruise.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the FGA Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship! Introducing first, the challenger! Nor residing out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada! Weighing in at 130 pounds! She is “Something Like a Phenomena”... SALEM CARTIER!

The crowd erupts with cheers.

J.A. Aldridge: Her opponent, from Staten Island, New York! Weighing in at 115 pounds! She is the reigning and defending Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion… ANNIE DUPREE!

There are some cheers in the crowd. But there are some boos and they’re a lot more noticeable than they were before.

Kris Cruise: We’re used to Dupree coming out to universal praise, Stephy. But it looks like I’m not the only one that’s...

Stephy Auger: … that’s what? Soured on the sparklebuddy?

The bell sounds as Cartier extends her hand for a handshake. Members of the crowd shout out “No!” over and over. Cartier turns and looks to the crowd. They can be seen moving their arms back and forth in front of their chests, signalling “NO!” Dupree extends her hand and shakes it.

Kris Cruise: Alright, it looks like we’re going to get a good, clean matchup afterall.

Both grapplers circle the ring before locking up. After jockeying for position, Dupree places Cartier in a side headlock. Cartier tries to shove Dupree off. But Dupree drops to a knee and locks the hold in a little tighter. After battling back to her feet, Cartier delivers a few forearms to the side of the body. She’s then able to slip out and reverse into a hammerlock. But Dupree is quick to lean forward before reversing into a hammerlocking of her own. The ref checks in with Cartier and asks if she wants to give up. When Cartier refuses, Dupree pushes up the arm, increasing the pressure of the hold. While Cartier winces, the ref checks in again and asks if she wants to give up. But once again, Cartier refuses. She then reaches back with her free arm and counters with a jumping snapmare takeover. When Dupree gets back to her feet and turns around, Cartier brings her down with a rolling snapmare. She then quickly gets back to her feet, turns around and throws out a Buzzsaw Kick. But Dupree leans back and quickly rolls away towards the ropes. Once Dupree gets up on a knee, she runs her hand through her hair while sighing.

Kris Cruise: A little too close for comfort there for the champion.

Once Dupree gets back to her feet, both grapplers circle the ring before locking up. After jockeying for position, Cartier begins to move Dupree back. But Dupree is able to put on the breaks. After a tussle, Dupree begins to move Cartier across the ring. But after getting moves back a few paces, Cartier’s able to put on the brakes. After another tussle, Cartier begins to move Dupree across the ring. Cartier continues to move Dupree across the ring and towards the corner. At the last second, Dupree pivots and changes positions with Cartier.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Both grapplers make a clean break. Dupree then steps back to the center of the ring. Once there’s distance between them, Cartier makes her way from out of the corner and goes for a lock up. But Dupree ducks under, goes behind Cartier and applies a waistlock from behind. But the hold doesn't stay on for long as Cartier reaches down and pries Dupree’s hands apart. She then reverses into an arm wrench. Dupree can be seen wincing in pain as Cartier delivers another arm wrench. Cartier delivers yet another arm wrench. This time, she follows it up with a knife-edge chop. Cartier then delivers another arm wrench, followed by a chop. Cartier delivers one more arm wrench. This time, she follows up with a headscissors takedown. She makes the cover.

Cartier picks up Dupree and goes for an irish whip. But Dupree reverses, sending her into the ropes. When Cartier comes back, Dupree sets up for a back body drop. Cartier sees it coming, so she counters with a sunset flip. But Dupree rolls through it and flips over into a jackknife pin.

Cartier picks up Dupree, moves her into the corner and delivers three knife edge chops. She then brings Dupree from out of the corner and whips her into the far ropes. When Dupree comes back, Cartier throws out a forward palm strike. But Dupree ducks. When Cartier turns around, Dupree throws her down to the ground with a Seoi Nage. Cartier gets back to her feet, but Dupree throws her back down to the canvas. This time, with a Kata guruma.

Cartier gets back to her feet, but Dupree brings her down again. This time, with a headscissors takedown. Cartier gets back to her feet, but Dupree knocks her back down. Cartier gets back up, but Dupree knocks her down with yet another dropkick. When Cartier returns to her feet, Dupree doubles her over with a kick to the midsection before knocking her on her back with a spinning leg sweep. Dupree goes to follow up with a standing Shooting Star Press. But Cartier is able to roll to the outside. Thankfully for Dupree, she’s able to land on her feet. When Cartier turns around, Dupree leaps through the ropes and knocks her down with a suicide dive.

Kris Cruise: How about that recovery from the champ!?

Dupree looks out at the crowd. She then turns her attention back to Cartier, whom she picks up off the ground. Dupree turns back to the crowd and notices the batch of boos. She purses her lips before rolling Cartier back in. She then slides back in and makes the cover.

Dupree picks up Cartier, moves her into the corner and unleashes a series of knife edge chops that echo throughout the arena. She then takes Cartier and whips her into the opposite corner. After sizing Cartier up, Dupree charges across the ring, connects with a discus clothesline and goes to follow up with a running bulldog from out of the corner. But Cartier shoves Dupree off of her and into the ropes. When Dupree returns, she brings Cartier down with a wheelbarrow bulldog. She turns Cartier over and makes the cover.

While Cartier guards her chest, Dupree turns, runs towards the ropes and goes for a handspring back elbow. But Cartier counters with a dropkick to the back. The dropkick sends Dupree stumbling over into the ropes. While Dupree is down across the middle rope, Cartier turns and runs into the far ropes. When Cartier comes back, she delivers a leapfrog body guillotine across the back. After Dupree slips down to the canvas, Cartier makes the cover.

The ref asks Dupree if she wants to give up. When Dupree, Cartier presses down further with her legs, increasing the pressure.

Stephy Auger: How much longer can she hang on for?

Dupree continues to wail while she’s locked in the hold. The ref checks back in and asks her if she wants to give up. When Dupree refuses, Cartier turns over and pins Dupree’s shoulders to the canvas.

Dupree gets up on one knee. But she’s quickly knocks down by a Shining Wizard from Cartier. The crowd erupts with cheers as Cartier makes the cover.

Cartier picks up Dupree and rocks her with a front palm strike. She then turns and runs into the ropes. When Cartier returns, she goes for a wheelbarrow bulldog. But Dupree counters with an atomic drop. Dupree follows up with a dropkick to the back, which sends Cartier stumbling over into the ropes. While Cartier is down across the middle rope, Dupree slowly looks around the arena.

Kris Cruise: You know what comes next, Stephy!

Dupree throws up the #Grrrface before running into the far ropes. When Dupree returns, she swings through the ropes and goes for the Rough ‘n’ Tumble (tiger feint kick). But Cartier ducks. After Dupree lands on her feet, Cartier leaps up and takes them both over the top rope with a Cactus Clothesline.

Kris Cruise: Both grapplers just took a hard fall to the floor!

Stephy Auger: They appear to be pretty shaken up, Cruise.

After both grapplers use the edge of the apron to pull themselves up, Dupree nails Cartier with a knife edge chop. Cartier comes back with a chop of her own. Dupree nails her with another knife edge chop. Cartier comes back with another chop of her own. Dupree nails Cartier with yet another chop. Cartier comes back with a forward palm strike. Dupree responds with a Taka geri to the face, which causes Cartier to stumble back. Dupree marches down ringside and connects with another Taka geri. This one causes Cartier to turn away from Dupree before stumbling towards the guardrail. Dupree then takes a few steps back before running down ringside. Dupree runs, leapfrogs over Cartier and brings her down with one-handed bulldog.

Kris Cruise: Cartier was just driven face-first onto the floor after that leapfrog bulldog from Dupree!

Stephy Auger: The championship is on the line, Cruise! Cartier is going to give Dupree her best. Cartier’s not gonna pull any punches. Why should she?

Annie clambers back to her feet, slowing as she hears the boos from the fans in the front row. She runs her hands up her face and through her hair; the reactions are beginning to get to her now. Dupree turns back around to face the prone Salem, when, out of nowhere, she's hit in the face with a soft drink! The Pepsi cup falls to the floor, but the drink itself is dripping down her face. Dupree turns and narrows her eyes as she sees the culprit slapping hands with his friends.

Kris Cruise: An unruly fan just belted Dupree with that soda!

Stephy Auger: What is she doing?

Dupree goes over to the fan and argues with him, yelling loudly about what a jackass he is. The fan seems a little taken aback as Annie continues calling him every name under the sun - that she knows, anyway!

Kris Cruise: She’s reading him the riot act, Stephy!

Stephy Auger: I can’t say I blame her.

Dupree marches over to the timekeeper's table and snatches up her Mid-Atlantic Legacy championship belt. She goes to leave, but the referee stops her. He orders Dupree to drop the belt and get back into the ring.

Kris Cruise: Was Dupree trying to take off?

Stephy Auger: I don’t know.

Dupree resists; she tells the referee to get out of the way, but he persists. Annie pushes past him and yells at the fan who threw the soda at her moments ago...

Kris Cruise: She’s still going after him!

Dupree then turns and clocks Cartier in the face with the belt.

Kris Cruise: What the…? What the hell!?

The bell sounds as the crowd explodes with boos. Dupree looks down at Cartier’s unconscious body. The ref gets down and checks on Cartier to see if she’s okay. He tries to get a response out of Cartier. But she’s out cold. The ref jumps to his feet and admonishes the Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship. But Dupree continues to look down at Cartier’s body. She then turns and makes her way around ringside and up the aisle, ignoring the fans as she’s almost in a trance-like state.

J.A. Aldridge: Here is your winner by Disqualification, SALEM CARTIER!

The crowd erupts with cheers for Cartier. But The Witch still to be pretty out of it after that belt shot to the face.

J.A. Aldridge: … however, STILL your FGA Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion, ANNIE DUPREE!

“Something Like A Phenomena” blasts over the PA as the referee continues to check on Cartier. She finally comes to. As she slowly sits up, the crowd gives her a round of applause.

Kris Cruise: Salem Cartier picks up the victory. But she does not pick up the championship as well. This is the second time now that she’s been nailed with that Mid-Atlantic Legacy Championship!

Stephy Auger: I don’t know what happened out there. There was a bunch of confusion. A fan threw soda at Annie. Annie went after him. She then tried to take her belt and leave. The ref told her “no!” She then started yelling at the fan and then turned and clocked Salem with the title.

Kris Cruise: I don’t know what the hell has gotten into Annie Dupree lately. But she’s got a lot of explaining to do.

THE TURKS vs. TROUBLE

The arena lights fade to black. For a few moments, there’s nothing but the noise of the crowd and the occasional flash of a camera. Suddenly, at full volume, Oh No You Didn't kicks in.

Oh no...
Oh no you didn't!

With that, the entrance lights fade up in Royal Blue, Red and White as Steve Lenton and Wulf Erikssen enter the arena. Steve moves to the right of the entrance way, Wulf to the left. Each man raises a solitary arm in salute to the crowd.

J.A. Aldridge: The following Tag Team Showcase is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, weighing in at a total combined weight of 437 pounds! They are the team of Steven Lenton and Wulk Erikssen... TROUBLE!

Both men head down the ramp, Steve with his trademark strut, Wulf giving high fives to the crowd as he passes. As they reach the ring, Stephen stops for a moment, reaching out to the sides to allow the fans to reach in and touch him, whilst Wulf slides into the ring under the bottom rope. Steve quickly climbs onto the apron, and straight up the turnbuckle, whilst Wulf runs up to the diagonally opposite corner, both men lifting their arms in salute to the crowd again. The pair then drop down into the ring, meeting in the centre where they greet each other with a chest bump, before peeling off back to their corner.

Kris Cruise: Listen to the ovation these two are getting, Stephy. Especially Wulf Erikssen!

“Oooooh Tuuurrrrrkkksss… Come out and plaaaaaayyyyyyy”

The crowd begin to roar as the lights suddenly go out, and there is a loud cackling over the P.A system, resembling a radio being tuned in. Then a robotic voice begins to play out.

“Okay, boppers. The ring is finally starting to cool down after last night's heat wave. We lost a lot of major players and everything is wide open. There's a lot of moves to be made and a lot of empty positions to be filled. One thing's for sure though; the truce is most definitely off. Sorry, Trouble. Some things are just too good to be true, I guess. My apologies again, that was a long walk home you boys had. When the masks are donned, the whole world changes. But that seems to have fallen on deaf ears. But I’ve got something just for them. I have a saga, they need a saga… What's the saga?”

A vicious drumbeat begins to play out in the background.

“It's Songs for the Deaf. You can't even hear it!”

A heavily distorted guitar starts to build up as red and gold lights begin to flash out across the crowd. A ball of flame bursts out from the entrance way as the crowd gasp in shock. (You Think I Ain't Worth A Dollar But I Feel Like A) Millionaire by Queens of the Stone Age blasts out around the arena.Then, with a burst of life, Sally Talfourd races out to the stage wearing her old Elena mask, waving to the crowd and a beaming smile across her face. She runs from one end to the other, getting the crowd hyped, screaming at them to get behind them. The crowd then takes the cheering to a whole new level as Andreas Lasiewicz slowly and methodically makes his way out to the stage, his face shrouded by his Reno mask. He takes in the atmosphere, staring out at them all with his baton resting over his shoulder as he takes in the cheers and the applause. Sally comes to his side, bopping along to the music. Then they slap hands and head down to the ring.

J.A. Aldridge: And their opponents, making their way to the ring at a total combined weight of 407 pounds. They are the team of Andreas Lasiewicz and Sally Talfourd... THE TURKS!

Sally slaps some fans hands on the way to the ring, Andreas focuses on the ring, rolling his wrist in his hand. At the base of the ring, the Turks come together, into a close huddle, talking their last strategy before the match. The crowd's chant starts up, gaining voice and momentum: Turks! Turks! Turks! Finally, Andreas and Sally break with a fist bump. They then rip off their masks and hurl them out to the crowd, who begin fighting over this gift. Sally pulls herself up to the apron, then vault over and into the middle of the ring with a big wave. Andreas makes his way up the steps, steps through the ropes, and then looks out to the crowd.

Kris Cruise: Both of these teams have been through some wars, Stephy. There's no ladders out here tonight. There aren't any titles at stake. But you can bet that both of these teams will bring it here in this one.

The music dies down and both teams settle into their corners, taking a moment to discuss strategy. Wulf and Sally stay in to kick things off as the referee calls for the bell. The crowd thunders as the two make their way towards the center of the ring, and give an acknowledging nod. They slowly circle one another, before going for a tie up. Not letting the stronger Wulf gain the upper hand, Sally quickly pulls him into a hammerlock. Wulf reaches back and takes Sally down with a headlock takedown. She quickly rolls to a knee, but Wulf wrenches the hold. Sally manages to eventually push to her feet and shoves Wulf off of her, sending him into the ropes. Wulf rebounds and Sally drops to the mat. Wulf hops over her and hits the ropes once again. As he comes back, Sally leaps to her feet and puts him down with a beautiful dropkick.

Kris Cruise: Talfourd takes Erikksen off his feet with a well-timed dropkick! This isn't Wulf's first foray into an FGA ring. He and Jolyne Dysart competed as Justice Riot! during the 2016 Dynamic Duos tournament this past Spring.

Stephy Auger: Well hopefully for him, he has better luck tonight then he did back then.

Kris Cruise: Well, the team went 1-1.

Both competitors scramble to their feet, and Sally goes on the offensive, rushing in with a barrage of elbow strikes that stagger Wulf backwards. She backs him into the ropes and attempts to whip him across the ring once more, but Wulf reverses it, sending Sally hurtling towards the ropes instead. She bounces back and Wulf connects with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. He then goes for a pin.

Sally quickly gets a shoulder up.

Wulf snatches her to her feet and quickly puts her back down with a discus clothesline. Wulf gets her back to a vertical base and then slams her back first against the turnbuckle. He wears her down with a few boots to the midsections before he makes the tag to The Big L!

Kris Cruise: Aw here we go, Stephy!

Lenton enters the ring, igniting the crowd by delivering some stinging chops that resonate throughout the arena. He then whips Sally to the opposite turnbuckle and charges forward connecting with a big clothesline. Sally stumbles forward and falls to the mat. The Big L quickly turns her over and goes for the cover.

TH-No!

Sally once again gets a shoulder up. Lenton gets to his feet and pulls Sally back to hers, but she delivers a hard right hand to his midsection. She fires off another one, and then another that causes Lenton to relinquish his grasp. She pushes to her feet and storms towards the ropes, only to get caught with a hard shoulder block that sends her crashing back down to the mat. Lenton gets her up and walks her back over to the corner where Wulf awaits the tag.

Wulf climbs back into the ring and both men walk Sally to the middle of the ring and deliver a snap suplex. Wulf then rolls over and makes the cover.

Once again Sally musters up the strength to kick out.

Andreas paces along the ring apron anxiously watching on and anticipating the moment where he can step into the ring.

Kris Cruise: That's a scary sight right there, Stephy.

Stephy Auger: Who are you telling? I would not want to be in the ring when that man gets tagged in.

Wulf gets Sally back to a vertical base and then rocks her with a forearm. He backs Sally into the ropes and whips her across the ring. He goes for another discus clothesline, but Talfourd ducks underneath. She hits the ropes again and storms back, hitting a spinning wheel kick that gets the crowd going.

Kris Cruise: Wulf caught all of that kick to the face.

Stephy Auger: It might have wrong his bell, Cruise.

Sally slowly pulls herself to her feet, and makes her way towards Andreas’ outstretched hand. Wulf scrambles to his and runs up on, grabbing her by the shoulder, but Sally reacts with a hard elbow to the face that sends Wulf staggering back. He then rushes forward again right into a boot from Talfourd who then implants him into the mat with a DDT.

Kris Cruise: The tag was wisely cut off there. Both of these two squads are well decorated both in the tag team and singles ranks.

Stephy Auger: There's a lot of hardware in their closets, that's for sure. But like you said earlier, titles will not be on the line tonight, just professional pride.

Sally turns over and begins crawling to her corner. She finally dives forward and makes the tag to Andreas who rushes into the ring!

Kris Cruise: This crowd has come alive, Stephy!

The Morning Star storms in and knocks Wulf down with a clothesline. He hits the ropes and comes back knocking Wulf down with another one. And then another! Wulf slowly gets up and staggers to his feet, only for Andreas to deliver a spinning spinebuster to cheers from the crowd. Andreas then goes for a cover.

THR-NO! The Bar Room Hero kicks out.

Kris Cruise: Andreas with that spine-rattling spinebuster. But somehow, Wulf kicked out!

Andreas lifts Wulf to his feet and backs him into the corner, really weighing into him with a barrage of shoulder thrusts before lifting Wulf off his feet with a European Uppercut which leaves him staggered. Andreas walks back across the ring and then surges forward once again, but this time Wulf gets a boot up, completely killing Andreas momentum. Andreas staggers away and Wulf surges forward connecting with a bulldog. Wulf then rolls over to the corner and tags in The Big L.

Kris Cruise: Wulf gets in the fresh man.

Lenton hits the ring and shows off his strength lifting Andreas with a deadlift Gutwrench Suplex. He then goes for the pin.

Andreas powers out.

The Big L pulls The Morning Star to his feet and rocks him with a hard right hand. Andreas staggers back but surprises The Big L with a right hand of his own. The two men exchange blows, each strike coming faster and harder before The Big L finally gets the Upperhand, by ducking underneath Andreas’ punch, slipping behind him and connecting with a belly to back suplex. The Big L springs to his feet and motions for Andreas to get up. Once The Morning Star is on his feet, Lenton surges forward looking to nail him with the BLITZ!!!

But Andreas sidesteps him and Lenton’s momentum carries him shoulder first straight into the ring post. He hangs there for a moment before staggering back out right into a Polish Hammer! Andreas then goes for the pin.

he Big L with the kick out! The Morning Star snatches the SSWA Star from the mat and connects with a leg hook Saito suplex. He gets him up again and follows it with a Side Effect. He then goes for the pin.

The Big L once again kicks out to cheers from the crowd. Andreas heads to the corner and tags in Sally. She gets The Big L to his feet and then promptly puts him back down with The Danger Zone! She rolls over and hooks the leg for the cover.

Sally follows up with a barrage of elbow drops before hitting the ropes and connecting with a knee drop. She attempts another pin.

Kris Cruise: Yet another nearfall, Stephy! I can't keep up with this pace and I'm not even the one in the ring.

Talfourd pulls him to his feet, arm wrenches him and looks to go for a clothesline but before she does, The Big L damn near decapitates her with a high impact lariat of his own. Sally bounces hard off of the mat and rolls to a standing position. She staggers forward and The Big L connects with a Sky High Spinebuster to cheers from the crowd! He hooks the leg and goes for the pin.

Andreas storms in and makes the save for Talfourd.

Kris Cruise: Timely save their by The Morning Star

The Big L climbs to his feet and gets Sally up to hers. He delivers a boot to the midsection and pulls her in for a powerbomb. He hoists her into the air, but before he can drop her, The Last Magician nails him with a stiff right hand. She wails away with another and another before Lenton finally drops her down to the mat. She storms towards the ropes and bounces back connecting with a leg lariat to cheers from the crowd. Sally gets to her feet and waits patiently for Lenton to get back to his feet before moving in and trying to go for the Summer Rain. The Big L twists his body though, and grabs hold of her, lifting her into the air and catching her with a Teardrop Suplex!

Both competitors are down and the crowd thunders to life cheering both of them on. On the outside Wulf and Las have their hands outstretched, urging their partners to make the tag.

Kris Cruise: Who is going to get to their respective corners first? Will it be Talfourd? Will it be The Big L?

Stephy Auger: Will either be able to answer the ten count?

Lenton and Talfourd both begin to stir at about the same time and slowly start to make the crawl to their respective corners. Sally finally reaches the corner to tag in Las, just as Lenton hits the corner to tag in Wulf!

Kris Cruise: Here we go!

Both men storm the ring. Las charges with a Lariat, but Wulf ducks underneath. He hits the ropes and bounces back with a huge Falcon Punch to cheers from the crowd. He pushes forward, grabbing Lassie just as he gets to his feet and backs him into the ropes. He whips Las across the ring and follows him connecting with a running knee lift. Then he connects with a Standing Suplex Slam to cheers from the crowd.

Wulf picks him up and delivers a pendulum backbreaker. He follows with a handstand leg drop and then hooks the leg and goes for a cover.

Lassie kicks out.

Wulf drags The Polish Spirit to his feet, rocking him with a hard forearm shot. He then rocks him with another one before attempting a boot to the midsection, but Lassie catches his foot and spins him around, grabbing hold of him and hitting a German Suplex!

Lassie slowly gets to his feet and staggers over to Wulf, snatching him off of the mat and connecting with The Lunatic High! He then goes for the pin.

Wulf is able to somehow kick out.

Lassie rises to his feet, signaling that the end is near for Wulf. Once Wulf gets to his feet, Andreas hoists him up, looking to connect with The Unforgettable Fire…. but Wulf swings his body and slides down Andreas back. The crowd roars in anticipation as Lenton surges forward looking to connect with his high impact lariat. Sally spies him and just manages to duck underneath it. Lenton then attempts to go for the Audible, but Sally is prepared for it and instead counters with The Implant Buster to cheers from the crowd! She then climbs to her feet… only to get caught with a vicious Falcon Punch from Wulf that sends her sprawling to the mat and rolling out of the ring.

Wulf is glaring out at Sally, making sure that she’s out of the way. He turns to focus his attention back on Lassie….

And walks right into The Unforgettable Fire!

Kris Cruise: What a tag team showcase that was! Both teams just put on one heck of a show, Stephy. If Dynamic Duos was happening right now, I'm confident these two teams would've given anyone a run for their money. All four of these great competitors left it all out in the ring. The Turks are the winners. But I think the true winners tonight are these fans. Listen to the ovation they're giving all four of these great competitors.

The Turks make their way up the aisle to a loud ovation from the crowd. The cheers are also for TROUBLE, who are regrouping at ringside.

When the feed returns back, the main video screen was the focus of the camera. It remain its innate soulless black until it showed a simple x-ray. The patient on screen had broken ribs. Then another one showed a psychological profile that etched through many different conditions. It was a collective mass, but it cycled through it too quickly for anyone to get a grasp on. Yet, the focus landed upon the patient’s name.

Isabella Frieda Anders.

From there, it showed a small montage of her success in wrestling, until it got to her defeat by the hands of Dom Harter. Throughout the montage, it showed a female figure walking towards a glowing gateway. A spotlight lands upon the entranceway. Then a song began to play. The fans begin to boo, since they already begun to process that the former Mid-Atlantic Legacy Champion was beginning to make her way out.

“One More Soul to the Call” by Mary Elizabeth McGlynn begins to pick up. The somber strum of a guitar echoed out throughout the arena. The lights in the arena began to dim to a haunting dark purple color. From behind the curtain, a figure comes out. She lingers in the darkness, before creeping into the spotlight. It is, in fact, Izzy Anders. She wipes her hair back, revealing the eyepatch and her new stature. She shrugs her head at the jeering crowd before walking down the ramp.

Her shirt is a tribute to her mentor of sorts, the giant known as GRENDEL. “Evolve or die,” it states proudly in striking red. She walks down the ramp, observing the fans. One fan was holding up a sign for Molly Reid. Izzy reaches over and takes it away from them, before looking as if she was about to strike them down. The man reeled, but only got a condescending pat on the head for his flinching. Izzy, with sign in tow, made her way around the ring and to the timekeeper’s area. With her other free hand, she takes a chair and throws it into the ring.

Once she enters, she props the chair up and sits down, with the Molly Reid sign in her lap. She commands a microphone, which is hurled into her hand. She taps on it for a moment.

Izzy Anders: Hey there, darlings.

The crowd boos her (a cheer or two from the more sadistic members of the crowd).

Izzy Anders: I think it would be customary and predictable if I asked you all if you missed me. But if you know me at all, I’m not one for this kind of bullcrap. So I’ll start this off the best way that I know how.

She clears her throat; she wags her finger in the air before pointing at a random fan. The girl is wearing a “Boob Goddess” shirt.

Izzy Anders: Fuck you. Fujiko doesn’t love you. She’s a fraud, you know?

She points to a man wearing a Johnny Karma t-shirt.

Izzy Anders: You probably think the Browns are going to win the Superbowl. Because that’s the same kind of courage and dedication you need to be a Johnny Karma fan. So fuck you.

Her finger gun lands on a RubyWay group.

Izzy Anders: You’re not invited to their orgy. And you probably think you’re a rebel for liking them. Fuck you.

Izzy’s face glistens with a weird sense of pride in her fellow competitors, but then she starts to laugh loudly.

Izzy Anders: Just kidding. They’re all losers and liars too. But at least they’re honest about what they do. They deserve a little ounce of respect from you idiots. Because while you all want to give your money to pandering group of heroes, you fail to own up to the people that actually do the business.

She lifts up the sign, smiling with the Molly Reid sign.

Izzy Anders: Nope, you rather continue to give into the drug that is Molly Reid. Hell, even she doesn’t believe in herself too much. If you all follow the Twitter machine, which you should, then you can see that I have been trying to help her re-emerge as a primer talent. But...you know how this song and dance goes. She has lost herself so much and lost so much--see what I did there--that she has forgotten what it means to be a champion, a winner, an actual somebody.

Izzy shoves the sign down and then stomps on it, smearing her boots on them.

Izzy Anders: Furthermore, you all forgot what it meant to be decent human beings. When I got my opportunity to look through the past Vertigos after my little incident, I didn’t see not one sign dedicated to trying to care about where the hell I went. I could have been dead. Not like fake dead either. I mean, straight up dead. And none of you would blink an eye, huh?

Izzy smirks for a moment, paused on an amused expression.

Izzy Anders: I see how it is. And I see how the backstage people feel about me too. I get it. I’m not the best person around. I’m rude. I’m uncaring. I’m a woman who got off at the misery of the Tenacious Bastard and everyone’s favorite bullshit hero. None of the management tried to help out. I guess it is not in the contract for them to cover kidnappings and/or ransoms. Only a few select people cared enough to try to get me out of the situation I was in. And I thank those people. Cordy, Sofia King, Zero, and a few others. But at the end of the day, I was the one who got to escape from my captors. And it was by my own will that I made my way back here to this accursed FGA ring.

She smiles.

Izzy Anders: Accursed?

She feigns a gasp.

Izzy Anders: For those who aren’t of the educated, let me fill you in on something. FGA is a cesspool filled to the brim with people who refuse to evolve. Even when one wins championships, WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, they fail to move past the state that they are in. Cannon won the championship, but when on to act like an immature teenager rather than the champion you all wanted. Karma fell just as quick to Fujiko Mine. And Annie...well, you all will be forced to see what I saw in her when I first met the bitch.

She giggles dismissively before she moves on.

Izzy Anders: What I am trying to say is that my mentality is the right one. You either evolve or you die. And personally, I think I did my fair share of that. I escaped from a hellhole, what have any of you bastards done? Nothing, but hope to God that Chandler Scott can beat Zero McHannon. So here is how this is going to go. I am back in FGA. I came back to continue to evolve until I am World Champion. Gold Rush Rumble? I might as well go win that just so I have an easier time getting what I want. And I am going to make it my side mission to make sure that all of you want to die by the end of this campaign. I am going to fucking take out all of your favorites. And none of you will be able to do anything to stop me. Because anytime that I have been pushed to face off against big names, I HAVE WON.

Izzy gets up, standing on the sign with defiance.

Izzy Anders: Fuck your predictions, fuck your professional opinions, and most of all, FUCK ALL OF YOU. Because there used to be a shred of care for any of you. I saw you all as fellow human beings, but when all of this mess happened to me, I realized that it doesn’t freaking matter. None of you evolve. You all regress. And you will keep doing it until you are back to what you really are. Fecal matter. The pieces of shit that you really are.

Izzy takes a deep breath before spitting on the FGA canvas.

Izzy Anders: This isn’t a threat. This isn’t even a promise. This is a fucking death sentence. And everyone is guilty.

Izzy tosses her microphone back at the timekeeper’s area like a dart, causing people to move out the way. She then hurls the chair out there too, not caring for the safety of anyone nearby. She then exits the ring, not even bothering to head backstage. She takes the nearest exit out, threatening any fan to try to get close to her.

The beginning of "Dam Dadi Do" by Nightcore fills the arena speakers over. Playing over the song was a loud siren, the crowd in the arena on their feet letting their voices be heard. The lights in the arena dim down just enough for the spotlight in the arena to shine directly on center stage.

When the beat kicks in heavily, Cyncity bursts out onto the ramp with her arms out to her side, pretending to be an airplane as she runs up and down the top of the ramp. When she's done messing around, she smiles and makes her way back to the top of the ramp. She stands at there for a moment, scans the crowd, and feeds from their energy before she makes her way down the ramp. She flaps her right arm up in the air and takes in the audience's cheers. She stops midway down the ramp and scans the crowd one more time, nodding her head and giving the audience a round of applause. She spins in a circle and does her trademark Sex Sells pose, her arms in the air, and buttom pushed out. Fans in attendance whistle in her direction as she breaks her pose and blows kisses to the audience.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! Weighing in at 125 pounds! She is FGA’s Brand Ambassador… CYNCITY!

She slaps the hands of a few lucky fans, and even gives a few of them hugs before she marches her way down the ramp and towards the ring. She finally pulls away from the fans then continues her quickened pace toward the ring. She slides into the ring and plays with the crowd some more, then gets herself loosened up for the upcoming match.

Kris Cruise: Despite everything that Zero McHannon has said and done to her, Cyncity has vowed to cure him with kindness, Stephy. She just wants her friend back.

Stephy Auger: What part of “NO!” does she not understand!? McHannon doesn’t want or need her friendship! She should’ve just left well enough alone and stayed away. But no, she had to un-retire and come back to wrestling. She then had to weasel her way into a match here tonight. McHannon is going to show just why it was a horrible idea to get back in the ring with him.

"Nobody Likes Me" by Deuce ft. Ronnie Radke hits the speakers. Bells are heard chiming through the speakers as the music comes in blazing, the lights surveying the arena, but then it stays focused on the top of the ramp with a bright white light. Zero McHannon walks through the curtain with the FGA World Championship fit firmly around his waist, and a black zip up with the hood over his head and a leather jacket over the hoodie. He turns his back to the audience, holding up a "Z" with both hands to the crowd, then turning around abruptly, and rips the "Z" apart.

“Nobody likes me,

But I don't like them,
Uh uh, I don't, nu uh"

Zero holds his arms out for a moment and raises his head to take in the atmosphere from the fans as they shower him in hate, then slowly starts to make his way down the ramp. He walks down the ramp as fans are throwing jeers in his face, but Zero completely ignores them, and keeps his eyes fixated on the ring. McHannon stops at the bottom of the ramp and bounces on the balls of his feet, looking from one side of the arena to the other, then sliding in through the bottom rope, and bouncing right up to his feet.

J.A. Aldridge: And her opponent, now residing out of Miami, Florida! Weighing in at 218 pounds! He is the reigning FGA World Champion… ZERO MCHANNON!

Zero McHannon climbs the nearest turnbuckle spread his arms and begins to yell towards the crowd as they do their best to cheer over him with jeers. He freezes for a moment, taking in the reaction from the audience, then hops from the corner ropes, and tests the mat under his feet. He's talking to himself as he crosses the ring and stands up on the other turnbuckle, brushing off his shoulder to the crowd, and slapping himself in the chest. Finally, he unbuckles the FGA World Championship from his waist and holds it high above his head with one hand as the crowd tries to drown him out.

"This is my chance
Maybe my last
And if I leave

This is your fate

McHannon walks into the middle of the ring with the title in one hand, and pulls off the zip up with his other hand, tossing it off to the side of the canvas. He falls back into one of the corners, and slumps into the turnbuckle, holding the World Championship close to this chest with both hands as he waits for the match to begin.

Kris Cruise: The World Champ looks focused, Stephy.

Stephy Auger: He’s got a point to prove. He’s tired of Cyncity and her crap. He’s going to end this one and for all here tonight. Watch!

The bell sounds as Cyncity extends her hand for a handshake. McHannon responds by slapping her hand away from him, which elicits boos from the crowd. McHannon then turns and begins yelling at the fans, which causes them to boo event louder.

Kris Cruise: The World Champion isn’t endearing himself to the crowd, Stephy!

Stephy Auger: As if he cares.

Both grapplers circle the ring before locking up. After jockeying for position, McHannon uses his strength advantage to power Cyncity into the corner. The ref then heads over and starts up a five count.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Both grapplers make a clean break. But while Cyncity’s arms are in the air, McHannon nails her with a punch to the midsection, which causes the crowd to boo.

Kris Cruise: Cheap shot there by McHannon.

McHannon nails Cyncity with a right hand to the face. After a European Uppercut, McHannon takes Cyncity, whips her across the ring and follows her into the corner. But McHannon puts on the brakes at the last second as Cyncity jumps up and performs a headstand on the top turnbuckle. As McHannon goes in to attack, the crowd cheers as Cyncity knocks him down with a mule kick to the face.

As McHannon gets up, Cyncity grabs him and goes for an irish whip. But McHannon reverses, sending Cyncity into the ropes. When Cycnity comes back, she slides through McHannon’s legs. When McHannon turns around, Cyncity leaps onto his shoulders, turns around and goes for the Cynderana (reverse hurricanrana).

Kris Cruise: She’s about to hit it, Stephy!

But before she can move, McHannon shoves Cyncity from off his shoulders. After she lands in front of him, the crowd boos as McHannon hooks her arm from behind, lifts her up and delivers a chicken wing gutbuster. McHannon turns over and hooks the leg.

But Cyncity uses the momentum to run up to the top turnbuckle and knock him down with the Emphatic Whispers (whisper in the wind). She makes the cover.

Stephy Auger: It’s still early! Her cardio isn’t up to part like Zero’s is. She’s going to get tired eventually. Oh yeah, there’s also that whole “Zero’s a million times better than her” thing.

Cyncity picks up McHannon and goes for an irish whip. But again, McHannon reverses, sending Cyncity into the ropes. When Cyncity returns, McHannon hoists her up into the air. But Cyncity catches him with a dropkick on the way. McHannon gets back to his feet, but Cyncity is quick to knock him back down with another dropkick. After McHannon returns to his feet, Cyncity leaps up and brings him down with a headscissors. While keeping the headscissors applied, Cyncity begins to perform five push-ups, which gets cheers from the crowd.

Stephy Auger: Look at this, Cruise! She’s making a mockery of our World Champion!

Cyncity picks up McHannon, snapmares him over and delivers a superkick to the neck. She makes the cover.

Cyncity picks up McHannon and goes for an irish whip. But McHannon reverses, sending her into the ropes. When Cyncity returns, McHannon throws out a clothesline. But Cyncity ducks and runs into the far ropes. When Cycity comes back, McHannon throws out another clothesline. But again, Cyncity ducks and runs into the ropes. When McHannon turns around, Cyncity brings him down with a spinning headscissors takedown. After McHannon rolls out onto the apron, he begins pulling himself up using the ropes. Cyncity sees this, so she runs into the corner and knocks him down with a springboard apron dropkick.

Kris Cruise: McHannon’s been knocked to the floor! Is Cyncity about to take it to the air?

Stephy Auger: Don’t give her any ideas, Cruise!

After stepping out onto the apron, Cyncity can be seen waving up McHannon. Once McHannon finally shakes out the cobwebs, returns to his feet and turns around, the crowd cheers as Cyncity connects with a an Asai Moonsault!

Kris Cruise: She does take it to the air! Cyncity with a picture perfect Asai Moonsault onto McHannon! Did you see the hangtime?

Stephy Auger: Oh stop gushing over her already, Cruise! It was OKAY.

Cyncity picks up McHannon and rolls him back into the ring. She then rolls back in and makes the cover.

Cyncity tries to free herself. But it’s to no avail as McHannon throws her down with a shoulder switch powerslam. He makes the cover.

As Cyncity is pulling herself up on the apron by using the ropes, McHannon nails her with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. He then reaches through the ropes, grabs Cyncity, drags her across the middle rope and then plants her with a rope-hung DDT. He turns Cyncity over and makes the cover.

As McHannon picks up Cyncity, she begins to nail him with punch to the midsection. Once she’s free, she delivers a stomp to the foot before delivering a facebreaker knee smash. While McHannon is dazed, Cyncity turns and takes off into the ropes. When she comes back, McHannon turns her inside out with a discus clothesline. The crowd boos as he makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Cyncity gets her shoulder up. But just barely.

Stephy Auger: Yeah, she almost got her head knocked right off her shoulder. That wouldn’t be such a bad thing, you know.

McHannon picks up Cyncity, moves her into the corner and nails her with a hard European Uppercut. McHannon nails Cyncity with another European Uppercut… and another… and another… and another… and another. The last uppercut sends Cyncity slumping slowly down in the corner.

Kris Cruise: You know, Cyncity’s had a history of concussions, Stephy.

Stephy Auger: Which is all the more reason why McHannon should keep going after the head. Knock her block off, champ!

McHannon reaches down, pulls up Cyncity by the hair and whips her hard into the opposite corner. After her back crashes into the corner, the turnbuckles rattle loudly. Cyncity then stumbles from out of the corner and over towards McHannon, who lifts her up and throws her down with a spinebuster. The crowd boos as Cyncity’s limp body lays on the canvas

Kris Cruise: The back of Cyncity’s head just smacked off the canvas!

Stephy Auger: I bet she wishes she was back home eating ice cream right now, Cruise! This is professional wrestling. It isn’t built for the weak. It’s made for the strong. Why else do you think McHannon’s on top?

McHannon slowly drops down and makes the cover.

McHannon picks up Cyncity and delivers a vertical suplex dropped into a neckbreaker. He turns over and makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: Cyncity isn’t staying down, Stephy!

Stephy Auger: She should! Unless she wants her son to spoon feed her her meals for the rest of her life, she better stay down before McHannon really gives it to her.

Kris Cruise: Cyncity’s never laid down for anyone and I highly doubt she will now.

McHannon places Cyncity in a facelock and slowly turns to set up a hangman’s neckbreaker. But Cyncity’s able to slip out from behind and counter with a schoolboy.

After both grapplers get to their feet, McHannon quickly brings her back down by planting her with a Kickout DDT. McHannon turns Cyncity over and makes the cover.

Cyncity gets her shoulder up. McHannon slowly runs his hands through his hair as he seethes with anger. He then slowly looks up at the top turnbuckle, then back down at Cyncity. A smirk cross his face as he gets back to his feet.

Kris Cruise: I don’t like that look, Stephy!

McHannon reaches down, yanks up Cyncity and marches into the corner. After slamming her face-first into the top turnbuckle, McHannon turns around and hoists her up onto the top turnbuckle. He then climbs up onto the middle ropes before turning around and lifting Cyncity up across his shoulders.

Kris Cruise: This doesn't look good for Cyncity!

Stephy Auger: Damn right it doesn’t!

McHannon stands up and is about to go for a rolling fireman’s carry. But just as McHannon’s about to dive off, Cyncity begins nailing him with elbows to the side of the head. The crowd cheers as Cyncity continues with the blows. Cyncity keeps up the elbows until McHannon falls back and sits down on the top turnbuckle. After Cyncity slips down from his shoulders and lands on the middle rope, Cyncity climbs up onto the top rope. She then hops onto McHannon’s shoulders, spins and delivers a dragonrana to an explosion of cheers from the crowd.

Stephy Auger: OH NO!

Kris Cruise: What a move by Cindy Parker! McHannon was about to deliver a rolling fireman’s carry off the top. But Cyncity was able to counter with a dragonrana!

While both grapplers are down, the crowd breaks out into a “LET’S GO, CINDY!” chant.

Kris Cruise: And the former World Champion has brought this capacity crowd to its feet like only she can.

Stephy Auger: Shut up! Just shut up! It’s not over yet…. Right?

The ref kneels down and checks on both grapplers. He then stands back up and starts his count.

Cyncity picks up McHannon and goes for an irish whip. But McHannon reverses, sending her into the ropes. When Cycnity returns, McHannon scoops her up for a sitout shoulderbreaker. But Cyncity’s able to kick her legs. Once she slips down from behind, she quickly grabs McHannon from behind and delivers the Glitter Driver (cross rhodes) to an explosion of cheers. She makes the cover.

The crowd sighs, then boos as McHannon gets his shoulder up.

Cyncity picks up McHannon, brings him into the corner and slams his head into the top turnbuckle while the crowd counts along.

Crowd: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE! TEN!

After turning McHannon around, Cyncity climbs up onto the middle ropes and punches him as the crowd counts along.

Crowd: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FI-

McHannon slips out from between Cyncity’s legs, turns around and yanks her down hard. The crowd boos as Cyncity smacks her face against the top turnbuckle on the way down. He follows up with a backstabber. He makes the cover.

The crowd cheers as Cyncity gets her shoulder up.

McHannon picks up Cyncity and whips her into the ropes. When she returns, he throws out a discus clothesline. But Cyncity ducks and runs into the ropes. When Cyncity returns, he goes for a diving forearm. But again, Cyncity ducks and runs into the ropes. When Cyncity comes back, McHannon turns her inside out with a single leg dropkick. The crowd continues to boo as he quickly picks up Cyncity, lifts her up, spins around three times and throws her down with a sitout powerbomb.

The crowd gasps, then cheers as Cyncity gets her shoulder up. McHannon holds up three fingers at the ref. When the ref holds two back at him, McHannon falls to the back and covers his face with his hands.

Kris Cruise: These two are giving it their all, Stephy!

Stephy Auger: No, McHannon is giving it his all. Cyncity is just being stubborn.

McHannon picks up Cyncity and goes for a twisting brainbuster. But on the way up, Cyncity knees him in the head. After Cyncity slips back down, she doubles him over with another spinning back kick to the midsection. She then places McHannon in a three quarter facelock before delivering the Yoshi-T (Asai DDT). The crowd cheers as she makes the cover.

Cyncity steps out onto the apron and waves up McHannon. When McHannon finally gets up and turns around, the crowd cheers as Cyncity knocks him down with the Rainbow Maker (springboard rider kick). She makes the cover.

Cyncity picks up McHannon and punches him three times before running into the ropes. When Cyncity returns, McHannon throws out a clothesline. But Cyncity ducks and counters with a floatover spinning neckbreaker. After dragging him into position, she steps out onto the apron and begins climbing up to the top turnbuckle.

Kris Cruise: Go for it, Cindy! You can finish it right here!

Once Cyncity gets to the top, she leaps off and goes for the Standing Ovation (shooting star double foot stomp). But McHannon is able to roll out of the way. After Cyncity lands on her feet, her momentum sends her rolling forward. After rolling to her feet and turns around, the crowd boos as McHannon drops her with a codebreaker. The crowd boos as he makes the cover.

The crowd cheers as Cyncity gets her shoulder up.

McHannon picks up Cyncity and whips her into the corner. He then charges into the corner. But Cyncity counters with a back elbow to the face. As McHannon stumbles back, Cyncity steps through the ropes, springboards to the top turnbuckle, dives off and knocks him down with a flying cross body block…

… but McHannon rolls through as. He pulls Cyncity up as he returns to a vertical base. The crowd boos as he hoists Cyncity up onto his shoulders before delivering a fireman’s carry gutbuster.

Stephy Auger: That’s his favor signature, Cruise! And he put a little extra on it this time, too!

McHannon slowly picks up Cyncity by the hair with both hands. He pulls her close to his face as he shakes his head. He tells her “you shouldn’t have come back” before turning her around and lifting her up for Zero Tolerance (Michinoku Driver II-B). But Cyncity is able to slip down from behind after McHannon lifts her up a bit too high. She then quickly applies an inverted facelock before delivering the Glitter Driver.

After picking McHannon up with both hands, Cyncity pulls him close to her face. She tells McHannon that she’s going to cure him before kissing him on the cheek. Cyncity turns and heads into the ropes. When she returns, the crowd erupts with cheers as she knocks McHannon down with Beauty and the Knee (busaiku knee kick). She makes the cover.

Kris Cruise: The lead official just took a hard fall to the floor!

When McHannon turns around, Cyncity kicks him in the midsection and goes to plant him with a DDT. But McHannon counters by ramming Cyncity back-first into the corner. After bringing Cyncity from out of the corner, McHannon whips her into the far ropes. When Cyncity returns, the crowd boos as McHannon knocks her down with a diving forearm. As second referee slides into the ring as McHannon makes the cover.

McHannon picks up Cyncity and whips her into the corner. Mchannon charges into the corner, but Cyncity nails him with a boot to the face. She makes the cover.

“Dam Dadi Do” blasts over the PA as the crowd erupts with cheers.

Stephy Auger: Woah! Woah Woah! What’s going on here!? McHannon pinned her with the German Suplex!

Kris Cruise: Really? Then why is Cyncity’s music playing.

McHannon gets up and is confused as to why Cyncity’s music is playing. But the ref that’s in the ring is points to Cyncity as the winner. He then goes over and raises Cyncity’s arms to another roar of cheers.

J.A. Aldridge: Here is your winner, CYNCITY!

Another rush of cheers makes its way throughout the crowd as Cyncity is announced as the winner. But the cheers turn to boos as McHannon rushes over and slaps their arms down. McHannon steps back towards the original referee, who is now back in the ring. The ref raises Zero’s arm in the air. “Dam Dadi Do” fades out and is soon replaced by “Nobody Likes Me”, which blares throughout the arena.

J.A. Aldridge: Here is your winner, ZERO MCHANNON!

Kris Cruise: What is going on here!? Now Zero is announced as the winner?

Stephy Auger: I’m just as confused as you are.

McHannon goes to one side of the ring and raises his arm in the air while Cyncity goes to another side of the ring and does the same. Meanwhile, the lead and second official continue to argue over who won the match. Just then, a member of FGA’s executive committee makes his way into the ring. He bypasses both McHannon and Cyncity and makes his way over towards the two officials. After hearing both men out, he heads to the outside and relays a message to J.A. Aldridge.

J.A. Aldridge: Ladies and gentlemen, at this time my I have your attention. I have been informed that the lead official for the match, Bruce Mitchell, counted Cyncity’s shoulder to the mat for the count of three!

The crowd erupts with boos.

Stephy Auger: Yes! YES! SEE, I TOLD YOU ZERO WON!

J.A. Aldridge: However, official Drew Dillinger counted Zero McHannon’s shoulders to the mat for the count of three!

The boos quickly turn to an explosion of cheers.

Kris Cruise: Not so fast, Stephy!

J.A. Aldridge: Therefor, after consulting with a member of FGA’s executive committee, this contest… has been ruled a DRAW!

Neither grappler appears satisfied with the decision and neither is the crowd. However, the boos quickly turn to cheers, which then turn into a “YOU STILL GOT IT CHANT!” for Cindy Parker.

Kris Cruise: Alright, I’m being told that we’ve got two replays ready right now. Replay 1, which is from our vantage point and the lead official’s vantage point, shows that Cyncity’s shoulders are down on the mat for the three count. However, on Replay 2, which is from the second official’s p.o.v., you can see that Zero McHannon’s shoulders are also down for the count. Thus, the call for a Draw was made. It’s not the most popular call, but it’s the right call.

Now how about Cindy Parker? This woman was supposed to be retired. Hasn’t wrestled in months. Yet she goes out there and holds her own against the current World Champion in a great matchup. These fans are chanting “you’ve still got it.” To that I say they’re absolutely right. In fact, Cindy Parker never lost it.

While the three officials exit the ring, Cyncity and McHannon are left standing inside. Cyncity stares at McHannon and vice versa. She slowly makes her way over to McHannon and extends her hand.

Kris Cruise: Cindy, despite everything that McHannon has said and done to her, still cherishes their friendship. This isn’t about titles or wrestling. She just wants her friend back, Stephy.

McHannon narrows his eyes at Cyncity before looking out at the crowd. McHannon slowly turns and looks back at Cyncity. His eyes soften as he looks at her. McHannon looks down at her hand, then back at her face. He then makes his way over to Cyncity and goes for a handshake, sidesteps her and keeps it moving out of the ring and up the aisle. The crowd erupts with boos as McHannon turns and walks back up the aisle while holding his World Championship belt in the air.

The house lights dim in the smaller facility, and multi-colored lights soon flicker throughout the filled-to-the-brim center. The crowd jumps to it's feet, blowing the roof off from the much smaller arena as Chris Bond makes his way out from behind the curtains. As he emerges from behind the curtain, there is a small burst of excitement from the crowd. With a spotlight lighting his way, Bond makes his way down the aisle and towards the ring, even slapping a few hands on the way down.

J.A. Aldridge: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, now residing out of Greensboro, North Carolina! Weighing in at 242 pounds! He is “The Battle-Hardened Veteran” CHRIS BOND!

Soon enough he jogs up the stairs, and walks along the ring apron before wiping his feet. Chris Bond steps over the second rope and into the ring. The self-proclaimed legend of the wrestling world walks to the center of the ring and stands there for a moment, as flashes go off throughout the waves of fans. He circles the ring, arms outstretched, as the fans cheer loudly once again. Bond enjoys this, as his trademark smirk re-emerges on his face. Heading to his corner, Bond does a few stretches as he waits for the match to begin.

Kris Cruise: This is the moment that Chris Bond has waited nearly a year for. Last December, he was put on the shelf after being injured by Johnny Cannon! Cannon took his passion and his livelihood away from him. Now, this is Bond’s chance to get some long overdue payback.

Stephy Auger: He should be careful what he wishes for. This is a different Johnny Cannon he’s getting in the ring with. Dare I say that this is going to be an even more dangerous version of The British Mamba. That spells bad news for Bond!

A yellow spotlight suddenly shines down across the black curtain of the entrance way, whilst the house lights begin to dim down. Slowly, almost in unison with the change in lightning does "Voodoo Child" (Jimi Hendrix" Cover) by Brick + Mortar begins to play. A small ebb of yellow smoke ascends from the ventilators to grace the ramp. The Brit's silhouette emerges behind the curtain, only backed by another daintier image.

Finally, bursting through the curtain emerges "The British Mamba", Johnny Cannon. The Englishman stands before the live audience in all his strapping glory; as per usual, his cocksure, megalomaniacal grin is etched on his face as he pauses on the ramp, his head raised high and snobbishly to the sky above as he surveys the masses. Standing just behind him is none other than Quinn Goodrich, who edges on the crowd to incite their scorn. Wearing yellow and black MMA style trunks, with matching boots and a black knee brace (on his left knee), the Brit appears ready for action - not due to his attire, but due to the belligerent look in his eyes which is only revealed as he removes his Aviator Sunglasses. His eyes are those of a cold, and calculating individual. Johnny places his shades in his black track jacket with numerous insignias sewn on it, and begins his haughty strut to the ring.

Cannon struts to the ring, marching with an undeniable swagger, whilst Quinn continues to taunt the audience, by swinging his arms up, and shouting whatever obscene remarks he can think of. The actions starts as Bond rolls out of the ring, runs up the aisle and tackles Cannon to the ground with a double leg takedown.

Kris Cruise: After everything Cannon’s done, can you blame him?

Stephy Auger: Bond’s going right after Cannon!

The crowd cheers as Bond mounts himself on top of Cannon and hammers away with a flurry of right hands to the face. However, Cannon’s able to roll over and switch positions. The crowd then begins to boo as Cannon mounts himself on top of Bond and hammers away with a flurry of right hands. But the boos turn back to cheers as Bond is able to move his head ot the side, which causes Cannon to punch the floor by accident. Bond then rolls back onto on top of Cannon. Bond mounts himself on top of Cannon and hammers away with a flurry of right hands. When Cannon tries to cover up, Bond begins throwing wild rights and lefts. Quinn Goodrich then runs over and hops onto Bond’s back.

Kris Cruise: What the heck is he doing!? He’s not apart of this match!

Stephy Auger: The man is simply trying to protect his good friend. Besides, the match hasn’t officially started yet, so it’s okay.

Bond gets off of Cannon. But Goodrich still has his arms wrapped around Bond’s neck. Bond then reaches up, grabs Goodrich by the hair with both hands and flips him down to the ground. A loud thud can be heard as Goodrich’s back smacks against the floor. Bond then reaches down, takes Goodrich by the back of the neck, runs and throws him into the crowd.

Kris Cruise: I think I just saw Goodrich get launched into the rafters, Stephy!

Stephy Auger: This isn’t funny! Goodrich isn’t a trained professional!

Kris Cruise: Oh yeah? Then maybe he shouldn’t stick his nose in the business of professionals.

After Bond barks something at Goodrich, he turns around towards Cannon. The crowd boos as Cannon lunges over and spears Bond against the guard rail. Bond yelps as he slowly slides down against the guard rail. After returning to his feet, Cannon stands over Bond and lets off a series of rights and lefts to the face. The lead referee makes his way over to Cannon to try and get the action back into the ring so the match can officially start. But Cannon turns and side eyes the ref. He then turns his attention back to Bond and hammers away with a flurry of right hands. The ref then tries the forceful approach by grabbing a hold of Cannon’s right arm. This infuriates The British Mamba. Cannon then whips his his arm back, sending the ref flying away from him. The crowd continues to boo as Cannon turns his attention back to Bond. Cannon keeps pounding away at Bond’s face.

Kris Cruise: Cannon’s like a man possessed out there, Stephy!

Stephy Auger: This is what Bond wanted! This is what he came back for! He asked for this, Cruise! He’s not gonna get my sympathy and he shouldn’t get yours, either.

Cannon continues to punch away at Bond. Bond’s bleeding from the nose, then from the mouth. Cannon then kneels down, grabs Bond by the head with both hands and repeatedly rams the back of his head against the guard rail.

Kris Cruise: Come on, now!

Stephy Auger: “Come on”, what? Maybe the ref should stop the match.

Kris Cruise: “Stop the match”? It hasn’t even started!

Stephy Auger: And why is that? Because Chris Bond decided to jump him while he was making his entrance!

The ref pulls Cannon away from Bond and yells at him to get in the ring. But Cannon refuses. He turns his attention back to Bond before stomping away at him. Cannon reaches down, yanks Bond up and throws him hard against the guard rail. Cannon reaches down, yanks Bond back up and tosses him hard against the guard rail. Cannon reaches down, picks up Bond and rocks him with an elbow smash. Cannon pulls his arm back before cracking Bond across the jaw with another elbow smash. After a hard knee to the midsection doubles Bond over, Cannon takes him and whips him hard into the opposite guard rail. Upon impact, Bond arches his back in pain. Cannon then runs across the aisle and throws out a clothesline. But Bond ducks and dumps Cannon into the crowd.

Stephy Auger: Ah!

Kris Cruise: There goes Cannon!

The crowd cheers as Bond climbs over the guard rail and puts the boots to Cannon. He then calls for a fan to hand them his cup of beer. After the fan hands Bond the cup, Bond blasts Cannon in the face with it. He then punches Cannon in the face. Bond delivers another punch… and another… and another. The last punch turns Cannon around and sends him stumbling through the crowd. But Bond is in hot pursuit. He comes up from behind and nails Cannon with a clubbing shot across the back. The blow sends Cannon stumbling a few more steps. As Bond approaches from behind, Cannon nails him with a back elbow to the face, which results in boos from the crowd. He then turns Bond around and goes to sock him with a right hand. But Bond blocks and nails him with a punch of his own. Cannon tries to throw another punch. But again, Bond blocks and counters with a punch of his own. Cannon throws another punch. Bond blocks and goes to counter with a punch of his own. After Cannon blocks his counter punch, Bond lunges forward and cracks Cannon across the bridge of the nose with a headbutt. After a knee to the midsection, Bond grabs a hold of Cannon’s head with both hands and bites his forehead. After about five seconds of biting, Bond nails him with another knee to the midsection. Bond follows up by delivering a vertical suplex on the floor. Cannon can be seen arching his back in pain.

Kris Cruise: Cannon’s in a world of hurt out there in the crowd, Stephy

Bond picks up Cannon and begins punching him closer and closer back to the guard rail. After a knee to the midsection, Bond takes Cannon and whips him hard into the guard rail. After Cannon crumbles to the floor, Bond makes his way over towards him. As Bond goes to step over the guard rail, Cannon quickly grabs his left leg and delivers a dragonscrew against the guard rail. Bond yelps before crumbling back into the aisle.

Kris Cruise: Bond’s knee just smacked against the guard rail!

The crowd boos as Cannon climbs over the guardrail and begins stomping away on the leg. He then reaches down, grabs Bond by the ankle and drags him back to ringside. After pulling Bond to his feet, Cannon doubles him over with a series of hard punches to the midsection. He then takes Bond and whips him hard into the steel steps.

Kris Cruise: God, did you hear the impact?

Stephy Auger: How could I not?

While Bond is seated against the ring steps, Cannon runs over and delivers a running knee to the face.

Cannon kicks off the top half of the steel steps. The crowd boos as he picks up Bond and slams him down with a scoop slam across the bottom half of the steps. Bond yelps out upon impact. Cannon steps up onto the bottom half of the steps and begins stomping away on Bond’s chest. He then gets down to his knees and chokes Bond with both hands. After about ten seconds, Cannon finally lets go. Bond can be seen gasping for air. After pulling Bond off the bottom half of the steps, Cannon places Bond’s left leg on the steps.

Kris Cruise: The ref’s got to get in there and stop this!

Stephy Auger: At this risk of getting tossed to the side again? I don’t blame the ref for staying away from Cannon.

Cannon goes over and picks up the top half of the steel steps.

Kris Cruise: No! No no no no no...

Cannon lifts up the steps and throws them down at Bond’s left knee. But Bond rolls out of the way just in the nick of time.

Kris Cruise: Thank God Bond got out of the way!

The bloodthirsty Cannon sees Bond rolling back into the ring. So he goes right after him. But as soon as Cannon climbs up onto the apron, Bond nails him with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. He then drags Cannon across the second rope before planting him with the Rejection (rope-hung DDT). The crowd cheers while he turns Cannon over and makes the cover.

Bond picks up Cannon and tosses him through the ropes and to the floor.

Stephy Auger: Here we go back to the floor, Cruise!

Kris Cruise: I thought maybe this match would finally stay inside the ropes. I guess not.

As Cannon gets up on the outside, Bond drops to the canvas and rolls back to the floor. He then grabs Cannon from behind, runs forward and slams him face-first into the ring post. After Cannon’s head smacks off the ring post, Cannon stumbles around ringside before rolling himself back into the ring. But once again, Bond is right on his tail. Once Bond slides back in and gets back to his feet, Cannon goes for a cheap shot with a kick to the midsection. But Bond catches Cannon’s leg and counters with a dragon screw of his own.

Kris Cruise: Bond giving Cannon a taste of his own medicine!

Cannon crawls over towards the ropes. As The British Mamba is in the process of pulling himself up using the ropes, Bond grabs his right leg, drags him away from the ropes and brings him back down with another dragon screw. But Bond doesn’t let go of the leg. Bond holds up the leg and delivers elbow drop after elbow drop to it.

Stephy Auger: The ref needs to step in and pull Bond off of Cannon!

Kris Cruise: Bond isn’t doing anything illegal!

Stephy Auger: Yes he is! He’s trying to take out our former World Champion!

Bond lifts up the left leg and delivers several hammer fists to the knee. Bond then takes the leg and goes for a figure four. But Cannon uses his right leg to push Bond off of him and towards the corner. As Cannon turns over and tries to get back to a vertical base, Bond rushes from out of the corner and throws him down with an STO. He makes the cover.

Bond picks up Cannon and goes for an irish whip. But Cannon reverses, sending Bond into the corner. Cannon then runs onto the corner and connects with a step-up corner knee strike using his right knee. While Bond is rocked from the knee to the chin, Cannon slips down, turns his back to Bond and unleashes a series of alternating back elbow strikes to the face.

Kris Cruise: Bond’s getting nailed with elbow after elbow, Stephy!

Stephy Auger: Yeah, and he’s got nowhere to go! He’s trapped in the corner!

After the barrage of elbows to the face, Cannon tosses Bond out of the corner. After Bond rolls across the apron and gets up on his knees, Cannon charges over and nails him with a running knee strike to the face. He drops down and makes the cover.

Bond gets his shoulder up.

Cannon picks up Bond and whips him into the corner. After shaking his left leg, Cannon charges into the corner and connects with a running European Uppercut. He then takes Bond and whips him into the opposite corner. Cannon then charges across the ring and connects with another running European Uppercut. The British Mamba takes Bond and whips him back into the previous corner. After pointing across the ring, Cannon charges across the ring and nearly takes Bond’s head off with another running European Uppercut. The crowd boos as Bond is on Dream Street.

Kris Cruise: The Battle-Hardened Veteran looks worse for wear, Stephy.

Stephy Auger: Hey, he wanted this!

But Cannon isn’t done. The crowd boos as he sends Bond slumping down in the corner with a flurry of elbow smashes to the face. Cannon reaches down and pulls up Bond… only to send him slumping back down with another barrage of elbow smashes. Cannon then steps back and begins stomping away at Bond’s chest before choking him.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Cannon let’s go… then goes right back to the choke, which elicits boos from the crowd. This time, he pulls down on the top rope.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Cannon lets go and runs into the opposite corner. After bouncing off the turnbuckles, Cannon charges back across the ring and nails Bond with a soccer kick that nearly kicks his face off. Cannon reaches down, pulls up Bond, pulls him out of the corner and places his upper body between the middle and top ropes. After grabbing the back of Bond’s neck with both hands, Cannon pulls back, choking Bond across the top rope.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR…

Cannon lets go and takes off into the far ropes. When he runs, he blasts Bond with a big boot to the face. The crowd boos as Bond falls onto the apron. Cannon then steps into the ropes, picks up Bond and positions him for the Cannon Driver II (lifting single underhook DDT) on the apron. But Bond uses his free arm to grab onto the middle ropes.

Kris Cruise: Cannon’s trying to plant him right on the apron with the Cannon Driver II. But Bond’s hanging on for dear life!

After unsuccessfully delivering the move, Cannon lets go and nails Bond with a knee to the midsection. He then hooks Bond’s arm and goes for the Cannon Driver II. But once again, Bond blocks by hanging onto the ropes. So Cannon lets go, stands up Bond and throws out a right hand. But Bond blocks and counters with a right of his own. The crowd cheers as he nails Cannon with another right hand… and another… and another. After a kick to the midsection, the crowd erupts with cheers as Bond lifts up Cannon and plants him with a Cradle Piledriver on the apron.

Kris Cruise: Chris Bond just piledrived Johnny Cannon onto the hardest part of the ring! That’s gotta be it, Stephy!

Cannon’s limp body slowly rolls over and lands on the floor. After Bond catches his breath, he slips down off the apron, picks up Cannon and rolls him back into the ring. Bond then rolls back in and makes the cover.

The crowd sighs, then boos as Cannon gets his foot on the bottom rope.

Stephy Auger: Great ring awareness there by The British Mamba! Say it, Cruise. Say it!

Kris Cruise: It was good ring awareness, I’ll give him that.

Bond picks up Cannon and doubles him over with a knee to the midsection. He then hoists Cannon up for a gutwrench suplex. But after being lifted up onto Bond’s shoulders, Cannon delivers several elbows to the head. Once Cannon slips down and lands on his feet, he throws out the Roundhouse Kick. But Bond ducks, grabs him from behind and counters with an inverted headlock backbreaker. He makes the cover.

Cannon gets his shoulder.

Kris Cruise: Great counter there by Bond! Had Cannon connected, who knows where Bond’s head might have ended up.

Bond picks up Cannon and nails him with a right hand. Cannon comes back with a right hand of his own. Bond comes back with another right hand. Cannon answers back with a right hand of his own. Bond with another right hand. Cannon comes back with another right hand. Bond then nails Cannon with a stiff European Uppercut. Cannon answers back with a stiff European Uppercut of his own. Bond with another stiff European Uppercut. Cannon comes back with another stiff European Uppercut. Bond goes to answer, but Cannon cuts him off with an elbow smash. He then nails Bond with another elbow smash… and another… and another. After grabbing Bond by the back of the neck with his left hand, the crowd boos as Cannon uses his right arm to unleash a flurry of elbow smashes to the face. While Bond is dazed, Cannon turns and takes off into the ropes. When he returns, Bond connects with a stiff running European Uppercut, which sends Cannon stumbling back. Cannon almost slips and falls through the ropes. But he’s able to seesaw back and return with a pendulum rebound lariat…

… but Bond counters with a spinning spinebuster.

Kris Cruise: What a spinebuster, Stephy! I think the ring shook on that one!

The crowd continues to cheer as Bond gets up to his feet, lifts up Cannon’s left leg before turning over into a single leg crab.

Stephy Auger: Oh no!

Kris Cruise: Bond was denied the single leg crab earlier. But not this time. He’s got it locked in!

The ref asks Cannon if he wants to give up. When Cannon refuses, Bond pulls back and increases the pressure of the hold. Cannon can be seen cringing from the pain of the hold.

Stephy Auger: Hang in there, Mamba! Fight through it!

Kris Cruise: “Hang in there, Mamba”? How about a little unbiased commentary!?

Cannon can be seen reaching out to the ropes. But he’s nowhere near them. Goodrich comes back into the picture and stands directly in front of Cannon. He can be seen slapping his hands on the apron while shouting encouraging words to The British Mamba.

Kris Cruise: Goodrich is trying to will his man to the ropes.

Cannon begins to pull himself towards the ropes. Meanwhile, Goodrich keeps encouraging him while waving Cannon towards the ropes. As Cannon gets close to the ropes, Goodrich grabs onto the bottom rope with both hands and pushes them forward as much as he can. Cannon’s just about to grab it… he’s almost there… when Bond stands up, drags him back towards the center of the ring and begins stomping on the back of Cannon’s head. The crowd cheers as Bond sits back down into the single leg crab.

Stephy Auger: Oh no!

Goodrich places his hands on his head. After snapping out of it, he repeatedly slaps the canvas and tries his best to will Cannon towards the ropes. The ref asks Cannon if he wants to give up. But Cannon refuses. After planting his palms down on the canvas, Cannon strains as he slowly pushes himself up. The crowd begins to shout “NO! NO! NO!” as Cannon scratches and claws his way towards the ropes. Goodrich can be seen on the outside continuing to cheer him on. Bond hangs on for as long as he can. He tries to slow down Cannon. But it’s not enough as Cannon reaches forward and grabs the bottom rope, which causes the crowd to boo.

Stephy Auger: ONETWOTHREEFOURFIVE! Break it up, ref!

The ref gives Bond until the count of five to break the hold.

Ref: ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR...FI-

Bond lets go. The ref gives Bond a warning. But Bond ignores it. As Cannon is pulling himself up using the ropes, Bond heads back over, grabs him from behind and goes for a German Suplex. But Cannon hangs onto the ropes for dear life. Bond keeps trying to yank Cannon off the ropes so he can deliver the German Suplex. But Cannon’s got a death grip on the ropes. The ref sees this, so he gets in and tries to pull Bond off of Cannon. While this is happening, Cannon uses his right leg to deliver a mule kick. The crowd boos as Bond crumbles to the canvas after the low blow.

Kris Cruise: Oh come on!

Stephy Auger: What are you complaining about!? Cannon had his hands on the ropes and Bond wouldn’t let go! Serves him right!

While Bond is writhing in pain on the canvas, Cannon circles him as he delivers the Garvin Stomp. He then reaches down, pulls up Bond and whips him into the corner. Cannon then runs across the ring and connects with a Corner Yakuza Kick that turns Bond around. He then hooks Bond’s arm from behind before delivering a half nelson suplex which causes several members of the crowd to gasp.

Kris Cruise: Cannon just dropped him on the back of his neck!

Cannon marches from out of the corner and pulls Bond back to his feet. After a knee to the midsection doubles Bond over, the crowd boos as Cannon hoists him up and delivers a pumphandle neckbreaker. He makes the cover.

The crowd gasps, then cheers as Bond gets his shoulder up. Cannon makes another pin attempt.

Cannon yet another lateral press.

Enraged at Bond’s refusal to stay down combined with the kickout, Cannon mounts himself on top of Bond, grabs him by the head with both hands and repeatedly rams the back of his head against the canvas. Cannon then stands up, yanks Bond up from off the canvas and whips him into the ropes. When Bond returns, Cannon hoists him in the air and nails him with Cardiac Arrest (pop up kick to the chest) on the way down. He then hooks Bond’s arm before planting him with the Cannon Driver II. He turns over and makes the cover.

The crowd gasps, then cheers as Bond gets his shoulder up.

Kris Cruise: He got his shoulder up!? He got his shoulder up!

Stephy Auger: How did he do that!?

Cannon slowly rises to his feet. He looks down at Bond, then up at the top turnbuckle, then down to Bond.

Kris Cruise: I don’t like this, Stephy. I don’t like this at all...

Cannon reaches down, snatches up Bond, marches into the corner and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle. After sitting Bond up on the top turnbuckle, Cannon scales the turnbuckles.

Kris Cruise: He’s going for the Cannon Driver off the top! This is the move that he injured Evangelista with!

After climbing up onto the middle ropes, Cannon goes to grab a hold of Bond. But Bond blocks by hanging onto the top rope. So Cannon lets go and throws out a punch. But Bond blocks and counters with a punch of his own. He then nails Cannon with another punch… and another… and another. After leaning Cannon forward, Bond readjusts his legs, hooks Cannon’s arms and delivers the Drunk Driver (pepsi plunge) to an explosion of cheers.

Stephy Auger: NO!

Kris Cruise: The Drunk Driver! Chris Bond hits the Drunk Driver! We’ve rarely seen him bust that move out, Stephy!

While both men are down, the ref starts his count.

Bond slowly turns over and drapes his arm across Cannon’s chest.

The crowd sighs, then boos as Cannon gets his shoulder up.

Kris Cruise: So close, Stephy! So close!

Bond picks up Cannon and doubles him over with a knee to the midsection. He then nails Cannon with another knee… and another… and another… and another… and another. The last knee drops Cannon down to one knee. Bond then reaches down, wraps his arms around Cannon’s waist and goes for a deadlift gutwrench powerbomb. But on the way up, Cannon again nails Bond with elbows to the head. After Cannon slips down and lands on his feet, he blasts Bond with the Roundhouse Kick.

Stephy Auger: Cannon just dropped him with the Roundhouse Kick! It’s over, Cruise!

Instead of going for the cover, Cannon sits up Bond, places him in a seated crucifix and begins nailing Bond with a barrage of unprotected elbows to the face.

Stephy Auger: Look at him taking all those elbows to the face, Cruise!

The ref gets down and checks in on Bond. But when he sees that Bond isn’t defending himself, he calls for the bell.

J.A. Aldridge: Here is your winner by referee stoppage, JOHNNY CANNON!

Despite the match being called, Cannon continues to deliver elbow after elbow to Bond.

Kris Cruise: What the hell, Cannon! The match is over, dammit!

The ref grabs Cannon’s free arm. But Cannon pulls it away before continuing to hammer away on Bond. The bell repeatedly rings in the distance as Cannon continues to rain down elbows. Finally, The British Mamba relents, leaving Bond face-down in a pool of blood.

Kris Cruise: That son of a… damn him!

Boos ring throughout the arena as Cannon turns to the ref and motions for him to shake his head. But the ref is in too much shock after seeing what just happened. So Cannon barks at him to raise his hand. The lead official tentatively makes his way over to Cannon and raises his hand, which results in boos from the crowd.

Kris Cruise: What a big man he is. I’m sure he feels like such a winner.

After Goodrich gets in the ring, Cannon puts his foot on the back of Bond’s neck. Goodrich then raises Cannon arm in the air to an explosion of boos. Cannon and Goodrich leave the ring as medical personnel enter the ring to check on Bond. While one member presses down gauze to the gash on Bond’s head, the other two slowly turn him over to apply a cervical collar. The camera cuts back to Cannon and Goodrich, who gets debris through at them as they stand triumphant at the entrance…
